I LOVE THE TICKBOX YOU HAVE TO SPEND SOME TIME IN LEARNING HOW TO FIND WHAT YOU WANT TO WATCH BUT IT IS SO MUCH EASIER AND LESS COSTLY THAN CABLE

I ordered tickbox from this company in March This item is suppose to stream from the internet to your TV This product did not perform as promised and I returned the item via USPS within a couple of weeksI have the tracking number and proof of delivery and receipt of the returned item To date I have not received a refund from tickbox.com My numerous emails are read and returned asking the same information in each response of name, date, order number, email address, and they did not receive the returned item I have copies of the emails and each time I have submitted proof that they indeed did receive the itemThe company they use is "Pay2" or "Paytoo", and supposedly they can not issue a refund because the company is experiencing technical issues It has been seven weeks and I even sent a letter requesting a check be cut for a refund and no response to date
I have called their number and there always a recorded messageBut no one every answers the phone Yo

Up to this date and time I have been working with the unit to view programs over

of free televisionI believe that the unit connects to the internet but
the massively malfunctive software does not work to find the programsAll
I get are selection screens and more selection screensThe chat sessions
instructed me to download the latest and greatest software and it was sure
to workYeah right, I did that, and it still did not work
This product is not ready for prime time in that you have to be some
kind of linux/android geek to try and get it to work!!! Whoever writes the
software for this piece of junk should lose his/her job!!!!

My unit worked about two weeks and stopped working, I had a chat with three different people and was dropped from the chat twice and flat out lied to by the other oneAfter reading these other reviews I have taken my unit and thrown it in the garbage

I love this thing! If it wasn't for tick box we wouldn't have seen one playoff game for the Yanks and Indians! Don't just try the channel it's on...use some patience and find the best streamIt's so worth it! Also ANY movie can be found-old and new...I am flooredTakes some learning curves but do not give up!

I have been very patient as I was told via email over a month ago from the tick box company that I would have my refund in to days It is now February 12, and I still did not receive my refund I will now have to contact an attorney to take this company to small claims court if I do not get my refund or hear from someone to let me know what is going on They have the tick box back in their possession as I put tracking information on my return I hope this was not a scam
I want my refumd back to my account or I will have no other alternative but to get an attorney
