Jesus did a fantastic job on our tour in Almeria Spain. Jesus was an excellent guide - we had a fantastic tour which he helped develop. He gave us 150% and it was a pleasure working with him. Our one-day tour of Cape Point with Joanna was the highlight of our trip. She was prompt on arrival and treated us as old friends. Her tour was informative, entertaining and personal. She really wanted us to enjoy the experience of Cape Town which is her home. We did everything we could in one day, but did not feel rushed. We would highly recommend Joanna to anyone wanting to experience Cape Town from the inside!
We had a wonderful day touring Buenos Aires with Fabian on Saturday, February 27, 2016. Fabian took such good care of us and we really feel we saw as much of Buenos Aires as we could in one day. We were picked up at the port and then at the end of our day, Fabian dropped us at he airport. He is so knowledgeable and entertaining. Fabian was very accommodating to us and we would recommend Fabian to everyone who wants a great day in Buenos Aires.
Victor picked four of us up at the Valparaiso cruise ship terminal and took us on an all day visit to Valparaiso (city of murals!), Vin del Mar, lunch on the road and then Santiago. Dropped us - and our luggage - at the Santiago airport. First class all the way. Informative and personable guide. Let us get out and walk in scenic areas. Had lunch at an out-of-the-way little restaurant with traditional Chilean fare. Excellent (as was the wine!).
This works really well if you are getting off a cruise ship in Valparaiso in the AM (we were on Cunard) and don't have a flight out until evening from Santiago. All four of us would like to go back and have Victor take us to the wine country!
Sean is a terrific, thoughtful guide. We had a lovely day with him in Dublin and he provided lots of great advice for the rest of our stay. We completely enjoyed our time spent with Sean. He is knowledgeable and just a pleasure to spend time around.

Sunny took us to all the spots we wanted to see. Her personality was wonderful and see was a joy as a travel guide. Her English was excellent and I would highly recommend her.
Outstanding describes The Real Cartagena Tour with Rafael H! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were amazed at the number of experiences we had during our brief time in the city. Taking a private tour was so much more personal and enabled us to get a real feel for the Cartagena beyond the tourist area. We saw many historical sites and learned so much about the rich history here. We were also able to get a glimpse of daily life. We highly reccomend this tour and our guide, Rafael H.

Leonardo gave us an amazing tour of the Cinque Terre region. He made sure we saw everything we could possibly see and then, even though it was getting dark, he extended our tour to take us to see Pisa lit up at night. Our shore excursion with Leonardo was the highlight of our cruise.
I made arrangements for this tour on short notice and was pleasantly surprised when Zel contacted me almost immediately. He met me at my hotel the next morning and, after a short conversation came up with the perfect 4-hour tour of Jerusalem catered to my wishes.
Zel is very knowledgeable and professional with a great personality. Not only was he able to explain everything he showed me, after a short time I forgot I was on a guided tour and felt more like I was exploring the city with an old friend.
This tour was the BEST and one of my favorite days spent while in Japan for a 9 day trip. I can't say enough good things about Chizuko either - we had such a good time walking around with her, and she was so knowledgeable and had answers to everything. She seamlessly took us to all the highlights in Kyoto we wanted to see and each stunned. There is no way we could have covered that much ground on our own, or gotten so much history. This is the first thing I would recommend to someone visiting Kyoto.
