TLC sent me a shipment of product weeks after I put in request to cancel and receive a full refund I explained clearly that after days that I didn't want their product and just wanted a full refund for autoships that they billed me weeks after I put in request, I received an email from TLC stating that I had a shipment comingI responded that I didn't want the shipment of their product, just my refundI also asked what steps to take to return itI never received a response back from their customer supportI tried calling, I tried emailing and each time that I would email them I would get the very same responseNow they don't want to refund me for product they sent weeks after I cancelled? UnacceptableI can send the product back but this will cost me money to ship Terrible customer service

Hello,  We have verified your account. On November 3 2015 we received the product back to Total Life Changes LLC. We refunded your order for the amount of $159.90 without shipping the following of receiving your product. Attached is the forms from our systems showing we have refunded your...

account. If you did have a cancelled credit card we are yet to this day to receive notifications on receiving those funds back from your credit card company.  A dispute was made and we received it on January 4 2016 for the product that was refunded back to the account. If you believe we have yet to credit your account please send us the email to [redacted]@totallifechanges.com , where the bank is reversing the charges back to TLC that were declined so TLC can find a different form of credit to you via check. Thank you
