Excellant job installing my whole house water filter system.

Ms. [redacted] called to cancel her membership and would leave messages for the department at our office.  We would return her calls and had to leave messages for her.  Per the paperwork which she signed, cancellations must be submitted in writing to the corporate office.   We never...

received a written notice of cancellation from Ms. [redacted].  However, we made the decision to go ahead and cancel her membership without the written notice.  Although Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical Services is not admitting to any wrong doing, we are willing to provide a refund as an act of good will and to bring this matter to a close.

I recently had Tiger Plumbing repair the drains in a house that is 60 years old. First, they sent a picture and names of the repairmen. They came when they said they would come. Brian and Justin explained everything that needed to be done, and told how the job would be done. They estimated that it might take 2-3 days to complete. Since they wanted to make sure that I wasn't without water for that amount of time, they worked until the job was complete in one day. Chuck, Corey and Carl did an excellent job. They were very professional and very friendly. They made sure that I was satisfied with the completed job. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants professional excellent workmanship.

A terrific experience. Tom arrived on time, knew what he was doing, and shared all his observations with me. I couldn't be more impressed. Will not hesitate to recommend Tiger to anyone.

After reading previous reviews of this company, I was hesitant but the company's offer of a hot water flush and inspection were provided by a friendly, informative and professional service member. Jeff provided recommendations and costing information for various scenarios for which I was thankful. However, there was no pressure and I can apply the suggested actions after taking time to evaluate and determine what are critical versus upgrade. Again, Jeff didn't pressure for action but was courteous in his recommendations. I paid the special offer's rate of $38.80 saving $50.20 and would recommend this service member/company since they did what they said they would do. I agree their pricing might be a bit high for the actions but calling a plumber to fix something when it happens might be quite a bit higher. Thank you, Jeff.

These folks are plain shady...needed a 1/2 [redacted] off valve replaced...first salesman came out and provided three options, two included installation of $2500+ filtering system, not needed. Actual repair was $439...told I'd get an invoice emailed with breakdown of charges. Invoice did not break down charges and seemed excessive for 1 1/2 worth of work. [redacted]  to get information when [redacted] proceeded to tell me that I had also paid for a 3 yr warranty(not mentioned in quote), overhead, gas for vehicles, etc...to justify over $400 in labor charges. His solution...offer me a 1-yr club membership! Went down this road before but got tired of them finding issues every time they came out, just shady all around. Stay away from them...use a licensed plumber and you'll pay less and get less runaround

I am happy with the company but beware they don't sell you something you don't need. [redacted] is the technician I trust! He always gives me good sound advice and never power sells to me. I trust him. They did honor the 10 yr. warranty on my 6 yr. oldAC compressor and replaced it for free!

The plumbing job was done quickly and neatly. We had one problem after the
plumber left. Both toilet bowls had float problems. The water did not shut off because
the float arm turned and the float lifted too high. I tightened the float arm at the shut
off and bent the arm properly at both toilets. The fix seems to be working.

Water Heater quit called Tiger. They did respond within two hours however by just standing close to the water heater they determined it needed to be replaced at a very high cost. I did want to go with a tankless heater so I was quoted a price of $5800.00.Also I was informed of all the maintenance they would do for a modest fee" of $60.00 per month plus materials used.This continued for a while. Finally did paperwork which consisted of waiving the 3 day contract rule and needing a check for the full amount. No contract given just a promise of one coming. Overall they do excellent work very professional and friendly and prompt follow up with problems.but very expensive and hard sell for un needed services and products.

The Tiger Plumbing , Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Serv. was very helpful & did a great job.

Jacob D was the plumber who responded very quickly after I called Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Service. A PVC trap connecting ring under the kitchen sink kept coming loose. He quickly diagnosed the problem and modified the trap so that PVC would no longer slide down and cause the ring to loosen. Jacob did excellent work and was very professional.

All individuals I have either spoken with or have experienced as service technicians have been friendly, cheerful, professional, and polite. I have always gotten service within a reasonable time frame. What more could you ask for?

We would like to respond, but we are unsure exactly what her desired resolution is. Our records show she called around 7:30 on a Saturday evening. Our technician came out within an hour of her calling. When she mentioned the blank tablet,...

it isn't blank it is an electronic replica of the invoice. Part of that fee includes an after hour fee, which we stated when she called. We did tell her the price upfront and she did authorize it. We have policies and procedures and we did use them. When she called into our office we offered her a 10% refund. That offer still stands as a good will gesture but we are admitting to no wrong.

The gentlemen showed up on time and were very professional. Even though they checked out my septic system pipes to make sure everything was running properly and spent 20-30 min. explaining what they found I didn't receive a bill. Go figure and wow! I at least expected to pay for a service call. These guys were very knowledgeable and explained what they found and what solutions needed to be done all without a lot of pressure. Have already recommended this company to people at work and if I need heavy plumbing work in the future they can count on me to give them a call. THANKS TIGER!!!

We fulfilled all our obligations per the contract that was proposed. The work in question to finish the floors was never agreed upon and the customer was aware of that. We since, in an effort to resolve the matter, offered to render service to fix the floors at no additional charge but she declined....

The allegation of the company forging signatures on the loan paperwork is absolutely untrue and we take great offense that she would insinuate that. We have been in communications with he loan company and it has been found all signatures on the loan paperwork are truly her signatures. Finally we have sent itemized statements on at least 3 occasions that explain our warranties, products and services and it is broken down to great detail

In this particular case, the complaint had to do with landscaping. It had to do with warranty work as well. We had not heard from the consumer since July of 2013. That was the first concern on our part. Instead of giving us a call, this...

work we had done was under warranty and we could/would have been able to help the consumer with that fact. Instead of calling us, she hired another plumbing company. This other plumbing company never advised her to call us out to address the work we did. They charged her for work they knew was under warranty through us. They then proceeded to recommend she file these complaints through Revdex.com. In regards to the yard work, the landscaping, the original invoice reads and states that Tiger plumbing would not be responsible for any landscaping repairs. She signed off on that. At the time, she was given options to take care of those if she wanted. At this point, we still do not know what went wrong. We were never given an opportunity to correct a problem, if there was a problem on our part.
As far as a desired resolution to get this resolved; we are at no fault here, not even given an opportunity to correct work.

Tiger has done excellent work installing a whole house water filtration system as well as maintaining both of my air conditioning and heating units. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have professional plumbing and/or HVAC contractors in their home.
