I experienced first class customer service both times that I called. The item sent was as described and a small issue regarding an accessory was quickly and cheerfully resolved. They also offer great prices on their merchandise.

Don't waste your time. I asked for a quote on a very simple repair and they would not give me a quote. Very misleading company.

I had a problem in finding the correct band for my Kenneth Cole watch and had no response from the brands' website so I contacted Total Watch Repair. Initially I ordered the wrong size band however Emily C obtained the band I was looking for (even though it wasn't featured in their band selection) and sent it to me very quickly. Just received my husbands swiss army watch back that needed a new band, new battery, which we opted for the long life battery, and a full cleaning.
