Hi there,I have taken a look into your TopCashback account, and looked into your HP.com claim.Whenever a member clicks on a merchant via our site, a click is generated on our side, this is then later used to allow members to lodge a Missing Cashback Claim for that particular date; it doesn't
necessarily mean that we/TopCashback were the last click.Unfortunately, merchants/affiliate networks do not provide who the last referrer/click was as part of their security measures they have in place, and it is very unlikely, that we will be able to find who the last referrer wasThis is why we mention that it could be either a coupon/promotional code was used or a pop advert, use of a search engine, may have afflicted the tracking - which then resulted in this resolution to be provided.The cashback amount for the transaction was at 12% and the extra was a bonus tfrom us/TopCashback, this would have been added to your account providing that this transaction/claim was validated.As you are aware, TopCashback does not take the decision to decline or approve a transaction/Missing Cashback Claim, it is solely the affiliate network/merchant who make this decision; they then pass this information back to us and we pass it onto our members.You have mentioned your concern about your claim being declined as it was a high amount of cashback, this is not the case as this doesn’t determine the outcome of your Missing Cashback ClaimWe do our utmost best in trying to recover the Missing Cashback for our members, but as you aware that cashback is not guaranteed and is not promised to our members but should be regarded as a bonus you could receive by making a shopping purchase via our siteThis is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions via our site and it is also stated on the merchants pageWe do advise all members to read all the terms and conditions on the merchants page before making a transaction, so these are fully understood to avoid disappointment.We cannot provide any contact details regarding the merchant or the affiliate network and advise all members to relay their queries/concerns to us, and we will advise accordingly Please refer to your HP.com Missing Cashback Claim as we have asked you a few more questions.Thank you, TopCashback Support

response because: Topcashback.com is a site that receives commission from vendors for referring customers and some of that commission is passed onto the buyer. We have accumulated $2,in cashback amount that should be paid to our account Topcashback first withheld our pay claiming they needed to know the reason for our purchase This reason is absolutely absurd as it should not matter at all why we purchased the items We purchased the products we need, they were charged and paid for by full and topcashback already received commission for these orders Topcashback then provided another excuse saying they need to see invoices for some of the orders We provided requested documentations and they are still refusing to pay us.
