"Helvetica Neu Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attentionTicket Fulfillment Services processes orders and provides customer service for a variety of online ticket marketplaces, and is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box officeThis means we and our affiliates do not own tickets—instead, our affiliates facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersAs such, we are able to provide the following information Mr [redacted] stated he selected center row seating; this should be noted as inaccurateWhen Mr [redacted] viewed tickets for The Lion King on 10/23, he selected Zone Seating located in the Balcony between the rows FF-SS; not the centerAt this point, Mr [redacted] was also notified that Estimated Ship Date of his tickets was 10/Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services does not own tickets and therefore the Estimated Ship Date is set by individual sellersTickets are typically shipped out close to the Estimated Ship Date though this date is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Ticket Fulfillment Services and our affiliates have no association Mr [redacted] indicated that our “all sales are final” policy was not displayed until after he placed his order; to this we would like to provide clarificationWhen Mr [redacted] selected tickets and navigated to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold textMr [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkoutOur sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry After MrRoger’s placed this order, he later received an email that included his tracking number, [redacted] Mr [redacted] mentioned that he did not receive overnight delivery though his tickets were shipped on 10/and delivered on 10/Overnight delivery is based upon when the item is shipped, not the time the order was placed In addition to this complaint Mr [redacted] filed a dispute with his financial institution regarding this transactionWe have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favorThough MrRoger's order was filled accurately, we have attempted to contact him to discuss this matter furtherHowever, we have been unsuccessful in reaching himThe tickets that Mr [redacted] received clearly state Section: Balcony Row JJAs the tickets are within the selected zone of Balcony Row FF-SS, and the event has since passed; we consider this matter closedIf Mr [redacted] has any additional concerns, we encourage him to contact our customer service Regards, Ticket Fulfillment Services

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr [redacted] 's concernsWe should explain that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online exchange, which means we do not own or generate tickets-instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is notated on our website saying "We display secondary market ticketsThis site is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with any official box office or official website." These sellers set their own prices based on their understanding of the current market climate, which means prices are not based on the original value, or face value--a fact clearly explained in our sales terms and disclosed throughout our website. When Mr [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMr [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions visible in a text box below this order total-and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed that read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $524.95, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr [redacted] clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order. Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process-from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USO)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer ref undsWe also will add that Mr [redacted] 1s tickets have been successf ully delivered to him and will be valid for the eventFor the reasons mentioned above we are not able to give Mr [redacted] his desired resolutionIf Mr [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome him to contact us

Thank you for your response regarding this matterAs we previously stated, the site clearly states that our affiliate is not the venueThis fact is stated multiple times throughout the websiteAdditionally, Ticket Fulfillment Services maintains that Mr [redacted] ’ order was filled correctly as he selected Zone Seating in Section: Balcony, not Balcony Center, and received such tickets Since attempting to contact Mr [redacted] twice to offer a courtesy resolution we received a second dispute from his financial institutionIn the interest of customer service we have accepted this disputeAs such, Mr [redacted] will be reimbursed his order totalAny questions Mr [redacted] has regarding this dispute process should be directed to the financial institution with which it was filed Regards, Ticket Fulfillment Services

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matterAt Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Ms [redacted] ' concernsMs [redacted] has stated that she believed she was purchasing through the website of the venue, or of the event itselfHowever, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from those of any other siteTicket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means that we do not own or generate any tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersDirectly on our website it states, "We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venueTicket prices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue or box office." Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industryRegarding Ms [redacted] ' claim that she was not made aware of the order total prior to purchase, it should be noted that this is inaccurateOur website is user-driven, and no order can be placed without the customer having been made aware of all order and pricing detailsWhen Ms [redacted] selected the tickets she was interested in, she was taken to our Checkout pageFrom there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold textThe price per ticket was denoted with the word "each" after the priceMs [redacted] was then required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above.” At this time, Ms [redacted] checked a box signifying her agreement with this statementDuring this process, Ms [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of her tickets, the delivery and service fees, and the total charge in bold textTicket Fulfillment Services has fully adhered to the sales terms and conditions that were agreed to prior to purchase, and Ms [redacted] is backed by our 100% Money Back Guarantee to received her tickets in time for the eventAdditionally, in the interest of customer service we have reached out to Ms [redacted] in an attempt to offer a courtesy resolution to this matter, but she has declined to accept our offerIf Ms [redacted] would like to discuss a resolution to this issue, or if she has any further questions or concerns, we encourage her to reach out to our customer service teamAt this time, we consider this matter closedRegards, Ticket Fulfillment Services

