Ticket Fulfillment Services LP Reviews (313)

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We appreciate the chance to address our customer’s concerns. Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") processes orders and provides customer service for online ticket marketplaces. TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate...

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.Once the customer selected the event they were interested in, The Illusionists, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.” This message is also displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. After customers select the ticket listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. The customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total is calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of the customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $1,222.45 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. This information was fully disclosed before customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, customers are notified in the Ticket Information portion of the site that, “We are a resale marketplace. We are not a box office or venue. This site is not owned by any venue. Price: Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with the terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” The customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms. Customers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these terms. Once selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their order. The customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order" at which time their order was processed.Due to the nature of business on the secondary marketplace, TFS nor their affiliates are not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, TFS and their affiliates act as intermediaries between customers and sellers. All prices listed on the site are done so by the individual seller, not TFS, nor their affiliates, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, TFS must ensure that the policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with the customer to address all of their concerns. It should be noted that although an attempt was made to walk the customer through the checkout process, they declined. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. In addition to this claim, the customer has claimed that their tickets were not sent to them until their initial contact with us; however, this is inaccurate. The customer placed their order on 10/17/2016 and their valid tickets were sent via email on 12/2/2016. The customer later inquired about their tickets on 3/30/2017; at that time, their tickets were promptly resent to the customer’s email address on file. If the customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.   Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.Although our customer has stated that they selected two tickets this is inaccurate. The site is completely user-driven meaning all order details are either selected or input by the customer during checkout. When on the site, our customer was prompted to select the event they were interested in and continued to the ticket listing page. Our customer then selected the listing they were interested in for the Lawn section. Each listing discloses the price per ticket and the number of ticket available in correspondence to that listing. Our customer was provided the opportunity to select a drop down box and adjust the quantity selected. Once selected, a message appeared stating “Are you sure you want to add all 10 tickets to your cart?” and selected the “OK” button to proceed to the checkout page. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total is calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $515.95 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Our customer was provided another opportunity to adjust the quantity selected in the drop down box displayed at this time. Customers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms. Customers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these terms. Once selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their order. Our customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order", at which time their order was processed.Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, TFS and the site are not affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory; instead, the site acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Our customer has claimed that no tickets were delivered; this is incorrect. Our customer placed this order on 4/27/2017 at 3:18 AM CST and all 10 valid tickets were delivered to the email address on file at 1:01 PM CST. As a courtesy, our customer’s tickets were re-sent on 4/28/2017 at 7:01 AM CST prior to their event later that evening. As our customer stated, in addition to this current claim, they filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor on 6/15/2017. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed though we have notated the order to be directed to a customer service manager should our customer have any further questions.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

Ticket Fulfillment Services processes orders and provides customer service for a variety of online ticket marketplaces, and is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means we do not own tickets—instead, we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. On our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue."
When Mr. [redacted] selected his tickets for [redacted] that were listed for $87 each, he was navigated to our checkout page. From there, he was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and in bold text, “Total Charge: $455.87” prior to entering any payment information. Here it also reiterates, “We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Mr. [redacted] was then required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout.

All tickets listed on our network of sites are owned and priced by individual sellers, not Ticket Fulfillment Services, based on those sellers' evaluations of changing factors such as customer demand. This means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may differ than that original amount. It also means that the largest portion of any order placed in our marketplace goes directly to the seller; the service and delivery charges represent the charges that Ticket Fulfillment Services uses to maintain the operating costs of our network of ticket resale sites, ensuring that customers receive their ticket in time for events.

We have a 100% Money Back Guarantee in place to assure customer’s that we will provide valid and authentic tickets in time for their events. Mr. [redacted] purchased tickets on 8/23 for an event on 10/26 and these valid tickets were sent to him immediately. On 9/7 Mr. [redacted] downloaded and viewed these tickets. Mr. [redacted] has not reached out to us in regards to his concerns though our contact information is readily available on all correspondence. We encourage Mr. [redacted] to reach out to our customer service team, either by telephone or email, if he would like to discuss this matter further. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. Ms. [redacted] reached out to us in regards to this issue the day after the event took place. I went to the Wharton Center Website to purchase tickets to take my daughters to the Cinderella production. When I selected the "buy tickets" option, it diverted me to the "Box Office Tickets" menu. Thinking I was at the Wharton Center Box Office, I went ahead and purchased 3 tickets. At the time I thought they were expensive but it is a "Broadway" production and I haven't bought play tickets in a long time. The price was $471.95 with all of the extra processing fees.
When I received the message in my e-mail that the tickets were available and I downloaded them, a different name was on the tickets and the price was $208. Thinking there was a mistake, I called the Wharton Center and bought 3 more tickets. I was told that I probably bought the tickets from a "3rd" party site and paid an inflated price and they may not even be "real" tickets. When I tried to contact the Box Office Ticket organization, I couldn't get a real person on the phone and the message at the end said that there were no refunds. Nowhere did it say that there were no refunds in the confirmations that I received nor did the website say that during the entire time I was buying the tickets. I have e-mailed them twice and called 3 times and received an e-mail that someone would be contacting me. DO NOT PURCHASE tickets from this organization! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Although Mr. [redacted] continues to press forward, we cannot provide a refund for this order as we provided valid tickets for entry in time for the event. As Mr. [redacted] has stated, he has disputed this transaction with his bank and it has successfully been ruled in our favor. Mr. [redacted] contends that he made multiple attempts to reach us, but our records indicate that no emails or conversations with one of our customer service agents has ever transpired. We have a customer service team available to handle all inquiries and we have encouraged Mr. [redacted] to utilize these resources so that we may resolve any additional questions he may have. As it stands, we consider this matter closed

