Ticket Fulfillment Services LP Reviews (313)

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience...

seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Services and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.”
As a secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. All tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by individual sellers, not Ticket Fulfillment Services, based on those sellers' assessments of changing factors such as customer demand. This means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may change at any time. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry
In regards to Mr. [redacted]’s claim that the order total for their tickets was actually the amount of the price per ticket, it should be noted that when Mr. [redacted] selected their tickets, they were taken to our checkout page. From there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded text. Then, Mr. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. After checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge.
Prior to this complaint, we spoke with Mr. [redacted] regarding this issue, but were unable to reach an amicable resolution. As Mr. [redacted] stated, he has since filed a dispute with his credit card company regarding this order, which was ultimately ruled in our favor. If Mr. [redacted] has any additional concerns he is welcome to contact our customer service department.

We were told that the tickets we purchased would be $77 each. Even though the best tickets available at the casino are $59. When we received the bill we were charged $731 for our 2 tickets. Tried to contact their customer service and you will never reach a person as it goes in a circle. So I called to pretend to purchase new tickets and I was quoted a price of $49 each. When I asked them why they recently charged me $731 they proceeded to pass my call around and said they had no record of the purchase. Do not do business with these people.

He was informed by management that there was a delivery delay from the venue for the tickets and he would receive them that night. On 2/13/16, a day ahead of the event, the tickets were sent to Mr. [redacted] and our system shows that he was able to successfully download these tickets. There is no indication that these tickets were not used. Per our Money Back Guarantee we ensure tickets will arrive in time for the event and will be valid for entry which was indeed fulfilled. As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. Ticket Fulfillment...

Services processes orders and provides customer service for a variety of online ticket marketplaces, and is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means we and our affiliates do not own tickets—instead, our affiliates facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.

Ms. [redacted] stated she purchased three tickets that we listed at $99 each; to this we would like to provide clarification. Ms. [redacted] is referring to the price printed on her tickets, or the face value; not the price presented to her during the checkout process that she agreed to. As a secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services does not own tickets; therefore, the prices are set by sellers. This price is chosen by individual sellers based on their assessment of a range of factors, including customer demand. This fact is clearly displayed throughout the checkout process and at the top of every ticket listing page, as well. This states, “Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. We are not owned by any venue.” This was also stated below Ms. [redacted]’s order summary.

After Ms. [redacted] selected tickets to The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, she navigated to the checkout page and was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price of $1,147.75 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Though Ms. [redacted] claimed that she was charged $850 in fees, we would like to note that this is incorrect. After reviewing her order breakdown, Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to the terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. The sales policies, including the “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”

Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

In addition to this current claim, Ms. [redacted] filed a dispute with her credit card regarding this matter. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. Additionally, Ms. [redacted] never contacted us to discuss her concerns. Ms. [redacted] received her valid tickets on 9/21/2016 prior to her event on 10/21/2016, as such; we consider this matter closed. If Ms. [redacted] has any additional concerns she would like to discuss, we encourage her to contact a member of our customer service.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. We should explain that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online exchange, which means we do not own or generate tickets-instead,we...

facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Our online exchange is a user driven website in which consumers are in control of the tickets they are ordering. Ms. [redacted] had many chances to review the details of their order before placing it. When Ms. [redacted] selected tickets she was taken to our first checkout page, where she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly stated the event, the event location, and the event date. Then, Ms. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions-visible in a text box below her payment information-and presented with the balded message "All sales are final." At this point, she was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions" and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkout. Ms. [redacted] was then taken to a final checkout screen to review her order once more. That page states the event, the event location and the event time as well. On that same page, below the stated order summary, there is a button that states "Confirm & Place Order." When Ms. [redacted] clicked this button, she signified her acknowledgement of the order and the order details, verifying this is the order she wanted to place. Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process-from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars ( USO)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. Ms. [redacted] was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets for this event on the November 28th, 2015• If Ms. [redacted] is unable to attend this event she can try and resell the tickets via social media or other secondary ticket marketplaces online,as they were emailed to her the same day of the purchase and are in her possession. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome her to contact us.

Ticket Fullfillment Services has contacted  Ms. [redacted] and we feel we have reached a resolution  that suits both  parties. We now consider this issue closed. If Ms. [redacted] would  like to attend another live event in the future, or if she has any questions about an order or...

our website, we welcome her to reach out to us.

