Tickbox no longer works as purchasedNo support Due to the complicated user interface, we only used Tickbox when we had time to goof around with trying to find moviesThe most recent time, approximately a week ago, we discovered that the user interfaced changed and nothing worked with it I tried to do "live Chat" but that no longer workedAnd although their website said live chat was available during certain hours the fact is, live chat is NO longer available I tried calling the support number but get message that the mailbox is fullIn the past, both of these support vehicles worked So I sent email after mail to support on how to install Kodi, the new user interface, and get the same answer Hi, we do apologize for the inconvenience but the themes are no longer availableyou may search google on how to add kodi and its builds/themes we do apologize but the money back guarantee promo is days only The above message was the last one I sent requesting

TICKBOX is a SCAM - ordered the unit in early 3/2017,returned per the 100% gaurantee late 3/2017, have called emailed written letters and no refund Ordered unit early March 2017, returned late March per instructions they sent me Called, emailed and mailed a dozen times and no refund

I ordered the TickBox TV in April, Received it late April, just to realize that the box does not workIt is extremely hard to navigate, completely user unfriendly, no local channels could be accessed, no live tv as advertisedThe only channels that I could reach are UK based (I reside in the US) and at best I could only access movie trailers- nothing else! I purchased the TickBox product in March When the item arrived weeks laterit did not work properly so I contacted their support After following their recommendations emailing back and forth for the next week and not having any success in getting it to work I contacted their support again via email it took over a week for an email response and via phone they never answered I was on hold for over minutes After several attempts via email and their on-line chat system I finally received a mailing label to return the defective item and requested for a full refund of which is the costs of the item It is now months later and after more chatting and emailing and phone calls which they never answer I still have not received my refund I have been told numerous times in email and chat that it is being prioritized they are having issues with the dept processing refunds and that I will receive my refund within a couple days Still nothing to date.The supporting document
