border: 1pt none windowtext;">Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Service and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. It should be noted that Box Office Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.
Ticket Fulfillment Service clearly labels itself as an independent company and a secondary marketplace that simply connects sellers of event tickets with customers looking to purchase those tickets. The nature of our business is transparently described throughout our site and is clearly stated at the bottom of each page as well as our sales terms which are shown at checkout. It states "We are a resale marketplace. Our price depends on the market price, which may differ from the price printed on ticket. This site is not owned by any venue."
Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds.
Ticket Fulfillment Service operates our own highly-regarded customer service department which is available to resolve any and all issues that our customers may encounter, with contact information on both our webpage and every correspondence. We encourage Ms. [redacted] to utilize this resource for any additional concerns, but as it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket Buyer’s and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.”In regards to Mr. [redacted]’s claim that the order total for their tickets was actually the amount of the price per ticket, it should be noted that when Mr. [redacted] selected their tickets, they were taken to our checkout page. From there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded text. Then, Mr. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.”  At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. After checking the box and clicking “Review Order”  they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. As a secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Service is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] regarding this issue, but have been unable to reach an amicable resolution. While our management team is available to handle any additional concerns that Mr. [redacted] may have, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Service

Revdex.com: There was not anything in Bold print to state that this ticket was from a second or third party. Also, I started on a different Web site and was directed to this one. No where did it say anything about the face value of the ticket, or what the additional cost was going to be from a second and third partype.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Thank you for getting back to us regarding this issue. While Mr. [redacted] continues to press forward with this issue, we are not, due to the nature of our business, able to offer refunds once a sale has been completed and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy; because the seller received notice that their tickets were sold the moment the order was placed, we are unable to honor this request.
In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s statement about his arrival to our site through a google search, it should be noted that there are notices across every page stating that we are not affiliated with any venue and that we are a resale marketplace. This is located in the ticket information section as soon as you access the website via the URL Mr. Nesewand provided where it states "We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by Orpheum Theater Minneapolis."
Tickets purchased with Ticket Fulfillment Services are covered by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee ensures that tickets will arrive in time for the event and will be valid for entry. Mr. [redacted]'s order was fulfilled in accordance with company guidelines. As we are a resale marketplace, the name on the ticket will not match Mr. [redacted] because he is not the original purchaser.  This has no bearing on Mr. [redacted] gaining entry into the event as tickets listed on our site are transferable. As we are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, we cannot speak to their policies.
Additionally, Mr. [redacted] has filed a dispute with his credit card company regarding this order. We are unable to assist with any standing issues while this dispute is currently active, and we encourage Mr. [redacted] to reach out to his bank regarding the outcome. As it stands currently, we consider this closed. If Mr. [redacted] has any other questions, we advise him to contact us directly.

seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Services and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. Due to the event being cancelled per our Money Back Guarantee Mr. [redacted] has been refunded in full for their purchase. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket Buyer’s and ticket sellers. After checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge.

As previously stated, due to the event cancellation per our Money Back Guarantee Mr. [redacted] has been refunded in full for this order. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we welcome them to contact a member of our customer service team.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I still believe their website is misleading.Their website is VERY similar to the official ticket center-it is obviously created to generate sales from innocent consumers. I accepted their offer of a $750 refund which was better than nothing. I would have preferred a full refund which the company refused to do. If I actually receive the tickets- and I was only made aware that I will get them a week before the show after I had already purchased them-which will prevent me from selling them- I will still be $600 short.
If you look at all the complaints on Revdex.com and other websites the standard answer is what they replied to Revdex.com. There are MANY MANY complaints similar to mine against the company all over the internet.
This company should be shut down. They are cheating the public!!

seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Services and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.
In regards to Ms. [redacted]’s claim that the order total for their tickets was more than what they saw on the primary market, it should be noted that throughout the checkout process there is a disclaimer located on the home screen, the ticket selection page, and the order summary that states "This site is not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value." When Ms. [redacted] selected their tickets, they were taken to our checkout page. From there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded text. Then, Ms. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
It should be noted that in addition to this current claim, Ms. [redacted] has also filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding this order that was ultimately ruled in our favor. Ticket Fulfillment Services operates our own customer service department which is available to resolve any and all issues that our customers may encounter, with contact information on both our webpage and every correspondence. We encourage Ms. [redacted] to utilize this resource for any additional concerns.

inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for contacting Ticket Fulfillment Services regarding this matter. We value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to address Mr. [redacted]'s concerns about his order. Mr. [redacted] has claimed that he believed he was purchasing through the website of the venue, or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from these other sites. Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means that we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Directly on the homepage of our website it states in large print, "We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue or box office." Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
In reference to his claim that his tickets were $27.50, it should be noted that this is inaccurate; Mr. [redacted] chose tickets that were higher in price. All tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by individual sellers, not Ticket Fulfillment Services, based on those sellers' assessments of changing factors such as customer demand. This means that the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or "face" value. It also means that the largest portion of any order placed in our marketplace goes directly to the seller; the service and delivery charges are the only proceeds that go to Ticket Fulfillment Services. Based on a range of factors, the service fee covers the cost of our business, which includes finding resellers and verifying that their tickets are valid and authentic, maintaining industry-leading security software, and operating our well-regarded customer service team.
Regarding Mr. [redacted]'s claim that he was not made aware of the order total prior to purchase, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. Our website is user-driven, and no order can be placed without the customer having been made aware of all order and pricing details. When Mr. [redacted] selected the tickets he was interested in, he was taken to our Checkout page. From there, he was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold text. Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and checked a box signifying his agreement with this statement. During this process, Mr. [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of his tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge.
Ticket Fulfillment Services has fully adhered to our sales terms and conditions to which Mr. [redacted] agreed prior to checkout, and has upheld our 100% Money Back Guarantee. Additionally, we have reached out to Mr. [redacted] and provided a resolution to this matter that was amicable to both parties. As such, we consider this matter resolved, and hope that Mr. [redacted] will consider Ticket Fulfillment Services for his future event ticket needs.

We should explain that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online exchange, which means we do not own or generate...

tickets- instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. These sellers set their own prices based on their understanding of the current market climate, which means prices are not based on the original value, or face value-a fact clearly explained in our sales temns. When Ms. [redacted]s selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in balded text. Ms. [redacted]s was then directed to review our terms and conditions visible in a text box below this order total-and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, she was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above,'"' and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Ms. [redacted]s's case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $859.07, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Ms. [redacted]s clicked this button, she signified  her acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed her order. After reaching out to our customer service department, Ms. [redacted]s downloaded and is still currently in possession of the purchased tickets which are still good for her forthcoming event. Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process- from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars ( USO)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. If Ms. [redacted]s has any further questions or concerns, we welcome her to contact our customer service department. As it stands, we consider this matter resolved.

This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We display secondary market tickets. This Place is total trickery! they claim they tell you outright who they are but once you figure it out and have ordered you can not Cancel!
Never Buy From Them....They Are way over priced and the tickets were TERRIBLE!!!

This business presents itself as a service and an official representative of Ticketmaster. Ticket Fulfilment Services simply helps original ticket buyers sell their tickets at an extreme markup and the company charges that seller a fee for doing so. The second buyer purchases the ticket (s) with the belief that they are purchasing from a genuine Ticketmaster site. To my knowledge the practice of reselling tickets to reap financial gain is, in Alberta illegal, and is described as scalping. The tickets I received says that RESALE INVALIDATES TICKET.
When the tickets were bought we thought that was the actual price of the ticket but after phoning Ticketmaster found that the charge of the ticket was actually about 3 times the cost it should have been.