As stated in our previous response we are an online exchange, and do not own or generate tickets instead,we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. These sellers set their own prices based on their understanding of the current market climate, which means prices are not based on the original value, or face value--a fact clearly explained in our sales terms and disclosed on every page of our website. As Ms. [redacted]s stated we have tried to reach out to her to discuss the issue, in the scope of customer satisfaction, but the facts do not change. We are not able to fulfill Ms. [redacted]s request for a refund as she agreed to our sales policy of "all sales are final" before the order was placed. She was also informed that the tickets may be over or below the face value. The event was in May and there is no indication that the tickets were not used. We consider this matter closed.

inherit; font-style: inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for reaching out to us. We value our customers and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Offices is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As stated at the top of every ticket listing page on our website, "We are a resale marketplace, not the The Observatory North Park box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with The Observatory North Park."
Mr. [redacted] has stated that he was unable to view the total charge prior to confirming this transaction. It should be noted that this is inaccurate. When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold text. Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total. Additionally, he was presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final." Directly above the "place order" button, the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions above" was stated in bold text, along with a check box that Mr. [redacted] selected in order to continue with checkout. During this process, he was shown an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and price of his tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge.
It should be noted that in addition to this current claim, Mr. [redacted] has also filed a dispute with his credit card company regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. Additionally, although not required by the agreed-to Terms to do so, we have reached out to Mr. [redacted] and offered to provide a resolution to this matter that would be amicable to both parties. If Mr. [redacted] would like to discuss this resolution, or if he has any additional questions or concerns, we encourage him to reach out to our customer service team. Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We appreciate the chance to address our customer’s concerns. Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") processes orders and provides customer service for online ticket marketplaces. TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate...

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information. Our customer placed their order on 4/21/2017. At the time of placing their order, they were notified that “All sales are final” and were required to agree to the sales terms and conditions and proceeded to place their order. As the site is user-driven, no order can be placed without the customer having agreed to this. Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, TFS and the site are not affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory; instead, the site acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not the site, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. This fact is stated throughout the checkout process with the notation on the top of every ticket listing page, “Prices set by sellers, may be over face-value. [The site is] not owned by any venue.” Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Our customer contacted us on 5/5/2017 stating that they would no longer be able to attend their event. At this time, we offered a courtesy resolution to recover the cost by reselling the tickets on the secondary market. Our customer accepted this and their valid tickets were delivered on 5/16/2017. We discussed this matter further with our customer on 5/31/2017 prior to their event on 6/28/2017 resulting in sufficient time to list and sell their tickets. Our customer’s order was filed correctly, they agreed to the “all sales are final” policy, and they received their valid tickets prior to their event, which has since passed, with ample time to resell. As we have fully adhered to the sales terms and conditions, we consider this matter closed. Any additional concerns our customer may have can be directed to our customer service department.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

Thank you for your reply. As we clarified in our initial response, the site thoroughly discloses its operations on the secondary marketplace throughout the checkout process. This fact is stated on the home page, the top of every ticket listing page, and is further reiterated on the checkout page prior to submitting an order. Additionally, our customer was required to select a checkbox agreeing to the statement, "I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above. I understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value" prior to placing the order.Since customers are purchasing from individual sellers, once an order is placed we must adhere to the "all sales are final" policy which is agreed to by our customers. If our customer no longer wishes to own the tickets which were delivered shortly after the order was placed, they may relist the tickets on a site which facilitates that options for ticket holders. As TFS and the site do not own inventory; rather tickets are owned and listed by professional sellers, we are unable to provide this resolution. Further questions our customer may have can be directed to the customer service department.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for reaching out to us. At Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our customer's purchasing experiences and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]’s concerns.
Ms. [redacted] claims that her daughter believed she was purchasing through the website of the venue, or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from these other sites. Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly on our website it states, "We are a resale marketplace - Prices may exceed face value - This site is not owned by any venue." Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce the “all sales are final” policy that was agreed to by the customer prior to purchase.
Similarly, with regard to Ms. [redacted]' statement regarding the "face value" of the tickets that her daughter purchased, it should be noted that all ticket prices are set by the individual sellers, not by our company. This fact is explained clearly throughout the purchase process, including a notice on every ticket page and a bold-text note at checkout that states: "Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value."
When Ms. [redacted]' daughter selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold text. Ms. [redacted]' daughter was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, she was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that she selected in order to continue with checkout. During this process, Ms. [redacted]' daughter saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of her tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”
We have fully adhered to our sales terms and conditions by delivering valid, authentic tickets which Ms. [redacted] received via UPS on July 2, 2016. We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] in an attempt to offer a resolution to this issue, but Ms. [redacted] declined a resolution at that time. If Ms. [redacted] would like to discuss a resolution or any additional concerns, we encourage her to contact our customer service management team; as it presently stands, we consider this matter closed.
