If anyone knows any way to fight these guys and get money back from them, please post it! Or if there is a class action law suit then I am all in!
Ticket Fulfillment Services LP sells tickets they don't have, and they pocket their customer’s money. I purchased $840 worth of Hamilton tickets for September 10 and the Pantages Theater. Their total with tax and "handling fee" was $1,189. An absurd handling fee. Once the tickets are ordered, tough luck if you don’t like the fees. PayPal happily pays them with your credit card. When they emailed my digital tickets, I got a URL that said "My tickets were sent to and accepted by another email address." What? Of course, I had them resend the URL. I was sure it was a mistake. When I opened the new URL, I got the exact same message.
I called Ticket Fulfillment Services LP, their phones are blocked… due to Covid, of course. I emailed again, with no response. I did chat with an agent, who said it would take 4-5 days to find my tickets. He would get back to me. I asked him why he didn’t simply have it on his computer, but he just didn’t. My chats were blocked after my first chat. Their computer didn't recognize my case number, email address, or zip code. When I notified PayPal about the scam, I was sure they would back me up. But they didn't. They allowed the payment to go through because they said I “got my tickets”, which I didn’t. I called PayPal and told them I had no tickets. They re-opened the case and turned it down a second time. I called them and asked to speak to the committee head who ruled on challenges. She re-opened the case and said she would talk to the company, and get back to me. Why would she do that, as I never received my tickets? And, as expected, PayPal ruled in the scammer's favor again! They never discussed with me or asked for my evidence, of which there were tons. September 10 and Hamilton came and went, and I was never communicated with or sent actual tickets by Ticket Fulfillment Services LP.
After doing a bit of research, I found dozens of complaints connecting PayPal and Ticket Fulfillment Services where PayPal didn't support their customers. (See PayPal Community) PayPal is not a safe payer like most people think. On all three challenges, PayPal told me I received the tickets that I did not receive. They never looked at my evidence. They believed the thieves. They are as bad as the con artists.
If you Google Ticket Fulfillment Services LP you will see pages of sites that each have dozens to hundreds of people who have been ripped off by them. Better Business Bureau has over 500 complaints about Ticket Fulfillment Services LP and they are F-rated. How did I get them in the first place? I went to Ticketmaster to buy tickets and was referred to Ticket Fulfillment Services LP. Here is the link to "my tickets". I’m certain they leave it on so they can use it multiple times to rip off multiple suckers.

I made a short video on my experience with this scam: https://youtu.be/oEHN2RvAZF4 Ticket Fulfillment Services LP has been ripping people off for more than six years. They should be arrested and stopped. Obviously, PayPal has no interest in stopping them. Are they in on the cut?
Thank you for reaching out to usAt Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our customer's purchasing experiences and would like to take the time to address Ms***’s concernsMs [redacted] claims that her daughter believed she was purchasing through the website of the venue, or of the event itselfHowever, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from these other sitesTicket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersDirectly on our website it states, "We are a resale marketplace - Prices may exceed face value - This site is not owned by any venue." Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce the “all sales are final” policy that was agreed to by the customer prior to purchaseSimilarly, with regard to Ms***' statement regarding the "face value" of the tickets that her daughter purchased, it should be noted that all ticket prices are set by the individual sellers, not by our companyThis fact is explained clearly throughout the purchase process, including a notice on every ticket page and a bold-text note at checkout that states: "Please note: We are an independent resale marketplaceTicket prices may exceed face value." When Ms***' daughter selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold textMs***' daughter was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, she was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that she selected in order to continue with checkoutDuring this process, Ms***' daughter saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of her tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total chargeOur sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” We have fully adhered to our sales terms and conditions by delivering valid, authentic tickets which Ms [redacted] received via UPS on July 2, We have been in contact with Ms [redacted] in an attempt to offer a resolution to this issue, but Ms [redacted] declined a resolution at that timeIf Ms [redacted] would like to discuss a resolution or any additional concerns, we encourage her to contact our customer service management team; as it presently stands, we consider this matter closed Regards, Ticket Fulfillment Services
You are a b[censored]company. That has ripped thousands of people off. Your “rules” are given after the sucker buys from you. I purchased $1,189 worth of Hamilton tickets. You sent me an URL for the tickets that said “These tickets were already sent to and accepted by another email address”. And that's all I got from you. I emailed to let you know, and I was sent another URL that was exactly the same. After the second email, I was blocked by your chat, unable to call, and ignored by email. You are a fraud, and I can't believe you come on here and make up excuses. I also was faked into. Believing I was getting tickets from Ticketmaster. The show came and went, and you never contacted me. This is the only way I can communicate with you.

Revdex.com: For some reason I was unable to view the cost of the tickets and the additional charges before submitting my payment My wife has tried to contact the above named business by phone and e-mailSeveral days ago we did receive an e-mail saying a representative would be contacting us soonSo far, no contact We attempted to contact the company to let someone know that we were unable to print the tickets We were looking for some kind of help to be able to print No one was available on-line or on the phone I believe that the company has a professional, as well as, an ethical responsibility to provide complete service Because service was not provided and there was no way for us to even use the tickets, I feel they have a responsibility to refund the funds in total I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Ticket Fullfillment Services has contacted Ms [redacted] and we feel we have reached a resolution that suits both partiesWe now consider this issue closedIf Ms [redacted] would like to attend another live event in the future, or if she has any questions about an order or our website, we welcome her to reach out to us
