everything you need, Now with the growth of our company having over 5,000

we are looking to do so by the end of this month. This has caused a very high
call volume to our Customer Call Center resulting in long wait times and busy
signals and a backlog of emails requiring responses. Now per your request, we
will process a complete refund today for order# [redacted]. Your credit card account should reflect
the refund within 3-5 business days which is the typical time needed to process
through the merchant services and credit card. Now order  [redacted] was already shipped out with tracking#94[redacted]13  expected delivery date on may 29 2015. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience.

Is it possible for  Total Life Changes to  provide me with the check number for my refund and the date it was sent?  To date, of course, I have not received my refund and I believe this is yet another stall tactic from them. They have told me on at least three (3) different occasions that my refund was in the process of being sent to me.  They obviously have no intention of refunding my money.  Please respond at your convenience and thank you for all your help.
