I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***While I do not agree with what they have said I will accept their offer of half simply because I do not believe they are willing to put in the full effort to keep a customerAs a matter of record I have bought another set of tires previous to the ones in this complaint from the same store, same brand and size for another of my vehicles and was given the full refund on those so do not understand why its being refused nowSo be itI'm cutting my loses and will accept the offer of halfHowever, I will not be a returning customerOne shouldn't have to fight so hard to get what was told they had earnedNor will I recommend them again to others.

Cashback Claims will need to be lodged. I can see that you have lodged a Missing Cashback Claim for these order numbers ***, *** and ***Could you please continue to lodge a claim for the order number ***, once this has done, we will then be able to submit that claim to the merchants network for a further review. I am rejecting this response because:
They are refusing to look into the purchase that would show I had used their website and earned the cash back. They are using a purchase made on a different day saying I used another marketing channel. I did use another marketing channel on a different day (The purchase on July 12 shows up in my cash back on their site but not July 11)  but not on the day I am referring to and asking them to look into. On July 11, 2016 I used Top Cash Back and on July 12, 2016 when I placed another order of different items, I used another marketing channel. I will now be contacting the merchant to find out if they paid out money from my purchases.

I am rejecting this response because: I have gone on to make other cash back purchases with your competitors (ebates, Chase Shopping Portal, AA Portal) and they were all approved so for all of my purchases with TopCashBack to be declined is very shady. From what I have read about TopCashBack in the community you guys have a very poor record, and this is a common occurrence. I have opened the case as requested, however waiting "1-3 months but sometimes it can take longer" is a really poor response thats basically betting me the customer will forget about it...

I am rejecting this response because:Telling me to be patient is not fixing the problem. This complaint is not resolved until the problem is ACTUALLY fixed and I am able to receive my payout. Fix the issue that is deleting my address information, respond to my ticket response, and process my payout.

Hi there,I have taken a look at the missing cashback claim you have in place for your [redacted] purchase and can see the claim was lodged with us on August 26th, your claim was then submitted to the network on Sept 20th and is currently waiting to be reviewed by the network.You sent us a message...

on your claim on Saturday Nov 4th, we responded today letting you know your claim had been submitted and now we have to wait for a response which can take 1 to 3 months or sometimes longer, but we continue to chase for an update on a regular basis.Thank you,TopCashback Support.

I am rejecting this response because: I have quiet a few people you guys have scamed out of cash back wether it be not giving them cashback on the offersI did 3 of your offers and no cashback was in my account you a scam of a company only people who gives this company good reviews is the people who work therea group of people and myself are thinking about making a class action lawsuit

Hi there, After looking into this further and reading through the history of your claim and complaint, we would like to re-iterate that this decision was made by the merchants/affiliate network, not us. It is solely them who award the cashback to us and then we pass the full amount onto our members providing that their transactions are validated - we cannot award this from our own pockets as it would not be fair on other members who have had a similar resolution.We can see that we have reported on your Missing Cashback Claim who the last referrer was, and regrettably that is all we have been provided with and therefore, on this occasion, there is nothing further we can do. We saw that an 'Instant Saving' was applied to your order, but we weren't 100% certain whether this may have implemented the outcome of this claim.As previously mentioned in this complaint thread, we cannot provide any details regarding the merchant or the affiliate network, due to strict confidentiality.We do apologise for the outcome of this and hope that any future transactions you may make with us, are successful.Best wishes, TopCashback Support
