I have already filed a complaint but the regional manager, who identified himself as [redacted], has not lived up to his promises and does not answer my phone calls. He promised to look at my car at a different location and ensure that all work completed was proper and pay for the work another company completed due to his company's error. I have waited over two weeks for a call back on a day we can meet to resolve all issues. Just need now for company to immediately take care of all dollar amounts owed and proof that that my car was not purposely damaged. I have had quite a few issues with struts that were put on my car. If the struts need to be changed please let this happen.Refund of amount paid to another company and dollar amount paid to company refunded on TireDiscounters charge. Also change struts if necessary.[redacted]

Tire Discounters said I waited 10 days to tell them my clock spring broke.  That is a lie.  After I left wire the car, I noticed my horn abd steering wheel ctrls were not working.  I immediately broke it back, a tech checked it out and claimed it was not their fault.  They were the last to touch it.  Also, for my state inspection, the clock spring was working.  They said it was not.  Another lie.  Finally, Uncalled mu  [redacted] ext warranty company and they will not cover the repair because Tire Discounters broke it during g the repair they completed of the steering rack.  Bury this company please and have them pay me for the damage and distress they caused.

[redacted]I have not received any contact from the company by phone or email.I had reached out to the company before I contacted Revdex.com and they were given my phone numbers, email and home address.

After reviewing [redacted] case, the store had over charged system by 9.9 oz, resulting in compressor malfunction. She is bringing the vehicle to store 78 for full diagnostics and estimate. Needed repairs will be quoted without the cost of compressor and charging which we will cover. Store will...

The customer has discussed this matter with the Regional Manager as well as the Customer Service manager. Our records indicate that the refund request submitted was denied by the Regional Manager and VP of Operations. Offers were made by Tire Discounters during these discussions to resolve the matter, but in each case the customer rejected the offers which were extended.

Our Regional Manager for the store spoke with the customer and the customer agreed to have us provide replacement tires exactly like the ones that are missing.  The customer agrees to pay 10% of the price of the tires based on the mileage the customer had on the original tires.  Tire...

Discounters will cover the other 90% of the tire price.  Tires have been ordered and we will contact the customer when they have arrived.  Let us know if you need anything further to update this ticket or take care of Mr. [redacted].  Thank you for alerting us and allowing us the chance to connect.

After review of the situation with the additional information the office received last week, the decision was made to complete the refund for the customer.  This was to be completed today by putting the money back on the customer’s credit card.  However, the customer may not see the money in their account for 3-5 days, determined by their bank.  We apologize for the confusion and delay in this matter and are happy to be able to come to a resolution.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The Rep At The Colerain Location  Asked Me Where I Worked As Well As Where My Family Members Work To See If A Discount Could Be Located .   Although I Appreciate Her Doing That I Still Want To Know Why The Tech At Fields Ertel Did Not Say Anything About My Brakes .   The Lady At Colerain Had Offered Others A Discount As Well If A Company Match Could Be Found    That seems to be standard business because that isn't the first time I habe heard them do that.  Therefore, I am not satisfied with this response

TPMS sensor was replaced free of charge yesterday for customer satisfaction. Invoice# [redacted]. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Respectfully, our offer has not changed and remains the same as it was in our previous response.

Customer happens to be a neighbor of an employee at our Smyrna, TN location. Customer has replaced multiple parts on engine for coolant issue before tire discounters touched vehicle. Customer attempted to fix temperature gauge himself. On 2/21/2017 The 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 was brought in,...

invoice # [redacted] Mileage 197,760. Customer stated the temperature gauge wasn't working. Tire discounters repaired vehicle and got the gauge back working again for the customer. The customer has since brought back the vehicle twice for coolant leaks. both times the leaks from something the customer had tried to repair himself. Tire Discounters repaired the leaks, but made him aware we will not continue to repair his mistakes for free. Tire discounters would like to help the customer repair his vehicle, however our work in not warranted if someone other than Tire discounters touched the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] is welcome to bring the vehicle back and Tire Discounters will inspect the vehicle and give the customer an estimate to repair the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] will be required to sign a Release of claims stating Tire Discounters is not responsible after the vehicle leaves out location. If he decides to have Tire Discounters repair his vehicle.

Upon service at Store 15, the vehicle came in with no oil registering on the oil dip...

stick, as denoted on the initial inspection at store 15 (attached PMA).  The sales associate and General Manager talked to [redacted] in the lobby and explained the engine has oil leak saturation under the vehicle and recommended an engine degrease and dye check, to start to determine the oil leaks.  They explained the engine had low oil and was noisy prior to changing.  (noted on PMA).After the vehicle was towed to Store 27, [redacted] Chelfant Master Service Technician, pulled the dipstick out it was way overfull, upon draining the oil, [redacted] filled 2.5 gallons of coolant (antifreeze), from the oil drain pan into 3, 1 gallon oil jugs. This show us immediately the cooling system ruptured into the oil system, and has internal mixing.   Ie. Intake gasket, checked, head, internal engine damage. Engine disassembly required to determine cause.[redacted] and [redacted], the GM at Store 27, explained this to [redacted] and that we do not to engine repair and it was not something caused by completing the oil change at store 15. We called [redacted] and had several conversations explaining, she can tow it to another certified repair facility to have them check it.[redacted] continued to communicate that she would take it to the media, and get an attorney and wanted us to repair at no charge.We apologized for the situation and explained an oil change will not cause this to happen.  [redacted], had a attorney contact us and we explained what we did, and then he said he would not pursue it any further.   We did not hear any otherresponse from [redacted] since, until this Revdex.com arrived.Thanks,[redacted]
