I agreed to compromise and accept the $for the center caps contingent upon the additional compensation for the numerous other concernsTire Discounters invests substantial money in advertising slogans such as "Do the right thing", "Higher Standards", "Home of the free alignment", "We don't just slap on your tires" etc As previously detailed, Tire Discounter representatives were dishonest with me, outright lied to me and were technically incompetent on multiple visitsThis assessment has been confirmed by Jim *** at the administrative offices as well as staff at the Polaris location who confirmed the incompetence of the team members at the Hamilton RdlocationIf Tire Discounters truly is dedicated to the content in their advertising campaigns my situation must have been quite extraordinary and deserving of compensationIt is irrelevant to me where the funds for this reimbursement originateTo simplify matters I am requesting a 50% refund of my total invoice cost in addition to the $center cap reimbursementIf this is not an acceptable resolution I request an appointment to speak with *** ***

Tire discounters has reviewed all documentation, The invoice from *** *** *** states they are ASSUMING it is from the last oil change*** automotive is not confident in how the vehicles engine was damagedAlso the vehicle oil was change on 1/21/over months ago and exactly miles agoThe vehicle would have lost all of the contents of the oil quicker than month and milesTire Discounters visited *** *** *** hours after the vehicle was towedTire Discounters saw no signs on the bottom of the vehicle that the oil was ever leakingThe vehicle is *** oil would have been all over the back of the vehicle as well, which it wasn'tTire Discounters is declining any responsibility for the damaged caused to this vehicle, and will not be repair the vehicle

Miss: ***: This is the same response that they originally sent but just put AGAIN In front of the response. The statement that was made that they could not verify as to the stud being broken when the vehicle was first taken to their business when I took the vehicle in for the air leakage in the tire. If it was broken the Technician should have alerted his supervisor and I should have been asked to go look at the broken stud. As I stated earlier I did not inspect the wheel after they did the repair because they have given me good service in the past. I do not accept their resolution to this issueAs stated before I did not damage the part and I feel that it is their responsibility to pay for the part and the labor to resolve the issue. It maybe a fair question to ask them what is their process if one of their Technicians finds damage on a vehicle in the area that they are doing repairDoes the Technician report it to their supervisor? Would they review this damage with the customer? If that is not the process then they may have more issues on other peoples vehicles in the future. Thanks!*** ** ***Cell: ***E-Mail ***

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. It appears the staff at the store failed to take the time to properly inspect the tires and vehicle to determine the cause of the tire wear. We apologize this was not done. I spoke with the new regional manager concerning this
and he would like to have the opportunity to personally inspect the tires and vehicle. His concern is if tires are replaced and the cause of the wear is not corrected, the same problem will occur. This is something we would like prevent. Mike called the customer today and left a message, If the customer would like to set up a time to meet with Mike, he can reach him at ***. Let us know if you need anything further to update this ticket or take care of Mr***

*** *** Tire Discounters last message if you re-read stated “*** was contacted today with an updateletting her know we were waiting on one more gasket and her vehicle would be ready for pickupWewere hoping the gasket would be in todayThe gasket has already come in and they are hoping tocontact the customer by the end of the day to let her know the vehicle is ready for pickup.” Is thegasket there? Are they waiting? I am a little conflicted by what is being said to meIt is awfulfunny how the GM reached out to me the other day and stated that the mechanic had my car upand running making sure everything was perfect but yet the part is not there today? HmmThebottom line is this, I will not accept the offer and my attorney can pursue this situation further.Unfortunately since there is not a person in charge running the company he will navigate in hisown methodI do not believe the statement that was made to me by the GM, “this is a$6,job” is accurate, as I was already told the price and already knew that I was payingcost of the non-manufactured partsSo in actuality Tire Discounters in not giving me anydiscount as the original price I was quoted is the price they demandI do not think telling memy car would be ready on one day, then no one bothering to contact me any differently, which infact led me to be without a car the following weeks was very professional and since there seemsno one with power or clarification I am turning over to the media and attorney if negotiations cannot be reached

*** *** Tire discount lied back in their response I never touch anything under the hood since they had the truck I had replaced things in the engine such as water pump, radiator and hoses last year I informed that to the manger that those things were new and nothing was leaking from those parts since I replaced them once tire discount had my truck when I return home it was leaking and I only look at the engine to see if I could see where leak was coming from I never touch anything and brought it back to the shop and they were mad I was wasting their time saying they should charge me just for looking at the truckThey lied saying they tighten hoses or trim them to fix leaks they just said that to get me out of there shop the spots they said they fix wasn't even where I showed them coolant was dripping fromEven when I called the manger after making the complaint he said he didn't say I mess with anything after they had it that the business put that it was all a lie so they could act like I avoided the warranty so they wouldn't be reliable I have voice call recording proofI just wanted my truck fix or at least a refund now I have to go spend more money somewhere else to get it fixThat's was my first and last time shopping at tire discount I am very disappointed with my experience and won't recommend the place to family or friendsI do not trust them to even look at it again

The Regional Manager has contacted the Store Manager on this matter. He asked the Store Manager, Paul to reach out to the customer and the Warranty Company to facilitate getting the matter resolved. If we are unable to get this resolved by the Warranty Company, Tire Discounters will
perform the appropriate warranty internally to take care of reimbursement for the customer. Let us know if you need anything further to update this ticket or take care of Ms***

All the supporting facts are here and is apparent that Tire Discounters sold me out of round tires that caused my vehicle to shake and feel unsafeAs I have stated, I immediately took my car back to them several of times within the first days to have them identify the problem and when they said the did, "bad wheel bearing and hub assembly", I had them replace them at my cost and this did not fix the issueAt that point they said they could not identify what the problem was, so therefore they could not fix my carI find them liable due to the fact that my car did not have the shaking problem prior to them putting the new tires on and other replicable garages have both stated that the cause of the vehicle wobble is out of round tiresNow, with the new tires that they put on, the two on the front are out of round as well per Erics Allignment!

We are researching the availability of the center caps from sources other than the dealership as the covers are no longer in production. We recently located a source on line that appears to carry the wheel covers but need to verify with them they are the correct caps. If they are, we will contact Mr*** to confirm we should get those for him. We should be able to get that information next week
