Box purchased on 5/17/did not work properly and after returning it to them they have been giving multiple excuses for not refunding my $
I purchased a TickBox TV on 5/17/for $and there were continuous problems with its operation,so I sent it back within the day guarantee period.The order number is ***.They sent me another box which also did not work.I told them they should refund my money and they agreed.Btw-I have probably spoken to most of their customer service people since May.They are all very friendly but frankly do nothing to solve any problems and just make excuse after excuse.I have been told on multiple occasions that a credit was being issued to my card and even given a transaction number for a refund that they said was processed on 7/7/17.I was then told by their customer service department that a refund would be processed on 7/22/17.I was also told that Jon (I think he is the owner)would get back to me.None of these things happened and I woul

purchased this television streaming product to bypass cable tv viewing and it has never worked correctly still...m ultiple contacts email and a ''***'' via phone from atlanta as he stated, failed to fix it two sets even sent it doesnt work....requested refund, sent their equipment, actually two sets of it, back to address in atlanta as told, have trackng code...they have had it for several weeks and still same b/s online about being processed...have contacted my bank and c/c investigation also being done by them...have googled them online and find others with similar complaints and failures to respond and/or refund...they are frauds..refund is the amount paid on my c/c

I bought an android TV box from this company, called "Tickbox TV"I found out that this is an android computer that has pre-installed application (developed by the Flixmain, LLC) which provides pirated TV contentI returned the box to the address provided by the company (which was later removed from the web site)The company promised to issue a refund, but I have never received the refund

So I purchased the tickbox and wasn't satisfied with it, so I returned it,they received it on the fourth of April, they said my refund was sent out on the sixth of April and I still haven't received it, it's been over business days and the company I been emailing my complaints to first said give it a few more days, still no refund, they just keep giving me the run around I've sent theme email after email and now they don't respond back!

The equipment arrived, I set up the equipment and service, tested for several days, was dissatisfied, and emailed the company for instructions on how to return the equipment and secure my refund
I returned the equipment to their Atlanta address on May 2017, via USPSI have confirmed delivery by USPS on May 2017, 10.32am (USPS Tracking # ***)
I have emailed the company at least three times (***) attempting to receive a status on my refund, and each response, if a response came at all, has been a nebulous 'don't worry' reply, repeating their promise of a full refund once they receive the equipment
