Total Watch Repair has done service on three of my watches and I can say nothing bad about them or their service Communication is excellent and they are prompt with the service and returns There was a delay with the servicing of my one dive watchThey were very open about the reason for the delay and kept me updated on the progress I do not hesitate to use Total Watch Service for my watch repairs

This is a good shop they do good work and the price for the work is not to bad

I found them online looking to find someone who could repair/replace a clasp on my Skagen watch band. They were all that I was looking for; helpful, friendly, and speedy! Got my watch back in about 4 or 5 days. Others online said repairs take 4 - 6 weeks. Exceptional...or as [redacted] would say...WOW SERVICE!

I ordered a Coach Watch Band for my husbands birthday,
sadly he didn't like the look of the band and watch combination
so I had to return itWhen I ordered the band it was delivered
within a week and I was very pleased, hopefully my refund will
take less than a week, we'll see

TWR was awesome I bought a Pulsar watch online from another vendor several years ago When the metal expansion band stretched in a couple places, I tried to replace it locally at a watch repair shop I was told that a band to fit my watch was difficult to find and that they couldn't help me
I searched online and found TWR I sent them the model/style number from the back of the watch; however, they couldn't locate it Their suggestion was to send the watch to them for a replacement band which I did
In about two weeks I had my watch back with a new band and new battery, plus it was waterproof sealed TWR kept me informed every step of the way, sending me an estimate of the cost and getting my approval before proceeding I didn't pay until the repair was complete with the new expansion band
The watch was FedExed back to me, and I received it in one day although I didn't have to pay for express service - only the standard rate
I am totally pleased with their service and will use them again should I ever need any watch repairs Everyone I communicated with there was very pleasant and helpful and prompt to reply
