[redacted] placed April 22nd.  On June 12th order number [redacted] was chargedback from your bank, which means they took the money you had paid Total Life Changes and put it back to your account.  On June 18th, the same thing happened with order [redacted], the money was put back into your account due to the chargeback made from your bank.   Any questions please let me know,  Thank you and have a wonderful day

 As of Today 05/04/2015 I haven't received a email or the product. What does any day mean I've already wait 2 months. My nephew ordered his tea 1 to 2 weeks after I did, he received his order 2 weeks ago. At this point I am very unhappy with this company and right now all I want is a refund.
