This business presents itself as a service and an official representative of Ticketmaster Ticket Fulfilment Services simply helps original ticket buyers sell their tickets at an extreme markup and the company charges that seller a fee for doing so The second buyer purchases the ticket (s) with the belief that they are purchasing from a genuine Ticketmaster site To my knowledge the practice of reselling tickets to reap financial gain is, in Alberta illegal, and is described as scalping The tickets I received says that RESALE INVALIDATES TICKET When the tickets were bought we thought that was the actual price of the ticket but after phoning Ticketmaster found that the charge of the ticket was actually about times the cost it should have been

When Ms [redacted] clicked this button, she signified her acknowledgement of the order and the order details, verifying this is the order she wanted to place.Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process-from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars ( USO)." Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The charge may have been reversed, I do not know since I had to cancel the cards and the bank created new cards numbers for us (and we had to wait for them to be mailed to us) Ticket-Center may have required more information from my daughter to complete the transaction but it is NEVER a practice I would ever allow anyone I know to take a picture of credit cards and photo id's and send them to a company Is that something you would recommend at the Revdex.com? I appreciate your following up on my complaint I feel like more people should start complaining about these ticket scalpers and maybe they would have to conform to a better business practice They buy up all the tickets for an event, quadruple the charges and then you never feel safe if the ticket you purchased is valid or not It feels like a practice followed in a developing country, not the United States Regards,
