Ticket Fulfillment Services LP Reviews (313)

Review: I called Ticket Zoom Secure Tix (Ticket Fulfillment Services LP). I asked for tickets to Radio City Music Hall Christmas Special for Sunday, 11/29 at the 4:30 pm show. A young man helped me, and quoted me a price that was less than what I had found on my own. When the downloadable tickets came in on my email, they were for Saturday, 11/28 at 7:30 pm! I called and a manager returned my call after listening to my recorded conversation. They claim that the salesman asked if I agreed to the tickets on 11/28, and that I said yes. Of course, I have no proof of that. Even if I did, I must have thought he was asking me about the date I told him I wanted at the beginning of the call. He never said "this date is not what you wanted" or otherwise alerted me that he was giving me a different date. Meanwhile, I cannot use tickets on 11/28, and the company refuses to change or refund. I just want what I asked for to begin with.Desired Settlement: I would like my tickets for Sunday, 11/29 for the 4:30 pm show. If they will not change the incorrect tickets, then I want a full refund. Thank you.

Review: Misrepresentation of ticket value. I purchased a concert ticket for $334, including handling and a $7.50 internet delivery fee. I was not told the face value of the ticket was $127, and that there mark up was nearly $200. They are scalping concert tickets.Desired Settlement: A refund over and above the face value of the ticket.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. We should explain that we are an online exchange, which means we do not own or generate tickets-instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. These sellers set their own prices based on their understanding of the current market climate, which means prices are not based on the original value, or face value--a fact clearly explained in our sales terms. As described below, throughout the checkout process, Ms. [redacted], and all of our customers, are made aware and reminded that prices may be more than face value.Ms. [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, where she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in balded text. Ms. [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions visible in a text box below this order total-and presented with the balded message "All sales are final." At this point, she was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions. Ihave reviewed the Order Summary above,11 and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkout. Below this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Ms. [redacted]'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $334.50, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order". In addition,a box containing "Purchase Information" such as "Price: Ticket prices may exceed face value" can be found on each page throughout the checkout process. When Ms. [redacted] clicked "Place Order'', she signified her acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed her order. Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process-from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our siteare notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds. While we regret Ms. [redacted]'s frustration, she was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our site. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns, we welcome her to contact us.Thank you

Review: I went to purchase concert tickets on my cellphone for a venue in Tulsa,OK named the [redacted] Theatre. I believed I arrived at the correct website and proceeded to purchase tickets before I realized this website was not affiliated with [redacted] Theatre and tickets were 2x to 3x the venue's ticket prices. I immediately called Ticket Fulfillment Services to explain and have them cancel the order. However, they insisted they would not refund the tickets. I mentioned to the company I would never authorize purchasing tickets from a website not affiliated with the venue, and moreover, spend 2x to 3x the face value of the tickets. Seemingly I was stuck with tickets, and then demanded that since these were paid for, I should have good delivered in hand. They have not provided any dates or information for when I should receive the tickets, and I'm afraid I may not receive anything in return.Desired Settlement: If a refund can not be made, I would like to have the tickets sent to me right away.

Review: I went online to purchase Blue Jays tickets for the following day, and was promised on the site that I would receive them by e-mail immediately after purchase. $76.94 US was withdrawn from my PayPal account, however I never received the tickets. I have attempted on multiple occasions to speak to customer service, however they have not once picked up. I was only able to leave voicemails, to which were never responded. I am seeking to have $76.94 refunded. I was not able to attend the event for which I had "purchased tickets".Desired Settlement: I would like to see that my money is refunded to my account, and that this business is shut down for their multiple complaints about others not receiving their tickets.

I went to the Wharton Center Website to purchase tickets to take my daughters to the Cinderella production. When I selected the "buy tickets" option, it diverted me to the "Box Office Tickets" menu. Thinking I was at the Wharton Center Box Office, I went ahead and purchased 3 tickets. At the time I thought they were expensive but it is a "Broadway" production and I haven't bought play tickets in a long time. The price was $471.95 with all of the extra processing fees.

When I received the message in my e-mail that the tickets were available and I downloaded them, a different name was on the tickets and the price was $208. Thinking there was a mistake, I called the Wharton Center and bought 3 more tickets. I was told that I probably bought the tickets from a "3rd" party site and paid an inflated price and they may not even be "real" tickets. When I tried to contact the Box Office Ticket organization, I couldn't get a real person on the phone and the message at the end said that there were no refunds. Nowhere did it say that there were no refunds in the confirmations that I received nor did the website say that during the entire time I was buying the tickets. I have e-mailed them twice and called 3 times and received an e-mail that someone would be contacting me. DO NOT PURCHASE tickets from this organization! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Review: I had purchased tickets from concertboom for my husbands holiday gift. I purchased the tickets on 12/23/14 over the phone and received confirmation via email the same day. In the email it stated the information and the tickets via email. On the day of the event I went into my emails and printed the confirmation because that is all I received. I figured it had the information on it with the confirmation and that I shouldn't have any problems. After hiring a babysitter and driving two hours to the event they stated that the confirmation that was sent to me is not in their system. Nor is my name in which I purchased the tickets. At that time we went back into my emails to confirm what was received and again only the confirmation was received no tickets. After a half an hour into the show and the box office trying to locate the tickets we called the company concertboom who was not able to assist us and put us on hold for 20 minutes. We eventually hung up because we have already lost 36 minutes of the show that was sold out. The next day I called them and spoke to a representative who listen to my story and understood our concern and the thought of us be dissatisfied. In turn he stated we needed to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor [redacted] came on the phone and again I explained the entire story. He stated that two emails were sent to me. I told him I only received one. He said he saw that I opened the confirmation but never the ticket one. I explained again to him that was because I never received it. I stated that we lost two hours of driving one way, a babysitter and the show because of this. We stated his office couldn't help us the night of and that I felt we should be compensated for this. I wanted him to make good of the tickets or at least offer us a replacement of some tickets to anything else and he stated no. I explained that he confirmed we never open the second email so that should be proof in in itself I never received it, the box office could vouch for it as well. He said it was not his fault or his responsibility and could care less who I went to to complain about it or if I rated or stated to anyone that I was unhappy about his service. I find this very unprofessional and inconsiderate.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a letter apologizing for the rude management, as well as, the way this was handled. I would also like to be reimbursed for my purchase.
