Service was on-time and rapid. Chad was knowledgeable regarding the reason for the service call, and what Tiger offered.

Mr. [redacted] contacted our office in a review and our General Manager tried to call but left a message.  The next time we heard anything from Mr. [redacted] was from his Revdex.com complaint.  Since then, we have been in communication with Mr. [redacted] and have reached a mutually agreeable...

resolution.  Even though Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Services is admitting to no wrong doing but simply demonstrating an act of goodwill to bring this matter to a close.

We have used Tiger Heating, etc for 20 years and have always been pleased with the work they have done in our home. They are courteous, prompt, knowlegable, and the price I pay is what is quoted prior to service being done.

Tiger performed outstanding Electric, Heating, and Plumbing work for our new home.
The former owner did not have the Electric and Plumbing up to code - Tiger gave a great price-
remember you pay for what you get- and performed all work to perfection.
We had several technicians come to our home to perform repairs and instillations - every single one of them was extremely professional , knowledgeable, and skilled. We were also impressed that this company hires quite a few American Veterans who served our country with honor. It was an honor for us to have them work in our home. Could we have perhaps found a "cheaper" company - probably -
but again you pay for what you get. Cheap does not equal Quality. We are extremely satisfied with
the work performed and Tiger will always be our go to for any needs we may have in the future.

Overall service was great. the tech guys were friendly and professional. my only problem was the price. I feel I was overcharged for service. I accepted the hydro power, and after all that they still had to use the power snake which I asked for in the beginning. So we went from $600 to $900 this not my first dealing with plumbers. so if I had anything negative to say, it would be overpriced.

Tiger's Great!
We recently had a plumbing problem on a Sat evening (first one in 15 years); called Tiger and they said they'd have someone right over -- and they did. [redacted] quickly estimated the problem and discussed time and cost (very reasonable). We agreed and he fixed it and even gave suggestions about things to think about in the future. Best plumbing service ever; I'll definitely call them next time if I have a problem ... I'd ask for [redacted] ... and you should, too!

Dave, Sara and Antjuan from Tiger Services are knowledgeable, skilled and courteous professionals. The job that needed to be done in our home was extensive and they walked us through the whole process. From obtaining a financial credit line, to replacing our furnace and air conditioning systems to answering all of our questions. They were not pushing a "SALE" on a us. They were telling us the "WHY'S" about our old system and made sound suggestions. They all made sure that we had choices, no pressure. Thank you, Tiger Services

I talked with [redacted] today and have put in a request for a review of the validity of this complaint due to the following:
We did not receive the email dated October 4, 2015 however we did receive the email dated November 17, 2015 from...

Ms. [redacted].
Ms. [redacted], instead of contacting our office since she was under the impression we were not responding to her filed a complaint with the Revdex.com 3 days after the only email we received from her.
The person who handles these requests was not available until 11-23-15 to address the matter but the complaint had already been filed.
Ms. [redacted] originally agreed to a 12 month membership. The payment on December 1, 2015 will be the last payment and then her agreement will have been fulfilled. We didn't receive the notice of complaint until after 12 noon on 11-23-15 and by that time Ms. [redacted]'s membership had already been set up to cancel after her final payment of 12-1-15 which was in response to her email of 11-17-15.
In addition, per Ms. [redacted]'s paperwork for the membership it states on the back that it can take up to 30 days to process cancellation requests.
We are happy to get this matter rectified but strongly feel this should not be filed as a complaint.

The tone of the response from Tiger Plumbing is EXACTLY why a complaint was filed. Rather then reviewing their own internal processes, they blast the customer.
When the plumber sold us the membership, he told us we needed to give 30 days written notice if we were not going to renew the membership in 1 year. No where on the membership agreement does it indicate where to send the written notice.
I did an online chat with someone from Tiger Plumbing who told me I could submit that notice via email and an email address was provided. Which was why I sent the email on October 4.
If this is not an effective process for Tiger Plumbing then I would suggest they review their processes. Clearly, if they are not always receiving emails, it seems this is not an effective process.
I did not contact their office for 2 reasons. 1) I work in healthcare. I do not always have time to stop and make phone calls during the day. When I was told I could send an email, I, apparently, wrongly believed this to be an effective process for Tiger Plumbing. 2) In the short time we have dealt with Tiger Plumbing they have not built a trusting working relationship. I would not have a communication with Tiger Plumbing that there would be no record of or no way to track.
I would suggest to Tiger Plumbing that if they are telling customers to communicate with them by email that those emails are being checked at least on a daily basis, not when a particular person is in the office. However that would be effective customer service.
All I needed to know is that there will no longer be any debits from my checking account after December 1, 2015 which according to the response above there will not be.
It does not matter to me whether or not Tiger Plumbing thinks this matter should have been a complaint. As the customer, I strongly feel that it is a valid complaint.
It is unfortunate, that Tiger Plumbing choose such an adversarial approach to their response. Customer service 101 teaches that blaming the customer for a lapse in internal processes is NOT an effective way to bring about resolution. I will again suggest that Tiger Plumbing review their own internal processes to avoid such complaints in the future.

Contacted Tiger for an electrical issue I has having turned out to be a difficult problem to address...the company stuck with it until the problem was solved. They also adjusted the price lower from the original quote.
Was very satisfied with the out come.

