VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUSHAVE NOT COMPLETED A CONTRACT AS YETJUST A PRELIMINARY REVIEW

We did contact the customer regarding their concern We don't know who they contacted after us, if it was just an individual or a company We wanted to share with them that when they contacted our company they had a full service company who provides true 24-hour emergency service
days a year out at their home All of our technicians are background check, drug tested and the company is fully insured We have standard hours days a week We incur costs that other companies do not.During our conversation with the customer, all though we were admitting to no wrong doing and was simply demonstrating an act of goodwill, we offered to refund the $service fee that was paid to bring the matter to a close The customer abruptly ended the phone call

Tiger Plumbing was contacted because I had a leak in basementService Rep (Tom) said the leak was from the pipes under the 2nd bathroom upstaireTo replace the pipes would cost 3,Pipe replacedI went on vacation only to return and found a leak from where the pipe was replaceTiger Plumbing sent another Service Rep, this one told me that that thetoilet should have been pulled and a part installedThe tech came back out and stated he was told not to pull the toilet during first installation (by Tom) I again left for days and returned only to find a leak (this leak was in the same place as the initial leak) Tiger Plumbing Service Rep (Tom) came and showed me that the place leaking (original leak )was from the seal on the bathtubI could buy a sealant and that should take care off the leak I could haved saved $I did and have had no other problem with leakingTotal rip offPlease get a second quote, my mistake

said she would return Tiger Services phone calls, however to date this has not happened*** *** was presented with the price of the anode rod up front and then she authorized the work to be completedTiger Services charged a fair price for the service performed at *** ***’s home. *** *** agreed to have Tiger Services present replacement options for her furnace and air conditioner due to photographic proof of the crack in her heat exchangerTiger Services discussed six different replacement options ranging from lower to higher pricesTiger Services does not know what type of equipment or warranties the other provider presented to *** ***Being a full service company, Tiger Services can only stand behind our equipment, warranties, and our licensed and bonded technical expertsTiger Heating & Air Conditioning Services, Incis admitting to no wrong doing However, as a gesture of goodwill, Tiger Services is still willing to discuss *** ***’s price concern with her in more detail

On May 5th our subcontractor called and told her he'd be out between the 15th and 19thHe confirmed last Friday to confirm he'd arrive on 5/18/We called the consumer and she says she did not remember talking to himShe is scheduled and we will take care of this on May 18th

As the customer mentioned, he has a copy of his invoiceThere were not any extra charges added to Mr***’s job with Tiger Heating and Air Conditioning Services. Mr*** authorized the work to be performed and acknowledged the scope of the work was done in a satisfactory mannerTiger found
the customer’s problem and gave him multiple options for resolution on the day of his appointment. Mr*** was under no obligation to the work with Tiger Heating and Air Conditioning Services. Mr*** chose a band-aid fix at first that did not correct his problemAt that time, he agreed to replace the failed air delivery system and secondary motor control. An air delivery system delivers air across the condensing coil. Mr*** was correctly charged for the scope of work performed by Tiger. After Tiger makes repairs, we have to run the system to test it to be sure there are not any issues with the workUpon completion of Mr***’s work, the technician tested the customer’s system and did not find any issuesTiger Heating and Air Conditioning Services is admitting to no wrong doingAs a goodwill gesture, we will contact the customer again to address any other concerns

I would like to drop the complaint. They reached out to me on September and they sent me the breakdown of the charges on September 15. Since I received what I requested, I will drop the complaint

As a club member, I was offered a water heater flushMark was on time, efficient, and professionalHe was pleasant to talk to, and explained every he was doing

Steve is always so professional and explains everything in terms I can understandHe is extremely knowledgable with geothermal heating and coolingI appreciate that he is the one we deal with It's nice to know ahead of time that the same person is coming to do your maintenance I would recommend Tiger, Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioner & Electrical Service to all my friends

complaintWe did not find any wrong doing during our investigation but complied with all of her requests including a full refund and cancellation of agreementWe feel the complaint should not have been made as we had addressed and resolved all consumer's issues prior to complaint being filed

Antjuan did an outstanding job; professional, courteous, and above all he knows air-conditioning Took the time to explain what the issues were and how they were going to be addressed and then he took care of the problems Tiger did an outstanding job

