I bought their tick box tv devise and tried it in two different residents with no successOne of the residents had a download speed of mbps and the devise still would not workI talked to tech support several times and they assure me that I could return it for a refund as was advertisedThe return tracking numbers indicates they received it on 4-28-and to date I have not been able to get a refund I have contacted them several times and they assured me it was being processedThey have had plenty of time to refund my money They advertise 100% money back guarantee

this tickbox tv box is suppose to receive free tv channels and movies,,,all free of charge,,,,mine did not work at all and they have a reel poor customer service,,,,and they will not refund my money after saying it is percent guaranteed,,,,poor company to do business with in my opinion

Purchased in March Returned certified mail , they received on April 6thAsked for a credit card refund,they claimed their processor was delaying refundsSpoke to them several times since,on July 27,they said they would send two checks one for $AND one for They claimed this would take 7-10daysToday is August and still no refund

TOTAL TRASH !!!! to have a good product you first have to answer the phone when calling tech support ! if I lived close enough I would throw it thru there window or shove it up there *** !!!!!!!

I returned a Tickbox TV box, an Air Mouse and the remote all in one box on 4/27/by UPS
Only Partial refund
Tickbox, Air Mouse keyboard and remote were returned
by UPS on 4/27/I got an email saying that they were issuing a partial refund because I still had a Tickbox TV box out and it must be returned
I returned all these items in one box shipped by UPS from***I have emailed them back and told them there was a mistake and I did return all the items Have not heard from them yet

Mislead people by tadvertizing All it does is connect to the internet to pirate web sites for TV shows & moives Poor quality & hard to connect
The over state their product when all it does is connect to the internet to pirate web sites The quality is poor and often times you can not even connect
Want refund but when I contacted them, they gave me another phone number He gave me an address but was very skitchy about whether or not I would get a refund

Problem receiving refund for returned product
On March 22,2017, I purchased tickboxes complete with one wireless keyboard remote for a total purchase price of $including shipping, order #***, which was taken from my Visa debit card After trying the product for a couple of weeks, I decided to return them since we were not getting satisfactory performance from these tickboxes The products were received back by Tickbox on April 17th according to USPS tracking information Tickbox advertised a day money back guarantee and has acknowledged receiving our return productThrough the course of emails over the next month, Tickbox continued to say that their paytoo payment provider was having issues with processing refunds They have said that the refund was being processed and at first they said it would take business days We have yet to receive a refund of any amount over a month after the product was received back by them

I ordered the TickBox TV in April, Received it late April, just to realize that the box does not workIt is extremely hard to navigate, completely user unfriendly, no local channels could be accessed, no live tv as advertisedThe only channels that I could reach are UK based (I reside in the US) and at best I could only access movie trailers- nothing else! I promptly returned the Box and requested my refund on May 12, To date I have not received itI have made multiple calls to the customer service on May 27, May 29, June 1, and June On each occasion I received the same response: "we were having processing issues that are now resolved, we have started processing refunds and due to the back log please allow 2-business days"Similar response each time! This is so unprofessionalAs a side note it makes one question why they have such a high volume of returns if the product is really as great as it is being advertised

The longer it takes them to refund my money to my credit card if they do at all is causing me to be late in my payment to the credit card company causing late charges to be added to my balance and my credit rating to be lower causing me sleepless nights, stress and me vomiting over it

I'm having issues with the software and service my box is still under warrantyUnable to reach anyone by telephone- number disconnected according to the internet they have closed their doors, I'd like a working telephone number or current address so I can address my issues

Tickbox no longer works as purchasedNo support
Due to the complicated user interface, we only used Tickbox when we had time to goof around with trying to find moviesThe most recent time, approximately a week ago, we discovered that the user interfaced changed and nothing worked with it
I tried to do "live Chat" but that no longer workedAnd although their website said live chat was available during certain hours the fact is, live chat is NO longer available
I tried calling the support number but get message that the mailbox is fullIn the past, both of these support vehicles worked
So I sent email after mail to support on how to install Kodi, the new user interface, and get the same answer
