I had a most pleasant experience with my purchase and return. Dealt with helpful people in a professional, prompt manner.

This is the most professional watch repair company I've ever dealt with. They gave me good advice about the repair, facilitated the repair in an exemplary manner and were always keeping me posted as to progress.
There was a small issue (not their fault) that they also took care of quickly and professionally. Their shipping is prompt and secure. They also have the most rare commodity real and expedient customer service.

All in, a great company to do business with.

These folks have given excellent reliable service for a number of my watches. From a water damaged Wittnauer to an ESQ that needed a fixed clasp, polishing, new crystal, and battery I have always been pleased with the service.

I have used TWR 3 times to rebuild old watches. I have been 100% satisfied every time.

This is my first and I will be getting many more of these GREAT time piece's. The only thing The end link facing you when wearing the time piece is making a lot of noise, so I thought you guys could replace the end link? Please. I really want to wear this time piece.

Total Watch Repair is excellent! I had been having an extremely difficult time finding a replacement band for my husband's watch. I read some online reviews about TWR and decided to take a chance, and use them. I followed their instructions regarding shipping the watch to them. They reviewed after receiving the watch, and contacted me with the necessary repairs and complete cost, broken down in a line item. Which was perfect. I could have chosen not to replace the crystal, but decided it was worth it. The watch is brand new again, and I have Total Watch Repair to thank.

The watches arrived today, and although we were anxious about the potential of them being lost, they were just fine and we were very pleased with the repairs. Total Watch Repair has done service on three of my watches and I can say nothing bad about them or their service. Communication is excellent and they are prompt with the service and returns.

There was a delay with the servicing of my one dive watch. They were very open about the reason for the delay and kept me updated on the progress.

Total Watch Repair is and excellent company, provides fast and overwhelmingly competent repair for simple and complicated watch problems. My most recent submicssion was an antique Enlgish watch which now works very well and is in excellent condition, especially aftyer transport to indiana from California.

Total Watch Repair knocked it out of the ballpark! Completely satisfied in all phases, customer service, repair/refurbish, timeliness and return. We had them repair and refurbish an ESQ/Movado and it looked brand new when we got it back. I would not hesitate going back or referring to friend or family.

Very pleased with my experience. My watch was repaired and after I received it I had problems with it. Called the company and they immediately sent me a mailing label to return the watch. They kept in contact with me and when the watch was returned it was ok.

I found them online looking to find someone who could repair/replace a clasp on my Skagen watch band. They were all that I was looking for; helpful, friendly, and speedy! Got my watch back in about 4 or 5 days. Others online said repairs take 4 - 6 weeks. Exceptional...or as [redacted] would say...WOW SERVICE!