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issue. Ticket Fulfillment Services has been in contact with... Mr. ***, while we maintain we are not at fault, in the interest of customer service both parties have found an amicable resolution. We did want to take the time to address the concerns of Mr. ***. When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, event date, and the total price in bolded text. Mr. *** was then directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. *** was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. After checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. As previously stated Ticket Fulfillment Services has been in contact with Mr. ***, and both parties have found an amicable resolution. As such, we consider this matter resolved, and hope that Mr. *** will consider Ticket Fulfillment Services for their future event ticket needs. If Mr. *** has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we welcome them to contact a member of our customer service team. Regards, Ticket Fulfillment Services

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously here at Ticket Fulfillment Services and would like to take the time to address Mr [redacted] ’s concernsIt should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyer’s and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue.”In regards to Mr [redacted] ’s claim that the order total for their tickets was actually higher than the actual amount of the ticket, it should be noted that when Mr [redacted] selected their tickets, they were taken to our checkout pageFrom there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded textThen, Mr [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkoutAfter checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge Mr [redacted] contacted Ticket Fulfillment Services on 2/13/wanting to get confirmation of when he will receive his ticketsHe was informed by management that there was a delivery delay from the venue for the tickets and he would receive them that nightOn 2/13/16, a day ahead of the event, the tickets were sent to Mr [redacted] and our system shows that he was able to successfully download these ticketsThere is no indication that these tickets were not usedPer our Money Back Guarantee we ensure tickets will arrive in time for the event and will be valid for entry which was indeed fulfilledAs a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holdersSince customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industryWe have been in contact with Mr [redacted] regarding this issue, but have been unable to reach an amicable resolutionWhile our management team is available to handle any additional concerns that Mr [redacted] may have, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear bbelow When you purchase the tickets from your cell phone, it does not prominently display that it's a resellerI provided 2screen shots of what you see when you click the linkUnless you are looking for it, you would not know I also read thru many of the Revdex.com and yelp reviews and see that I'm not the only customer they have scammedThey should not be able to continue to operate in such a mannerIf they "care about their customers", they would refund the money when people realize they have been scammedAny company that doesn't is clearly intentionally operating in a dishonest fashionAnd I have bought and sold tickets resale previously, they were always refundable if someone realized there was an error within minutes of the purchase Regards,

I purchased tickets to an upcoming concert on what I believed was the venues official website until I began texting a friend who asked how I was able to get tickets before they even went on sale!!He sent me information on the venues actual website along with ticket masters that showed this to be true along with showing ticket prices much lower than what I just paidI also received an email confirming my purchase from ticketoffices.com and displaying the estimated ticket arrival date MONTHS AWAY!! just days before the concert even though they are being emailed!I went back to the website through the URL (now obviously made to look like the venues) and started a live chat with customer support who informed me how they were able to receive tickets before they go on sale to the public (so why do I have to wait months?!), I also explained that I was under the belief that I was on the venues official site and was wondering why the tickets I bought were so much more money, I was told I could sell the tickets to recoup some of the loss (not an answer)After asking for a refund I was told all sales are final at which point I ended the chat to call my bank since I was 100% sure I was being scammedI had my card deactivated and disputed the charge pending an investigationI could not find a single review about ticketoffices.com but finally had luck after searching the name that appeared on the bank transaction "ticket fulfillment services" (how many other names are there?)The fact this business is still in operation given the information found on the Revdex.com website is ridiculousDespite what they may say they are using misleading business practices which is why "all sales are final" because eventually they know people will realize that they were ripped off and will come back for their moneyAll you need to do is look at the ratings on this website, you don't get 100% negative feedback by running a respectable businessI will personally be informing the FBI about this companyIn a perfect world I would like my money refunded and this company to stop taking advantage of people but given the other posts i'm not very optimistic

