I have only had POSITIVE interactions with TOTAL....they have excellent customer service, even when the error is mine, they do their utmost to help fix the problem

This is a good shop they do good work and the price for the work is not to bad.

I just wanted to take the time to commend Emily C. who took the time to answer all my questions and to assist me with making sure I was ordering the products I needed. She was very helpful and very professional.

Communications were excellent. Cost of repair was somewhat higher than the initial estimate, however I expected that insomuch as the initial estimate was made without the watch in hand. The repair was professionally done and tested. And in far less time than anticipated..

Total watch repair was the most profession establishment I have worked with in years. The staff of the company is very knowledgeable in all aspects of watches from the standard to the most expensive watches you can purchase. You wont have any problems of any kind. They will answer any question and if they don't know they will find out.. Next time you need to get a watch fixed, give them a try.

I have been extremely pleased with Total Watch Repair. They are professional, timely, and follow up extremely well. They have worked on three watches for me from simple battery replacements to a major overhaul and parts replacement for a 60 year old [redacted] which I value immensely. Their fees are reasonable. I am very pleased and recommend them highly.

Total Watch repair to the rescue! They are able to fix watches other weren't and their customer service dept goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy & treated well even when the repairs were needed due to "user error". Great business & great people.

I did not have any service yet, but what I have it to complicate to understand what you wh=on t from me, I need simply sent the watch to repair

My 48 year old [redacted] was beautifully repaired and cleaned by this business after my local jeweler told me it could not be repaired. The staff was great to work with and did exactly what they said they would do. I am VERY satisfied.

The repair to my fifty year old wristwatch is superb and the warranty for the repair, that was utilized, is outstanding.

Cannot say how delighted I am with the repair of my watch! I got a total overhaul on my Fossil Blue cronograph which was a Father's Day gift to me 14 years ago from my children..The level of service and attention to detail that was given this repair was nothing short of outstanding! This is the 2ND time I've had this watch serviced by TWR..I've owned this watch longer than any watch I've ever had in my life..Owners of quality watches should most definitely be aware of TWR and the great services they offer..I can't thank them enough!
