Wow! My old, beSwiss Army watch (model 24529) looks and runs like new! Am really happy that I had the case polished and buffed The mechanism was replaced with new gaskets and a new crystal was also installed It is always a risk to deal with businesses on-line but these folks communicated very well and made my repairs ahead of schedule You can be confident that these people will treat you rightThe repairs and service were not free but you get what you pay for Since all was done right it was worth every cent I paid

Total Watch Repair has the BEST customer service and customer care of any company I;ve ever dealt with regarding repair/warranty service bar none! Unfortunately, I've now returned a particular watch for the fourth time! They have not been able to attain a permanent fix as each time, upon receipt of the "repaired" watch, it has functioned properly for only 1-weeks before it starts losing time and ultimately stopping altogether It's a mystery, but a least they allow me to return each time postage free, to give another try Hopefully, the fourth time will be the charm!

Total Watch Repair was unknown to me but when I searched on the internet for a supplier with the band I needed for my watch, they had it I ordered the band but when it arrived I found that I needed a different attachment I immediately sent them and email letting them know of my mistake They immediately emailed back with instructions on how to return and the specific part number I would need to reference to get the part I really needed Very thorough and quick response -- the way customer service should be Very impressed with their business ethic