I purchased 3 tickets last night for a Hall and Oates concert at the Washington State Fair on Saturday September 14, 2019 for $440.94 total (way more than face value + fee which I was willing to pay). When I went to print out my downloaded tickets they were for Jeff Dunham on Friday, September 20, 2019? I bought these from Ticket Fulfillment Services LP which had a totally legit looking online website called ticketoffices.com and used my PayPal account. I tried calling the customer support line which was no help at all and also emailed them but all I received back was a customer survey wanting to know if I would recommend them?!?!? Are you serious? I opened a claim through PayPal but now see they won’t help me wish I would’ve used my cc so I could’ve gotten my money back! So mad right now! This is such a scam! I am going to post all over social media and tell everyone I know what a scam this company is! Terrible!

I've yet to get an email receipt from March 7 to a concert in 3 weeks I may have paid above face value but expect to get the tickets or an email with some kind of confirmation.. ywaiting... seems like a total scam! Very disappointed being that my child saved money for this concert.

I purchased tickets from this service on February 5, 2019 for a Cece Winans concert on February 16th. This service took the money out of my account and never sent me a confirmation email not did I get the tickets. I called Paypal to file a claim and Ticket fulfillment services sent Paypal a " copy" of the confirmation email and the tickets I supposedly received. I am out of $172.00 dollars for tickets I never received. Not to mention, Ticket Fulfillment services over charged me for the tickets! This is a scam!

Thank you for your response regarding this matterAlthough Ms*** has decided to press forward with this matter, we are not able to process any refund or cancellation for this transactionThis is because of the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace. Due to the transparency of our checkout process, Ticket Fulfillment Services maintains that Ms*** was not misled in any aspect of her ticket purchaseWe can confirm that our checkout process--throughout which all prices, fees, other details, and the total for Ms***' order were shown--was sufficient opportunity for Ms*** to review this informationAfter being shown this information, Ms*** proceeded to enter her payment information and checked the box to signify her agreement with the following statement, which was presented in large, bold print: "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above."
Although Ms*** is not due to receive a refund per the Sales Terms and Conditions to which she agreed prior to checkout, we have reached out to Ms***--both after her initial complaint and after this second response--in an attempt to provide a courtesy resolution to this matter, and have provided an extension to directly reach our management teamTicket Fulfillment Services has addressed Ms***' concerns in detail and we consider this matter resolvedIf Ms*** has any further questions or concerns regarding this order, or would like to discuss a resolution to this issue, we encourage her to contact our customer service teamRegards,

Purchased two tickets for a Willie Nelson concert from this legitimate-looking websiteAfter purchasing the tickets, I realized that in addition to the $tickets, I was charged a $service charge for a grand total of $I called the box office and was informed that this was not their websiteAdditionally, I was told that the seats right next to the ones I purchased were $each (as opposed to $160)I contacted this vendor within minutes of purchase and did an online chat, at which time I was told that all purchases were finalThis is the business practice of a predatory companyThey should be ashamed of themselvesI am not sure how they are allowed to stay in business

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRevdex.com: It's the way this business gets away with this by being a third-party or whatever ticket sellerSome rules need to be changed. To this company: I read your letterDoesn't matter, how can you live with yourselves$for a $ticket?? This was way in advance when the tickets just went on saleAs soon as the purchaser realizes their mistake they should be able to contact you and say a mistake was made, to please undoThat can be done with any reputable businessYour site gives no visible automatic warning that this is not Ticketmaster, you have a greedy person who runs the place and is ready to rip you offGet out of businessI am not stupid onlineI don't know how I got re-directed to youI have been always careful to make sure I am at the right placeBut something happened this time. I was behind in my checking and needed to contact you that a mistake was madeGet away from looking at all like TicketmasterYou are getting away with happily gauging people and causing them all kinds of problems. And you don't care and I bet you won't change a bit"Please forgive them Lord, they know not what they do." I could never do what you do

I purchased tickets from this company unknowing that they where not affiliated with Ticketmaster In addition, they assessed a large service fee that was not disclosed during my purchase process The fee was 30% of my purchase, and was NEVER DISCLOSED anywhere on the site until I submitted my purchase
I also have reported them to my CC agency as potentially fraudulent organization as I have NO FAITH these tickets will be honored the day of the event
DO NOT USE THEM
Buyer beware
