Mr [redacted] contacted our office in a review and our General Manager tried to call but left a message The next time we heard anything from Mr [redacted] was from his Revdex.com complaint Since then, we have been in communication with Mr [redacted] and have reached a mutually agreeable resolution Even though Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Services is admitting to no wrong doing but simply demonstrating an act of goodwill to bring this matter to a close

Overall service was greatthe tech guys were friendly and professional my only problem was the pricei feel I was overcharged for servicei accepted the hydro power, and after all that they still had to use the power snake which I asked for in the beginning So we went from $to $this not my first dealing with plumbersso if I had anything negative to say, it would be overpriced

They came out today to fix my central air conditioning unit and it is now working

Tiger does not understand this concernThe customer was sent an itemized invoice via email on May 18, per her requestIn addition, the Plumbing Foreman visited the customer on May 3, regarding a defective switch on the water heaterHe offered to change the entire water heater at no charge for Mrs [redacted] due to her dissatisfaction with the original jobThe customer agreed to a new water and the installation was scheduled for May 22, Mrs [redacted] called Tiger Plumbing and canceled the job on that day (May 22, 2017)A Customer Service Representative spoke with Mrs [redacted] on June 6, and asked if she was ready to reschedule the installationMrs [redacted] did not want to reschedule at that timeTiger is still willing to install a new water heater for the customer when it works with Mrs [redacted] 's schedule

Manager went out to inspect will be address all issues on Thursday March 16th

Tiger has done excellent work installing a whole house water filtration system as well as maintaining both of my air conditioning and heating unitsI highly recommend them to anyone looking to have professional plumbing and/or HVAC contractors in their home

The gentlemen showed up on time and were very professional Even though they checked out my septic system pipes to make sure everything was running properly and spent 20-minexplaining what they found I didn't receive a bill Go figure and wow! I at least expected to pay for a service call These guys were very knowledgeable and explained what they found and what solutions needed to be done all without a lot of pressure Have already recommended this company to people at work and if I need heavy plumbing work in the future they can count on me to give them a call THANKS TIGER!!!

TIGER Heating & Cooling is a great company to work with They respond quilt and can handle any emergency request Last minute request for heating they were here in no time The service guys are the best very professional, fast and know what there doing I will use this company again and again

We did contact the customer regarding their concern We don't know who they contacted after us, if it was just an individual or a company We wanted to share with them that when they contacted our company they had a full service company who provides true 24-hour emergency service days a year out at their home All of our technicians are background check, drug tested and the company is fully insured We have standard hours days a week We incur costs that other companies do not.During our conversation with the customer, all though we were admitting to no wrong doing and was simply demonstrating an act of goodwill, we offered to refund the $service fee that was paid to bring the matter to a close The customer abruptly ended the phone callPlease contact us at [redacted] with any other questionsThank you for your assistance in this matter

The service provided was beyond phenomenal, exceeded all my expectationsSara sat down and talked to me about all of my options and once decided on what furnace I would have she scheduled someone to arrive the very next day and put in my furnace The furnace installation person Sam, arrived timely dressed appropriately to work and was willing to provide answers to any questionsThere were a few hurdles he ran into but nothing he couldn't handleAt the end of the day everything was done perfectly and in a very timely fashionCan't say enough positive things about this company!

When someone contacts our company because they are having a problem, helping them get the problem rectified is our number one priority - we take it seriously.We received a call from Mr*** at 7:52am on 2-25-and by 9:42am we had a technician at his home ready to workUpon arriving at the
home our technician started to go about his job of servicing the furnace but the environment of the home was not conducive to our technician being able to remain in the home Our technician was having problems breathing inside the home due to the state it was in and and had no choice but to leaveTiger is more than happy to return and help Mr*** with his furnace situation once the problems have been rectified but we have to put the safety and well being of our employees first and foremost

I called Tiger in the afternoon about a hot water heater problem and they were able to send a technician out the same day Tiger arrived in the two hour window quoted and even called just prior to their arrival The technician was very courteous, clean cut, and listened to my concerns prior to jumping into the problem He talked me through what he did to troubleshoot and quickly resolved the issue I appreciated his honesty and never felt like he was looking for additional things that needed repair For their promptness, sound repairs, and reasonable prices I highly recommend Tiger This is my second positive experience with Tiger and I would not hesitate to make them my first call in the future
