The employees we dealt with were the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable people we have ever dealt with. When the technician came to discuss replacement of our furnace, we ended up having it done the same day!! The technician did an outstanding job. The financial person also did an outstanding job getting us an extremely low interest rate for our financing and she did everything over the phone. We didn't have to come in and sign papers, etc.. , set up a date for install or anything of that order. We will definitely do business with this company again when the need arises. A few years ago, this company replaced our air conditioner the same day it went out. They service what they do and we think their service is exceptional.

The service provided was beyond phenomenal, exceeded all my expectations. Sara sat down and talked to me about all of my options and once decided on what furnace I would have she scheduled someone to arrive the very next day and put in my furnace. The furnace installation person Sam, arrived timely dressed appropriately to work and was willing to provide answers to any questions. There were a few hurdles he ran into but nothing he couldn't handle. At the end of the day everything was done perfectly and in a very timely fashion. Can't say enough positive things about this company!

I had some minor water leaks in a couple pipe joints that turned out to be more arduous than expected to fix. But, the good folks at Tiger were up to the challenge and got the job done. Being that I had already attempted to fix them previously made me appreciate it all the much more!

I have used Tiger Plumbing for several different things from toilets, to sinks and my hot water heater. They have done a great job every time! I have had several different technicians and they are always freindly and efficient. I am very happy with all of their jobs...very high quality work. You get what you pay for with Tiger.

Josh, Chad and Mark were efficient and effective. Same day service, dispatcher kept in contact with pertinent updates and the equipment (sump pump, ejector pit and toilet) were back in service earlier than anticipated.

Additional company services were marketed professionally in a low key manner.

Excellent and prompt servce. Repairmen are very congenial and do a great job of explaining the work needed.

Cory did a quick job and I have no issues with his service. The problem is Cory had to come finish a job previous Tiger employee did not complete correctly. I have had several occasions which have required followup visits to correct/complete jobs.

The 3 service technicians were courtesy, knowledgeable and willing to show us step by step what they would do and when completed..

The work done was what was quoted and completed within the time frame given.

I have personally been in contact with the customer and have resolved all matters including an explanation of charges and an itemized statement of work that was done that includes labor cost of service and goods. In additional, we confirmed discounts that was applied to the job and lastly spoke with...

the customer confirming everything was done to her satisfaction and the complaint was resolved and she stated yes.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Tiger Plumbing. Everyone at Tiger from the time I called their office to the young men that provided the service were friendly and very helpful. They explained everything completely and clearly, and there was no rush or pressure. I was given choices to decide what would work best for me. I knew who was coming to my home and when they would be there. The service was provided professionally and was better than I expected. I know I will contact them in the future when I have another plumbing problem.

Joe was very helpful when he repaired the hand held shower accessory we have. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to ContextualSpelling" id="7" data-gr-id="7">complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Todd, the manager at Tiger Plumbing, agreed to replace the furnace, include an A Coil at no charge, refund approx $1200 (applied to cost of furnace) and provide a 10year parts and labor warranty.  He also agreed to properly wire a sump pump connection that had been incorrectly wired by another company.  Total cost to us is approx $4200. 
My wife and I are very satisfied with Tiger's responsiveness and understanding of our side of the issue.  We feel this was a very fair offer and look forward to continuing our relationship with Tiger.  We would certainly recommend Tiger to anyone in need of the type of services they provide.

In response to this complaint, this was a landlord tenant situation. We were doing a routine maintenance cleaning check on his furnace and discovered a crack in the heat exchanger. A technician contacted him and told him about the...

dangerous crack and that this is just a routine thing that has to be done. We explained this and he was not happy and the tech gave him my number, [redacted], and I was very responsive from the beginning. I always contacted him back when he needed me or called and explained to him that we will have another technician come out to give him a second opinion to be sure.
We sent the second opinion out and he found the same problem, and we explained to him the situation regarding the crack and how he needed to correct this due to a carbon monoxide leak. We had to shut the system down for safety precautions. At no additional charge we offered space heaters to keep the family farm and nothing was discussed about replacing anything. At this point, he moved on to have another company come out and they found the same crack in the heat exchanger and charged him whatever labor they did, and we did not hear back from him again. We cancelled his service membership and are willing to refund him those dues he paid in January and February 2015. We do not change company policies and will not regarding memberships. It is required by any code or licensed law that if their is a gas leak or carbon monoxide leak you do have to condemn the system. That is out of our control. This heat exchanger would not have been replaced if it was not cracked. We did no wrong doing. We did not leave his tenants, we offered space heaters and protected them from a carbon monoxide leak.