I am rejecting this response because: The person was touched by a phyically handicapped 23-year child I apologized profusely, and the technician said it was ok He actually said he knew John and went to school with him I cannot believe that this company would bring the actions of an autistic child into this complaint The people coming into my home were fully informed of the child, introduced to him, and we tried in all our power to keep him away from those entering the home If this work had been done in a timely manner, return visits would not have been necessary One or two visits were necessary to fix the problems; the other 10+ visits were to rectify their incompetence.1) first repairman wanted to cut into the kitchen ceiling which I said no and was correct; 2) shut-off valve left on all night and soaked staircase steps; 3) only of jobs was done right on the first visit--the other two required return visits; 4) master bath fixtures installed improperly--gaps (pictures) and escutcheon was not flush to wall--my little finger fit inside (pictures); 5) waited 3+ weeks for a new fixture with repeated cancellations--right before the cancellation of the job--Feb appt cancelled--Feb appt cancelled--Feb appt pushed back from 3:and at 4:I got phone call cancelling; 6) twice they let the water leak into the bathroom downstairs--first we gave them surplus tile to fix the problem and second they replaced squares with black splotched bright white tile when we had smooth dull white tile and I cleaned up after both installations.Who wouldn't be angry after what we have had to endure? Hanging up on someone does not preclude doing a good job

I was not contacted by Tiger plumbing and Air other than to ask me if I had received the email sent telling me what the work I had done and the total amount of the billThis issue has not been resolved at all, they have not made any attempt to correct the issueI have not received a break down of the chargesNor has the defective Tankless Water Heater been replaced

I talked with *** today and have put in a request for a review of the validity of this complaint due to the following:
We did not receive the email dated October 4, however we did receive the email dated November 17, from Ms

Ms***, instead of contacting our office since she was under the impression we were not responding to her filed a complaint with the Revdex.com days after the only email we received from her
The person who handles these requests was not available until 11-23-to address the matter but the complaint had already been filed
Ms*** originally agreed to a month membershipThe payment on December 1, will be the last payment and then her agreement will have been fulfilledWe didn't receive the notice of complaint until after noon on 11-23-and by that time Ms***'s membership had already been set up to cancel after her final payment of 12-1-which was in response to her email of 11-17-
In addition, per Ms***'s paperwork for the membership it states on the back that it can take up to days to process cancellation requests
We are happy to get this matter rectified but strongly feel this should not be filed as a complaint

The tone of the response from Tiger Plumbing is EXACTLY why a complaint was filedRather then reviewing their own internal processes, they blast the customer
When the plumber sold us the membership, he told us we needed to give days written notice if we were not going to renew the membership in yearNo where on the membership agreement does it indicate where to send the written notice
I did an online chat with someone from Tiger Plumbing who told me I could submit that notice via email and an email address was providedWhich was why I sent the email on October
If this is not an effective process for Tiger Plumbing then I would suggest they review their processesClearly, if they are not always receiving emails, it seems this is not an effective process
I did not contact their office for reasons1) I work in healthcareI do not always have time to stop and make phone calls during the dayWhen I was told I could send an email, I, apparently, wrongly believed this to be an effective process for Tiger Plumbing2) In the short time we have dealt with Tiger Plumbing they have not built a trusting working relationshipI would not have a communication with Tiger Plumbing that there would be no record of or no way to track
I would suggest to Tiger Plumbing that if they are telling customers to communicate with them by email that those emails are being checked at least on a daily basis, not when a particular person is in the officeHowever that would be effective customer service
All I needed to know is that there will no longer be any debits from my checking account after December 1, which according to the response above there will not be
It does not matter to me whether or not Tiger Plumbing thinks this matter should have been a complaintAs the customer, I strongly feel that it is a valid complaint
It is unfortunate, that Tiger Plumbing choose such an adversarial approach to their responseCustomer service teaches that blaming the customer for a lapse in internal processes is NOT an effective way to bring about resolutionI will again suggest that Tiger Plumbing review their own internal processes to avoid such complaints in the future

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meTodd, the manager at
Tiger Plumbing, agreed to replace the furnace, include an A Coil at no charge, refund approx $(applied to cost of furnace) and provide a 10year parts and labor warranty. He also agreed to properly wire a sump pump connection that had been incorrectly wired by another company. Total cost to us is approx $4200. My wife and I are very satisfied with Tiger's responsiveness and understanding of our side of the issue. We feel this was a very fair offer and look forward to continuing our relationship with Tiger. We would certainly recommend Tiger to anyone in need of the type of services they provide

I have dealt with this company before and have always been pleased with their service and their techs
With my new furnace purchase , Mark was very thorough with his explanations of what I needed and was never pushy Trying to sell me something I don't need Both he and Joe were wonderful to deal with and
I feel my house will be safe when this work is done

Tom Rshowed up right when he said he would Provided professional and personable service He took the time to explain everything in detail as he went along I'm very satisfied with the decision to call Tiger Will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber
