I bought a tick box in mid May and sent it back immediatelySince that every time I call them for a refund the said: it is processing and you will have your check in daysWe are almost in September and still no refundThey have the tick box but they want to keep my moneyThis company is a scam and completely dishonestThey should have their business shut down because the rape a lot of clients when I see the reviews

I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT AND FROM DAY ONE I HAVE PROBLEMS FROM USING IT I HAVE TO CALLED IN NOW AND THEN FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SOMETIMES I WAS ON HOLD FOR HOUR AND THEY JUST GAVE ME INFORMATIONS TO DO THIS THAT AND NOT FOLLOWED THRU TO SEE IF ITS WORKING AND SOMETIMES ITS WORKED THEN STOPPED THE POWER BUTTON DOES NOT WORK THE UNIT COULD NOT POWER OFF THE PROGRAMS CONSTANT FREEZING AND THE UNIT SHUT OFF BY ITSELF AND TO HAVE TO RESTART THE PROGRAM AND MOST OF THE PROGRAM WOULD SAY NO STREAMING AVAILABLE .NOW THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT NOR WANTED TO REPLACE THEM

I am having serious issues with TickBox TV refunding my purchase price for products I purchased from them and subsequently returned It is now more than days since they received my return I am very concerned that I will never receive my refund! Their customer service does respond to my emails and messages but the answer always boils down to "be patient" Here is their last communication with me"We do apologize for the inconvenienceOur processor is continually processing the refundAs they are still experiencing issues on their end it will take a few more days to get it credited to your cardRest assured it is in processWe do apologize again for the delay but please extend your patience a bit more, as we have sent a follow up to the processor about your refund request." Purchased several tick box tv's products The product did not function as advertised The company advertised that a full refund would be issued if returned within 30'days of delivery I returned the product before days thru USPS and signature requiredI have all the documents and emails back and forth to tickboxtv They emailed me saying a refund had been issued back to my VISA but in the same email indicated their PAYTO service was behind and it may be weeks before Imreceived my refund It has been almost days and they still give the same answer each time I emailed them inquiring about where the status of my refund stood I am no longer going to be emailing tickboxtv but am pursuing help from outside sources to recoup my money

I purchased two Tickboxes in March with two additional keyboard remotes I paid by credit
$ My credit card was billed immediatelyI received the product in Early April The product was advertised as providing excellent quality TV, with great picture and sound quality Well, after hooking it up, the quality was horrible, skipping, not clear, with static, etc I'm used to watching high definition T.V
So I promptly returned the product with tracking number I put everything back in the original boxes with all the cables etc I had a post office tracking number, and Tickbox did acknowledge receiving the product back They told me they would process my refund It's now May 25, and still no refund They told me that their Paytoo service is very slow on refunds So then they promised to send me a check for the refund And that was on May 16th, and still no refund
So this company advertises a quality product which it is not It's a horrible picture

I filed this complaint about three weeks ago, have not got anything back, here is the same complaint I fielded I ordered a Tickbox that was to provide more channels on my TV; it had a 100% money back guarantee I could not get it to work, and after trying for three days, I returned it back for a refund of $ I mail it at the post Office, in order that they had to sign when it was received My returned signed ticket, shows two signatures; one looks like ***, the other name is ***; dated the 4/26/ On the5/16/17, I sent an email asking why I had not received my refund The return email said we have not received your package On the 5/24/17, I sent another email about my refund, I received an email back, again stating that they had not received my package As of to day I have not received my refund, of $

This product started off great then within a couple weeks it totally reset itself and lost 95% of the apps that it came with and doesn't work worth a *** I called and emailed them and got the generic response of look at this page *** explanation to fix something that you in fact can't! I asked several times for my money back with the *** answer can't do that! This company is a fraud and should be taken out of business

I purchased tick boxes ...the boxes worked fine in the beginning...A couple months later they would not operate properly all the info and pictures would drop off ...I would call them about every weeks and they would help me troubleshoot the problem....I often wondered why I would have to do this every few weeksI was told that it would b fine and I would not have to call them again....It happen soooo much that I became frustrated with them After sometime went by I had more problems with the boxes ...It came to a point that the boxes no longer worked and all the troubleshooting I attempted to do with their help would not work at all...So now I sit here with tick boxes that are not operational..I paid $plus s&h $19.95...I would like a refund because the boxes are useless now and they will refund me or answer my texts....I feel sooo duped!!!
