Total Watch Repair

Total watch repair came thru in repairing/refurbishing my Seiko kinetic watch when the Seiko company said it was too old, parts not available, etc.
Watch and band came back like new, giving me a great timepiece that will give many more years of service.
Responsive, honest, and timely in all dealings.

I am very pleased with the work conducted. It was complex given the age and complexity of the Seiko Chronograph watch you repaired. I was also happy with the repair to the bracelet given that it would have been difficult to find a good match to the watch itself.

The only negative was the time it took to get the watch back to me. More frequent updates of progress would be useful.

I could not find anyone in Albuquerque who could repair my watch. I found Total Watch Repair on line and what a great day that was. TWR is super! Found TWR online and so glad I did. Two times have had problems with very important vintage watch which no on round here wanted to or could fix but these people did a fantastic job and in a very timely manner. Do yourself a favor with a watch you care about and let them fix it for you.

I sent my watch to you, ( an Invicta Divers Watch) for repairs. I hadn't worn it for nearly three years due since it needed repairs. I have had it back for a week and I could not be happier with the result. My watch has been restored to it's original condition. I couldn't be more pleased with its performance. I had Total Watch Repair provide watch repair and cleaning services for me for the third time, now, and I am very pleased with their professionalism, their quality of work, their reasonable prices and their friendly and helpful service.

While I live outside the State of California, I see no reason to look for a watch repair shop closer to where I live, because this company's service has been very prompt and reliable.

Great business! The Post office lost my package and Total Watch repair did the right thing by shipping me a new band. The band was beautiful and fit the watch perfect!

I have a Luminox F-117 Nighthawk which is no longer produced, and which I treasure dearly. Like most "watch people", I was reluctant to ship my watch away for service. Total Watch Repair was exceptional to deal with. They fulfilled every promise from their website. I shipped the watch to them and they acknowledged as soon as it arrived. I received a detailed estimate for service within the week, and the total overhaul and cleaning was performed within three weeks. The invoice I received via email was exactly as quoted. I paid on line, and the watch was shipped out the same afternoon, and arrived on the promised date. I've already referred a friend who also has a Luminox in his collection. This was one of the easiest transactions I've had on line, and my Nighthawk looks like new and runs perfectly.

Total Watch Repair did not do all of the work agreed to prior to payment. I requested a bad link removal on a watch bracelet, 2 new links installed and a third link to be sent with the watch (uninstalled). I paid in full for the agreed work.

Total Watch repair returned the watch with the 2 new links installed (nice work) but did not remove the bad link or send the additional link as per our agreement. I have attempted to contact total watch repair 3 times via email. My first email was ignored, my second was replied to on a Friday afternoon and I was asked to wait until Monday for a reply. I have not heard any reply despite a third email requesting help on this.

I paid for 3 items on an invoice and received only 1 despite paying for all 3. Total watch was not responsive to my follow up emails.

My watch turned out great! Called me before doing anything to my watch. I will do business again for sure

Excellent work at a great price! My Tissot T-Touch watch has been "dead" for 6 years as only a few specialists around the country will replace the battery and reprogram this watch--at a high price. Total Watch Repair is very familiar with this watch and repaired it expertly and quickly. Very friendly, accessable staff also. I highly recommend Total Watch Repair!

Always wonderful, personal, and fair customer service with Total Watch Repair! Have been a repeat customer for a couple of years now and they have repaired several of my Invicta watches and kept them in excellent running order! In the rare event, when they've made an error or the watch I received back was not up to my mine or their standards of operation, they've gladly invited me to return it again until it achieved perfection! If you ever speak with Nicole, trust me, she will resolve any questions or repair orders you may have. She is the "voice" of the company and nice as can be! I've dealt with watch repair outfits out here in the Northeast, but none compare with the cost of repairs, and of coarse, the great personal treatment!!

A ridiculous price to pay for a watchband. However it fit perfectly and was delivered super fast. definitely would recommend them if you need repairs.