I did accept their offer with somewhat of a disagreement--paid 150 less offer of 65=85 for 44 dollar tickets--still a rip off--dale--but my fault

From there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded text. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  The charge may have been reversed, I do not know since I had to cancel the cards and the bank created new cards numbers for us.  (and we had to wait for them to be mailed to us)  Ticket-Center may have required more information from my daughter to complete the transaction but it is NEVER a practice I would ever allow anyone I know to take a picture of credit cards and photo id's and send them to a company.  Is that something you would recommend at the Revdex.com?
I appreciate your following up on my complaint.  I feel like more people should start complaining about these ticket scalpers and maybe they would have to conform to a better business practice.  They buy up all the tickets for an event, quadruple the charges and then you never feel safe if the ticket you purchased is valid or not.  It feels like a practice followed in a developing country, not the United States.

On 7/14 when Ms. [redacted] and her granddaughter viewed tickets for Florida Georgia Line, they had the option to select which event date and location they wished to attend. They chose the event being held on 10/22 in Atlanta, Georgia and they were directed to the ticket listing page which displays available tickets and an interactive map. On the top of this page it also reiterates the location, date, and time of the event chosen.

When the purchaser selected tickets and navigated to our checkout page, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the event details, all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold text. Ms. [redacted] stated that she was unable to contact us regarding this order. However, our email and telephone information is readily available in all correspondence so we are readily accessibly to address all of our customer's concerns. We received no indication of Ms. [redacted]’s concerns until, as Ms. [redacted] mentioned, we received a dispute on 7/25/16 from her financial institution regarding this order. We have since attempted to reach out to Ms [redacted] and have been unsuccessful in reaching her. not delivered, this is inaccurate. On 5/2/2017 at 8:40 AM CST, our customer placed an order for tickets to a Matchbox Twenty and Counting Crows concert taking place on 9/27/2017. Their valid tickets were delivered immediately after this, at approximately 8:42 AM CST. This is the first we are learning of our customer's concerns as they have not contacted us directly. As such, we are able to provide the following information.Once the customer selected the event they were interested in, Gwinnett Braves at Charlotte Knights, they navigated to the ticket listing page. A complete itemized breakdown of the customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of  $132.94 was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the page. These details were fully disclosed before customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, customers are displayed the message, “Please note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. We are not owned by any venue.” Customers are then presented with the terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” The customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms. Customers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these terms. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that the policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with the customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; nevertheless, we offered the customer a one-time courtesy offer in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution. However, the customer declined this offer. If the customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department; at this time, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

Ticket Fulfillment Services processed order and provides customer service for a variety of online ticket marketplaces, none of which are affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office.

It should be noted that the statute Ms. [redacted] mentioned does not apply here. The Jerry Seinfeld event Ms. [redacted] purchased tickets for is not sponsored by a charitable organization. In addition to this, Ticket Fulfillment Services and our affiliates operate in full accordance with the law as a resale marketplace.

However, in the interest of customer service we reached out to Ms. [redacted] to offer a resolution that would be amicable to both parties. She has since indicated that she would only like to communicate through email. As such, we expressed our offer through email though we have not received a response to date. At this time we consider this matter resolved and encourage Ms. [redacted] to contact us with any additional concerns she may have.

inherit; font-style: inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. At Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our customer and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. First, it must be noted that Mr. [redacted]'s tickets were delivered to him the day after he made the purchase. It should also be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means that we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket page on our website, with the following message: "Tickets not guaranteed to ship immediately. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value."
Mr. [redacted] has claimed that he expected his tickets to arrive on the same day as his purchase was made. While "instant download" is an option for many of the tickets on our site, it was not the delivery method for the tickets Mr. [redacted] selected. As stated on every ticket page on our site, tickets are not guaranteed to ship immediately.Ticket Fulfillment Services facilitates thousands of successful transactions each day with satisfied customers who are fully aware of the delivery method for the tickets they select, so we are confident in the transparency of our policies. Our 100% Money Back Guarantee ensures that tickets will be delivered in time for the event. Mr. [redacted]'s tickets were sent to him by email the day after he made the purchase, several days in advance of the event, and he has since downloaded them. As such, Mr. [redacted] is not due a refund per the agreed-to terms and conditions.
Because customers are purchasing tickets owned by individual sellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer cancellations and must adhere to an "all sales are final" policy—a standard throughout the industry. This policy is disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”
It should be noted that in addition to this current claim, Mr. [redacted] has also filed a dispute with his financial institution regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. Ticket Fulfillment Services has fully adhered to the terms and conditions to which Mr. [redacted] agreed, and has upheld our 100% Money Back Guarantee. As such, we consider this matter closed. If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this order, we encourage him to contact a member of our customer service team.
Regards,
