Please be aware our site works by being supported by adverts and sponsored links, we do not keep any of the cashback that members earn or take a portion of it. The vast majority of transactions track, however untracked transactions are an inevitable part of the cashback system which do occasionally occur. This might be due to anti-spyware, anti-virus or other protection on your computer which might prevent cashback tracking to your account. Please do note that cashback is never guaranteed and cashback should always be regarded as a bonus that you could receive as opposed to something that might sway your decision from making a purchase or not or choosing what merchant to purchase via. I am rejecting this response because: Top cash back has agreed to settle two out of the three claims. Therefore, They have agreed to pay me and close the claim for four dollars.  I am owed six. I cannot accept the four dollars and close the claim when two dollars is still outstanding. If I do this I am assured I will never receive the six dollar/ full amount, which is what I am asking. If they agreed to settle the final claim for two dollars, and that the full (six dollar) amount becomes immediately  payable in my account, and I am safely able to transfer this amount PLUS two dollars that exist in my account already,for a grand total of $2+$6= $8 from top cash back to my payment method of choice, and I receive word that the payment has been made, and is in that particular account, then I will gladly close this claim and send word to you. I have attached a photograph of a printed copy of the outstanding two dollar unpaid claim directly from the website.  It is still listed as "waiting for the merchant".  This is unacceptable as the claim is over two months old, and I should have been credited with in 14 business days.  They will hold a claim such as this indefinitely as they "chase the claim". I have been more than patient and waited long enough.  I want payment in full, now.  Please assist and provide me with a status update.  Thank you very much!
