Customer visited Tire Discounters on 8/24/16, invoice number ***. Customer purchased two tires and wheel alignment, attached is the invoice and copy of alignment. While in for this service, the technician documented struts needed to be replaced, as well as the right front wheel is
bent. Customer signed the document accepting that the right front wheel is bent and struts need replacement. We certainly apologize that customer is not happy. For customer satisfaction, we are willing to mail her a coupon for a FREE oil change ($value).Let us know if you need anything further to update this ticket or take care of Ms***

How does Tire Discounter's explain the fact that the car was driven one mile from their store, the engine stops due to no oil in the engine and Tire Discounter's employees are the only people that have touched the vehicle?How does Tire Discounter's explain that a brand-new oil filter is installed on the engine that is different than the oil filter that was previously on the car previously before I requested my brakes fixedHow does Tire Discounter's explain that when the oil filter was removed by Elite Auto there was virtually NO OIL in the oil filterI have a video of this and an engine expert verify thisAll of the above has been documented by witnesses other than *** ***It is impossible for the car to have been driven to the Tire Discounter's store with no oil in the engine

Now Jared wants to cry foul when I arrived and learned of their actions and called them out on it!!! Shame on Tire Discounters and the actions of their staf! The Regional Manager, *** *** contacted the customer and offered to reimburse the customer the amount of $75.00. The customer agreed to this offer and a refund request (see attached) has been submitted. Let us know if you need anything further to update this ticket or take care of Ms

because of thisAlso, to maintain a tire warranty, proper tire maintenance must be completed*** *** never had his tires balanced or rotated (a free service that we offer to help maintain warranty and tire life) When *** *** came back in, we explained all of this again, and offered for customer satisfaction 1/his next set of tiresHe refused this offerWe are still willing to offer 1/off a new set of tires, but cannot give a refundThank you, ***

Enclosed are the receipts that I could findSome items were paid for with cash because they said it was coming directly from the dealerI do not have those receipts.My son worked for them at one time and there was no reason to believe that they were not being truthfulAfter he left, I really start feeling concerned and also after someone else looked at my car.*** ***

After some investigation into this we determined when the store submitted the refund request for the $plus tax to be reimbursed to the customer, the store failed to supply sufficient reason along with the request. The office reviewed and determined since the customer had signed the
estimate for the tires (which did not include the $discount), there was no reason to complete the refund, so it was denied. I requested this be reopened with additional information including the agreement prior to the sale between the customer and the store sales person, Ken Frey as well as the fact it was the customer’s wife who brought the car in and signed the estimate, not the husband with whom *** had made the agreement. This has now been reopened and is under review. I hope to have an answer before the week is out and will contact the customer at that time

Please see attached for processed refund amount for the desired amount to replace the stems and remount the tiresThe refund will be processed back to the original form of paymentIf the original form of payment was cash, we will process a check and send it to the store for signed releaseThis
