Ticket Fulfillment Services LP Reviews (313)

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We appreciate the chance to address our customer’s concerns. Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") processes orders and provides customer service for online ticket marketplaces. TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate...

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.Mr. [redacted] has stated that he is unable to attend the new date of his rescheduled event. However, it should be noted that Mr. [redacted] was given ample information that refunds cannot be provided for events that are rescheduled rather than canceled. On 3/14/2017, Mr. [redacted] navigated the website and chose a listing for Harlem Globetrotters. Directly on the checkout page he visited, it was stated, “All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event.” Mr. [redacted] was notified on 3/31/2017 via email that his event was rescheduled to take place on 4/14/2017 rather than on 4/11/2017.On 3/14/2017 Mr. [redacted] purchased tickets for Harlem Globetrotters on 4/11/2017. This event was later rescheduled by the artist or venue for the new date of 4/14/2017. Mr. [redacted] was informed of this date change via email on 3/31/2017. He has since indicated that he would no longer be able to attend, to which it should be noted that Mr. [redacted] cannot receive a refund for rescheduled events per the agreed-to policies at checkout. The sales policies, including the “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process. Below the itemized breakdown of all order details on the checkout page Mr. [redacted] viewed, it was stated, “All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If the event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.” Mr. [redacted] was given ample information to notify him that we are unable to provide refunds for such occurrences.Mr. [redacted] received his valid tickets via email on 3/16/2017 for him to print and bring to his rescheduled event date of 4/14/2017. It should be noted that prior to receiving this claim, we were in contact with Mr. [redacted] and thoroughly addressed all of his concerns at that time. As such, we consider this matter closed. Mr. [redacted] is encouraged to contact a member of our customer service department if he has any further concerns.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services.

"Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention. Ticket Fulfillment Services processes orders and provides customer service for a variety of online ticket marketplaces, and is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means we and our affiliates do not own tickets—instead, our affiliates facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.

Mr. [redacted] stated he selected center row seating; this should be noted as inaccurate. When Mr. [redacted] viewed tickets for The Lion King on 10/23, he selected Zone Seating located in the Balcony between the rows FF-SS; not the center. At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also notified that Estimated Ship Date of his tickets was 10/18. Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services does not own tickets and therefore the Estimated Ship Date is set by individual sellers. Tickets are typically shipped out close to the Estimated Ship Date though this date is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Ticket Fulfillment Services and our affiliates have no association.

Mr. [redacted] indicated that our “all sales are final” policy was not displayed until after he placed his order; to this we would like to provide clarification. When Mr. [redacted] selected tickets and navigated to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bold text. Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”

Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

After Mr. Roger’s placed this order, he later received an email that included his tracking number,[redacted] Mr. [redacted] mentioned that he did not receive overnight delivery though his tickets were shipped on 10/19 and delivered on 10/20. Overnight delivery is based upon when the item is shipped, not the time the order was placed.

In addition to this complaint Mr. [redacted] filed a dispute with his financial institution regarding this transaction. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. Though Mr. Roger's order was filled accurately, we have attempted to contact him to discuss this matter further. However, we have been unsuccessful in reaching him. The tickets that Mr. [redacted] received clearly state Section: Balcony Row JJ. As the tickets are within the selected zone of Balcony Row FF-SS, and the event has since passed; we consider this matter closed. If Mr. [redacted] has any additional concerns, we encourage him to contact our customer service.

to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.”In regards to Mr. [redacted]’s claim that the order total for their tickets was actually the amount of the price per ticket, it should be noted that when Mr. [redacted] selected their tickets, they were taken to our checkout page. From there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded text. Then, Mr. [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.”  At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. After checking the box and clicking “Review Order”  they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. As a secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Ticket Fulfillment Services operates our own customer service department which is available to resolve any and all issues that our customers may encounter, with contact information on both our webpage and every correspondence. We encourage Mr. [redacted] to utilize this resource for any additional concerns, but as it currently stands, we consider this matter closed. Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I never clicked on a place order button.  After viewing the prices for two tickets I did not place an order.  When I received an email saying I had purchased 5 tickets their was no summary of the order or its cost.  This is suspicious.  I immediately emailed and telephoned Ticket-Center.  They would not correct the charge and insisted all sales are final.  I absolutely never purchased any tickets by agreeing to the sales terms and conditions.  Also, the Ticket Fulfillment Service did not attempt to email or call me. Their company is the one who has billed my credit card and I demand that they rectify their error.  I am in contact with The Attorney General of New Yorks Complaint and Fraud Bureau to resolve this issue.  Again I never placed an order for 5 tickets.  [redacted]

Ms. [redacted] has stated that she believed she was purchasing through the website of the venue, Providence Performing Arts Center. However, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from any venue site. Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This means that the price of the tickets is not based on their original price, or "face value." Directly at the top of every ticket page on our website, the following message is displayed: "Tickets not guaranteed to ship immediately. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout. This site not affiliated with any venue. Tickets may be above face value."

Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual sellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. Ms. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolde-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. During this process, Ms. [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge. Immediately above the Place Order button, the total charge was repeated with the following message in bold text: "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $878.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees."
Ms. [redacted]'s valid, authentic tickets have been delivered to her well in advance of the event. As such, Ticket Fulfillment Services has fully adhered to our 100% Money Back Guarantee. We have also reached out to Ms. [redacted] and provided a resolution to this matter that was amicable to both parties. We consider this matter resolved, and hope that Ms. [redacted] will consider Ticket Fulfillment Services for her future ticketing needs. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regarding my Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted] I do not accept their answer. From my smart phone I looked up Winnipeg Blue Bomber Tickets, and no matter what site I clicked on I was shown the same information regarding ticket price and availability. I was shocked at the price of $150 per seat, but never having purchased tickets before thought that since I had checked “multiple sites” that this price was legitimate. To me this means that I was being re-directed fraudulently so that as a consumer I was incorrectly led to believe that these were the only tickets and the only prices for this venue and event. As I stated earlier, why would someone from WINNIPEG, want to purchase tickets that were DOUBLE market value, plus pay additional fees, plus an exchange rate for an event that wasn’t even close to being sold out?! I would like a time confirmation on what time the “gentleman” from “Delaware” purchased these tickets, as I believe these tickets were purchased AFTER I was redirected to your site. And why would someone from Delaware be purchasing Winnipeg Blue Bomber Tickets???
After reading my story and looking online and viewing several other complaints regarding this company, it is CLEAR that some sort of underhanded, fraudulent conduct is occurring.

Sincerely,

[redacted]

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. At Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our...

customers and appreciate this opportunity to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services is an online resale marketplace, which means that we do not own or generate any tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. This fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplace. This site is not owned by any venue. Ticket Prices may exceed face value."
Regarding Ms. [redacted]'s claim that the price of her order differs from the price printed on the ticket itself, it should be noted that this is a common occurrence on the secondary market. Because all tickets on our website are owned and priced by individual sellers, not by Ticket Fulfillment Services, prices are set by those sellers in accordance with their assessments of various market factors such as customer demand. Directly on the checkout page in large print, the following message was shown to Ms. [redacted]: "Please Note: We are an independent resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. We are not owned by any venue."
In reference to her claim that she was not made aware of the order total prior to purchase, it should be noted that this is inaccurate. Our website is user-driven, and no order can be placed without the customer having been made aware of all order and pricing details. When Ms. [redacted] selected the tickets she was interested in, she was taken to our Checkout page. From there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold text. Ms. [redacted] was then required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point, Ms. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and checked a box signifying her agreement with this statement. During this process, Ms. [redacted] saw an even more in-depth order summary that displayed the quantity and prices of her tickets, the delivery and service fees, and the total charge in bold text.
With regard to Ms. [redacted]'s claim that the listing she selected was in a section called The Zone, we would like to provide clarification. The tickets she selected were clearly marked as "Section: Floor, Row: GA." Accompanying this listing was a note containing our policies about "zone seating," which simply states information about the seller's method of procuring these particular tickets. We provide this information as part of our ongoing effort to be transparent with our customers, and at no time was it conveyed to Ms. [redacted] that these tickets would grant access to a separate section titled The Zone.
The event for which she purchased tickets took place on 8/21/16, and Ms. [redacted] has confirmed that she was able to attend the event using the ticket. As such, Ticket Fulfillment Services has fully adhered to the terms and conditions to which Ms. [redacted] agreed prior to purchase, and considers this matter closed. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions or concerns regarding this matter, we encourage her to reach out to a member of our customer service team.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take the customer  experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. Ms. [redacted]'s complaint is unique in that it is related to a successful example of how Ticket Fulfillment Services' robust ecommerce...

fraud prevention system protected Ms. [redacted]'s security. An unknown fraudster attempted to use her credit card on our website. Our talented and trained verification team identified the attempted fraud and blocked the transaction. Ms. [redacted]'s card was not charged and the fraudster was prevented from causing damage to Ms. [redacted] or our company.Best practice when such an attempt at fraud occurs is for the card holder to cancel the credit card, which Ms. [redacted] has confirmed she has done. As this was an act by an unknown third party, who has not  identified  themselves  in  any  way,  we  are  not  able  to  provide  the  information  Ms.  [redacted] requested.   We  encourage  Ms.  [redacted]  to  contact  her financial  institution  for  some  guidance  in determining whether  her card was used to make unauthorized purchases elsewhere, because we can assure her that it was not used on our website

tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own tickets—instead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.Although our customer has indicated they were on the [redacted] website, this should be noted as inaccurate. The site has no affiliation with [redacted] and operates an independent website. Additionally, the top of every event and ticket listing page notifies customers, "We display resale marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value. This site is not affiliated with any venue." Once the customer selected the ticket listing they desired, they were directed to the order summary page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected. The customer was prompted to provide an email address and continued to the checkout page. On this checkout page customers are presented with a complete itemized breakdown of their order on the left-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge prior to entering any payment information. The customer was then required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any venue. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars.” Directly above the "Place Order" button, the order total was reiterated in bold text. Here, the message stated, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $317.50 includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order.Due to the nature of business on the secondary marketplace, TFS and their affiliates are not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, TFS acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that the policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are typically unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry and agreed-to at the time of purchase. In addition to this current claim, the customer filed a dispute with their credit card regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in the favor of Ticket Fulfillment Services. Nonetheless, TFS has been in contact with the customer and offered a one-time courtesy resolution in the interest of customer service. The customer has accepted this as an amicable resolution; as such, we consider this matter resolved. Any additional questions our customer may have can be directed to our customer service department to provide further assistance. Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services

Thank you for getting back to us regarding this matter. With regard to Mr. [redacted]'s statement that he reached out to Ticket Liquidators in reference to this purchase and did not receive a response, it must be noted that this is a different company than ours. Ticket Fulfillment Services is not affiliated with Ticket Liquidators and is therefore unable to provide comment on any communication Mr. [redacted] may have had with that company. At Ticket Fulfillment Services, we appreciate this opportunity to address the concerns of our valued customer.

As indicated in our previous response, the tickets Mr. [redacted] selected were clearly marked for Section Mezzanine 224, Row L prior to purchase. This information was presented multiple times throughout the checkout process, along with the note: "Middle End Zone." Before entering his payment information, Mr. [redacted] was allowed several opportunities to review all details of his transaction. In order to authorize the purchase, he checked the box on our checkout screen signifying his agreement with our terms and conditions, which state that all sales are final. Additionally, this information was repeated in bold text immediately above the button Mr. [redacted] clicked to complete the purchase, with the message, "All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)."
Due to the transparency of our checkout process, we maintain that Mr. [redacted] was not misled regarding the location of his tickets or any other details of his transaction. Mr. [redacted] is guaranteed to receive his valid, authentic tickets in time for the event. As such, Ticket Fulfillment Services has fully honored our 100% Money Back Guarantee and we are unable to cancel or refund the order. It should be noted that in addition to this current claim, Mr. [redacted] has also filed a dispute with his credit card company regarding this order. We are unable to provide an amicable resolution while this dispute remains active, and we encourage Mr. [redacted] to reach out to his financial institution in regards to the outcome of this dispute. As it stands, we consider this matter closed.

Complaint: 12391219
I am rejecting this response because: as I have already stated this company is misrepresenting themselves and it is obvious with the over 200 complaints that are on the Revdex.com website.  Something needs to be done about this company and companies like them.  I, as well as the other people that complained, thought I was on the website for the actual venue.  As soon as I realized what was happening I tried to cancel right away but conveniently you can't contact anyone.  As I stated in my previous response I WILL ACCEPT NOTHING LESS THAN A FULL REFUND.  This company is ripping people off and the Revdex.com needs to stand up for us so they don't continue to do this.  It is very clear that this company is not reputable by all the complaints that have been received and it is very unfortunate that they have ripped off so many people.I am trusting that the company will do the right thing and refund my money and try to sell the tickets to some other poor unsuspecting victim.Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Teresa [redacted]

inherit; border: 0px;">Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. At Ticket Fulfillment Services, we value our customers and appreciate the opportunity to address Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. The security of our customer's information is of utmost importance, so we are not able to process any order without confirming that it was authorized by the cardholder. To this end, additional verification may be required on certain orders if the information provided by the customer cannot be verified. When Ms. [redacted]'s daughter placed her order, she entered information that could not be verified and for this reason, we were unable to confirm that this was an authorized transaction, and therefore required additional verification before processing the order.
After receiving the authorization form described by Ms. [redacted] in her compalint, Ms. [redacted] notified us that she did not wish to complete this authorization process. We immediately cancelled the order, and the charge was never processed. Ms. [redacted] has claimed that she was charged for this transaction; however, it must be noted that this is inaccurate. The pending amount Ms. [redacted] has mentioned is simply a transaction hold placed on her account by her bank when she placed the order. The order was never processed, and the pending hold will disappear from her account within a few business days. The time frame for this is completely dependent upon the financial institution. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions about this hold, we encourage her to reach out to her bank. At this time, we consider this matter resolved.

A representative then reached out to our customer via telephone to discuss the delivery. Additionally, we contacted the seller on this purchase who has confirmed that the wristband to gain entry into this event was provided in the package which was delivered to our customer on 10/4/2017. Thank you for your reply. However, the Matchbox Twenty and Counting Crows concert is the only upcoming concert our customer has placed one of our online marketplaces. Once that entity is located, we suggest contacting that entity directly to assist. As this time, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Ticket Fulfillment Services
