tick box was the most frustrating useless device I have ever wasted my money on First off this device comes with a three foot cord and about a foot hdmi cable The buttons on the remote are set up backwards from any other remote You have to pick from a menu of apps that none seem to work right I did manage to watch a show and one movie But this took about hours of searching through hosts that sometimes work but only briefly in some cases The same hosts appear on all the apps supplied You can spend hours of searching just to successfully watch a half hour show Buy a roku or similar device This thing is pure garbage It runs like project free tv did Search a thousand hosts and maybe get lucky My best day with this device was when I immersed under water and smashed it on the sidewalk That was the most enjoyment I got out of that piece of crap

They advertise how great this tv box is, at sure its a steal and heres why, they get you to buy the box and then tell you your going to need the little compputer board to make it work, so you also buy that, once you get the thing there are NO directions, after figuring it out on your own the thing won't work or when it does freezes up and blacks out, I returned this within days for their day money back guarantee, I added tracking on this package, it was returned a week ago and they say they havent gotten it, I send emails daily asking for my money back and its always an excuse, they need to be shut down!!! ASAPthey may be legit but they are scammers

The product I ordered (TickBox TV Android) does not work it locks upI emailed there support they gave me some steps to follow to fix it.It did not workSo I emailed for an exchange on 10/30/no reply from them so I called a few times I left my name and number no call back(***).So I opened a Dispute with my credit card then I got an email from tickbox saying close dispute and they will refund my money.The bank closed dispute on there own without notifying me that was wrong but anyway still no refund.So I called again today 2/2/got same answering system no call back.Thank You***

I have had this for about months and from the beginning it would work only for a couple of weeks and had to reinstall everything againI spoke with customer service a few times and they would get me running on limited issues for a while then off it would go againA couple of months ago there is no customer service available any longI have called and left message after message and faxed but no responseThe units are now completely useless

Tickboxtv I bought tv boxes from them they had a money back guarantee the boxes do not work I e mailed them times they did not even answer me until I wrote that I was contacting the attorney general of Missouri then a man called me and gave me his name and badge number told me he was my personal person who was going to get me new boxes in the mail that day and I could call him any time to check on my progress I have since called asked for him they say he is not there but they know my name before I tell it to them that makes no sense I told them I wanted my money back as stated they said they were returning my dollars back to my account on business days its been months no money returned no new boxes when I call it is the same guy and he agrees to everything you say and says he will send you new boxes says he will return your money and nothing happens they say they are sending the money back as advertised but dont they say they will send you new boxes but dont its over

After several attempts not only to reach customer support but when I did reach someone the solution to my viewing problems had changed and the correction of the issue was only temporary.As of today March 29,No one at the given phone numbers can be contacted to resolve the issues with their product It is not working

I've had my TickBoxTV for over a year now It started out fairly easy to use and you could find current movies as well as old movies very easily The same for television programs
THEN; they started changing things up and around until now I have NO IDEA on how to find current/new movies or how to locate older movies or Television programs for that matter
Now; I did find an app called MOBRO or something like that Can go on there and click on channels and get ANY network including Hbo, Starz, and Cinnamaxes etc and others including some foreign networks Got to say; the British have so really good movies !
Although I can't get the current or older Movies or tv programs It is still worth the $$$$$ if for no other reason than the Premium networks alone and don't forget ; you still get ABC, NBC, BET, CBS, CW , and MORE thru the Mobro app Guess I will keep it Might even order another for my bedroom NO MORE *** for me LOL Now saving $per MONTH !!
