I called to have this company give a bid on replacing a wax ring on a toilet, install a new faucet in the kitchen They wanted to charge $1,to replace the wax ring on a toilet Absolutely ridiculous!!! They wanted another $1,to put in the kitchen faucet Such gauging is criminal I laughed and would not talk to them on any reduced bids since they were trying to rip people off I will not do business with them or recommend them for consideration Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

I will highly recommend this service

We have gone to the home multiple times and corrected the work we did as well as performed additional work that was not included in the original contract to appease the customerUpon one of the visits our technician was physically assaulted and our manager was verbally abused while talking on the
phone and was hung up onTiger feels it has done everything in good faith to rectify the situation

Our Operations Manager spoke to Ms*** to discuss her concern. Although Tiger is admitting no fault, as a goodwill gesture we scheduled a different carpenter to complete the proposed workAt that time, we will look over areas the customer is unsatisfied with to ensure she is happy with the
final outcome of the project

We have resolved the issueWe have refunded the customer $and when the weather gets warmer, we will have a landscaper come out and smooth out the sidewalkMr*** is satisfied

We came out to do the agreed upon workAt the start of the project an issue (not associated with the original work) was discovered. The issue was brought to the attention of the client with the recommendation of a corrective solution They directed us to proceed with the original plans
(no variation) as agreed upon The project was completed The problem which the client mentioned in their complaint occurred which was a result of the issue that came to light at the beginning of the jobAlthough Tiger is admitting to no wrong doing but simply demonstrating an act of goodwill, we got together with the client and came to a mutually agreed upon solution

I rate Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Service as my only choiceI appreciate the knowledge and ability of each team member that I have spoken with or with whom I have received assistance Everyone has represented quality service as I want for those coming into my home whether it is for diagnostics, repair, maintenance, or follow-ups The results have been as reassuring as they are completed timely and fully and I will not switch providers in this lifetime

We were unaware of any of the concerns Mr*** had until this complaintWe have spoken with him and we are going to visit him today to find out what work was done and get his bill adjusted accordingly

John was very knowledgeableExplained in detail the problem, and the repair

Antjuan did an awesome job for usHe immediately knew what was wrong with our air conditioner and repaired it quicklyHe was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to insure our satisfaction! He even went down in our crawl space to see if our air ducts were leaking as he was concerned about the efficiency of our cooling systemI could not be happier...Thank you Antjuan!

Our Operations Manager went out to talk with Mr*** and address his concern It was discovered that rocks had gotten stuck in the check valve - not anyone's fault it just something that happened ( this is not a common occurrence ) Although Tiger Plumbing is admitting to no wrong
doing, as a goodwill gesture we came to a mutually agreed upon solution of covering the part of the cost his insurance did not cover

Tiger Electrical Services charged Mr*** a fair price for the work completed at his rental propertyMr*** agreed to the price and authorized the work to be doneHe was also given other optionsTiger Electrical Services is admitting to no wrong doing As a goodwill gesture, Tiger
emailed the customer a more comprehensive billing statement for his review

The customer's response is being reviewed and we will provide an additional response next week

Tiger Plumbing is quite suprised to see this issue from Mrs***We forwarded her the requested invoice on May 18, After the invoice was sent to her, one of our Customer Service Representatives spoke with her regarding our pricingAt this time, we understood the customer was satisfied

We did contact the customer regarding their concern.  We don't know who they contacted after us, if it was just an individual or a company.  We wanted to share with them that when they contacted our company they had a full service company who provides true 24-hour emergency service 365...

days a year out at their home.  All of our technicians are background check, drug tested and the company is fully insured.  We have standard hours 7 days a week.  We incur costs that other companies do not.During our conversation with the customer, all though we were admitting to no wrong doing and was simply demonstrating an act of goodwill, we offered to refund the $99 service fee that was paid to bring the matter to a close.  The customer abruptly ended the phone call. Please contact us at [redacted] with any other questions. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I mailed my response to Revdex.com the week of 11/6 and I am not sure why it has not been received.  I received a letter dated 11/10 stating that the complaint was Closed as Answered.  I wanted to let Revdex.com know that my complaint has been resolved with Tiger.  However, I do want it on the record that all the statements made by Tiger in their response were false.  If Tiger had done nothing wrong, why would they fix problems which they did not cause?

Tiger does not understand this concern. The customer was sent an itemized invoice via email on May 18, 2017 per her request. In addition, the Plumbing Foreman visited the customer on May 3, 2017 regarding a defective switch on the water heater. He offered to change the entire water heater at no charge for Mrs. [redacted] due to her dissatisfaction with the original job. The customer agreed to a new water and the installation was scheduled for May 22, 2017. Mrs. [redacted] called Tiger Plumbing and canceled the job on that day (May 22, 2017). A Customer Service Representative spoke with Mrs. [redacted] on June 6, 2017 and asked if she was ready to reschedule the installation. Mrs. [redacted] did not want to reschedule at that time. Tiger is still willing to install a new water heater for the customer when it works with Mrs. [redacted]'s schedule.