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information. Our customer has stated they did not receive their tickets with sufficient time prior to their event; to this we would like to provide clarification. Our customer’s valid tickets were delivered via email on 6/10/2017 at 9:39 AM CST before their event that evening at 7:30 PM CST. Our customer emailed us regarding the delivery of their tickets the morning of the event to which we replied to clarifying that tickets had been delivered via email. Furthermore, our customer was notified that tickets would likely become available in early June as an estimated delivery date was provided at the time of purchase. As a secondary market, we do not own or generate tickets. Therefore, in some instances, a primary market may not release tickets until closer to the event date; as we have no affiliation with the primary issuer, such matters are outside of our purview. As such, the terms and conditions which were agreed upon by our customer prior to checkout clarify, “In all cases, Vendor reserves the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as one (1) hour prior to the event” and “Delivery designations, such as "e-Tickets" or "Instant Download", do not constitute guarantees of delivery any sooner than the day of the event.” Due to the nature of the business on the secondary marketplace, TFS and the site do not affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory; instead, the site acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that the policies are fair to both parties. As valid tickets were delivered prior to the event, we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.Prior to receiving this claim, we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer. At this time, we offered a courtesy resolution, stepping outside of the agreed to terms, in the interest of customer service. Our customer, however, declined this offer. As valid tickets were delivered to our customer prior to their event, we consider this matter closed. Any additional concerns our customer may have can be directed to our customer service department.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, Jersey Boys, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” This message is also displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. After customers select the ticket listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total is calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $789.95 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, our customers are notified in the Ticket Information portion of our site that, “We are a resale marketplace. We are not a box office or venue. This site is not owned by any venue. Price: Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms and the statement, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above. I understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value.” For every order place on our site the customer’s order total is reiterated below this in large, bold text. Customers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these terms. Once selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their order. Our customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order", at which time their order was processed. Our website is completely user-driven, meaning all order information is either selected or input directly by customers.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Bought 2 Broncos tickets for $348.00 was charged $905.00 these guys are crooks. I will be turning this over to the cops. Never received tickets.

I purchased 3 tickets to an upcoming concert on what I believed was the venues official website until I began texting a friend who asked how I was able to get tickets before they even went on sale!!. He sent me information on the venues actual website along with ticket masters that showed this to be true along with showing ticket prices much lower than what I just paid. I also received an email confirming my purchase from ticketoffices.com and displaying the estimated ticket arrival date 6 MONTHS AWAY!! just 2 days before the concert even though they are being emailed!. I went back to the website through the URL (now obviously made to look like the venues) and started a live chat with customer support who informed me how they were able to receive tickets before they go on sale to the public (so why do I have to wait 6 months?!), I also explained that I was under the belief that I was on the venues official site and was wondering why the tickets I bought were so much more money, I was told I could sell the tickets to recoup some of the loss (not an answer). After asking for a refund I was told all sales are final at which point I ended the chat to call my bank since I was 100% sure I was being scammed. I had my card deactivated and disputed the charge pending an investigation. I could not find a single review about ticketoffices.com but finally had luck after searching the name that appeared on the bank transaction "ticket fulfillment services" (how many other names are there?). The fact this business is still in operation given the information found on the Revdex.com website is ridiculous. Despite what they may say they are using misleading business practices which is why "all sales are final" because eventually they know people will realize that they were ripped off and will come back for their money. All you need to do is look at the ratings on this website, you don't get 100% negative feedback by running a respectable business. I will personally be informing the FBI about this company. In a perfect world I would like my money refunded and this company to stop taking advantage of people but given the other posts i'm not very optimistic.

1pt none windowtext;">Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Services and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is a fulfillment service that fills orders for multiple sites including Box Office Tickets, where Mr. [redacted] made the purchase. As an online resale marketplace, we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket Buyer’s and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the bottom of our homepage with the statement: “Box Office Tickets is an independently owned and operated, licensed ticket broker that specializes in obtaining premium and sold out tickets to events nationwide. Ticket prices are dependent upon the current market price, which is usually above the face value printed on the tickets.”
In regards to Mr. [redacted]’s issue regarding a different name being on the tickets they received, it should be noted that this is actually a common occurrence. Because listings on our site are owned by trusted sellers, the tickets often ship from these sellers directly to customers, and so they may display the name of the original purchaser. We ensure that this is not an error, but simply information left over from when the tickets were first issued. All tickets are guaranteed to be transferable and valid for entry to their respective events, and customers are never required to present identification that matches the name printed on their tickets.
Ticket Fulfillment Services has been in contact with Mr. [redacted], and both parties have found an amicable resolution. As such, we consider this matter resolved, and if Mr. [redacted] has any further questions we welcome them to contact a member of our customer service team.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services
