Box purchased on 5/17/did not work properly and after returning it to them they have been giving multiple excuses for not refunding my $ I purchased a TickBox TV on 5/17/for $and there were continuous problems with its operation,so I sent it back within the day guarantee period.The order number is [redacted] .They sent me another box which also did not work.I told them they should refund my money and they agreed.Btw-I have probably spoken to most of their customer service people since May.They are all very friendly but frankly do nothing to solve any problems and just make excuse after excuse.I have been told on multiple occasions that a credit was being issued to my card and even given a transaction number for a refund that they said was processed on 7/7/17.I was then told by their customer service department that a refund would be processed on 7/22/17.I was also told that Jon (I think he is the owner)would get back to me.None of these things happened and I woul

I returned a Tickbox TV box, an Air Mouse and the remote all in one box on 4/27/by UPS Only Partial refund Tickbox, Air Mouse keyboard and remote were returned by UPS on 4/27/I got an email saying that they were issuing a partial refund because I still had a Tickbox TV box out and it must be returned I returned all these items in one box shipped by UPS from [redacted] I have emailed them back and told them there was a mistake and I did return all the items Have not heard from them yet

TOTAL TRASH !!!! to have a good product you first have to answer the phone when calling tech support ! if I lived close enough I would throw it thru there window or shove it up there [redacted] !!!!!!!

They advertise how great this tv box is, at sure its a steal and heres why, they get you to buy the box and then tell you your going to need the little compputer board to make it work, so you also buy that, once you get the thing there are NO directions, after figuring it out on your own the thing won't work or when it does freezes up and blacks out, I returned this within days for their day money back guarantee, I added tracking on this package, it was returned a week ago and they say they havent gotten it, I send emails daily asking for my money back and its always an excuse, they need to be shut down!!! This product started off great then within a couple weeks it totally reset itself and lost 95% of the apps that it came with and doesn't work worth a *** I called and emailed them and got the generic response of look at this page [redacted] explanation to fix something that you in fact can't!