Brian was polite and knowledgeable. He did a through job this morning.

Need a broken pipe in my crawl space along with work on sump pump and water shut off to the back outside, The three individuals, Chad, Chuck and Zack were very friendly, customer orientated and were focused on meeting my needs. This is also a business just like any other business and I totally understand and accepted the fact there would be some sales pitch at some point. It did and it was subtle and not pushed. When I explained I was not really interested that's where it stopped. Chuck and Zack did the actual work and the conditions where not the best being a crawl space. They kept me informed and maintained a standard of a clean work site that is rarely seen today. I also had them do HVAC work for me back a few years ago and became a member of their club. I have always been satisfied with their work and the service they have provided over the years, I highly recommend Tiger and if your luck enough to get Chad, Chuck and or Zack you can insure your getting quality work and it will be a pleasant experience.

Multiple times during the week of 10/20/14 we had conversations with Ms. [redacted] regarding her concern and an agreement was mutually reached. Both the Operations Manager and the Office Manager had confirmed it with Ms. [redacted]. Our...

company was unaware of the fact that Ms.[redacted] had changed her mind on the agreement until the communication from the Revdex.com. We contacted Ms. [redacted] on 10/28/14 and discussed the situation. We tentatively reached a new agreement but the phone call ended with Ms. [redacted] having to call us back to confirm. As of 1:30pm on 10/31/14 we have not heard from her. Tiger Plumbing looks forward to bringing this matter to a close.

They ended up coming out Friday the 7th. They came in with a letter that they were going to close it with and he had the check. He gave me the papers to read to sign. I began to write on the paper and he said I could not make any changes to the paper. I was disagreeing with it. The letter said Tiger Plumbing was not taking any responsibility in wrongdoing but they were doing it in good faith. I did not sign the form. I got a letter from the Revdex.com on the 31st and called them back that Monday so their response is not true and the issue is still not resolved. I called the business again this morning wanting to speak to the operation manager and they said offers are off of the table now.

03/05/15: Nothing else has happened and I have not tried to make any calls. They have not taken any charges out of my checking account. I would not agree to the wording of the agreement. I do believe they cheated me and I do not owe the company any outstanding bills. I wanted a detailed invoice on how he came up with the numbers. They used high sales tactics to get me to sign up. I had a maintenance agreement for my furnace, the they offered me the plumbing agreement, and they came in for the routine check and told me I had a fire hazard. They charged me $1,800 to clean dryer lint out of my crawl space under the house. They told me they would bring a suction truck and it never came. They just used a broom. They were giving me the refund because I had been such a good customer and they were going to give me $800 and cancel my maintenance agreement. He would not let me write on the paper that I scratched off that they are not accepting any wrong doing and this was just to satisfy me. I would like $1,000 to settle the complaint.
03/09/15: I thought this is where it stands. I don't know what to do at this point, I might just let it go. I see their game and it is not to pay.

03/09/15: ([redacted] and [redacted]) Our last conversation when I went to her house was on November 10, 2014, which is in our response. We tried 3 times to give the consumer what she wanted. She was hostile and verbally abusive, using profanity. She will not work with us and on three occasions we felt it was resolved and she becomes violent even throwing a pen at my face. We operate our business by the service and do not charge by the hour. We are not offering a refund at this time, due to her physical abuse. We want it noted that we tried to work with her 3 times and was meet with hostility. The customer has now increase her request to $1,000. She requested an $800 refund and we offered her $800. This is what she wanted and we made every effort above and beyond to resolve the case.

They were very prompt in resolving our problem and the technician was very nice and friendly besides being very professional.

I would recommend Tiger to anyone who needs any of their services. I called in the morning and was told one of their technicians would come between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. and that I would receive a call before arrival. I received another call asking if the technician could come earlier, to which I gladly agreed.

When the technician arrived, he was very professional, personable, l and courteous. He checked out the area where I was having a plumbing problem and explained what he needed to do. He told me up front what the cost would be. He was able to solve the problem in a reasonable time and made sure the area in which he worked was clean. He explained everything he had done
and what most likely had caused the problem. I was impressed!

Revdex.com complaint. We did not find any wrong doing during our investigation but complied with all of her requests including a full refund and cancellation of agreement. We feel the complaint should not have been made as we had addressed and resolved all consumer's issues prior to complaint being filed.

TIGER Heating & Cooling is a great company to work with. They respond quilt and can handle any emergency request. Last minute request for heating they were here in no time. The service guys are the best very professional, fast and know what there doing. I will use this company again and again.

Kevin V. checked my Daughter's air conditioner. He was exceptional because my Daughter is deaf and lives alone. Kevin called me after he was finished and we discussed what he found. He told me he had seen sign language on TV and attempted to communicate with her using limited sign language. This is truly outstanding and not many people are that thoughtful. The Tiger company should be very proud to have such a fine man on their team.

We have used Tiger exclusively for our furnace, sump pump and electrical work. They are five star in our book. Each rep that came to our house was great. Would recommend!!!

My experience with Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Service was a very positive experience. The representatives that had contact with were very professional and they were very courteous. Able to ask questions and got answers. As far as I am concerned they went the extra mile to satisfy my needed repairs.
