I am rejecting this response because: 1) this type of business practice is unacceptable - my combined discount over both orders was somewhere in the neighborhood of 33%; 2) the available balance on my credit card is still short because of a pending order from Toys R Us that was cancelled by them. Those funds should be released immediately

Never again will we shop with toys r us. Last year we purchased a bouncer for our daughter from your website for a Christmas present, after waiting 4 weeks, 4 weeks where you kept telling me the shipment was delayed because of the holidays, You then cancelled the order the end of December because you sold out and never fulfilled my order. It took us 6 weeks and several hours on the phone to get a refund. We decided to give you another shot for my daughters first birthday and bought several items from your website and paid extra for 3 day shipping to ensure they got here by our daughters birthday. You never called me, instead 3 days later sent me an email saying my order was cancelled. Why do you insist on me putting my phone number down on an order if you aren't courteous enough to call for order issues. When we called to find out why, you left us on hold for 20 mins to have someone not be able to tell us why, but that is was potentially because our rewards address and shipping/billing address was not the same. This was after saying that our payment information was not correct, and we had to explain you had charged us already. A phone call to us to clarify the addresses would have easily rectified this situation, but instead you cancelled my order and left me in a situation where I'm last minute having to rush around for my child's first birthday present, a very important milestone for us. You still have not released the hold on the funds you withdrew from my checking account. What poor customer service. You have several competitors that take much better of their customers and that is where my business will go in the future!

not have a parking permit from their building parking lot. The parking lot has our towing signs visible to whoever parks there warning them of such.
The lease for the apartments at the Warren Building states that off-street parking in their parking lot is for residents only. Mr. [redacted] is not on the lease and was just staying with a friend. He should have not parked in the restricted parking lot.

From 2 month I have bought a trampoline from Cairo festival branch in Egypt the cost of the trampoline was 4,000 after 10 days 2 kids were playing on it and they fell on it's edge and the base of the trampoline. 2 metal parts were broken so I called the customer service of Toys R Us they told me that they will provide me with these 2 spare parts and gave them my number they were very slow as I waited for a month and half without a good reason and after they brought the 2 parts they were wrong ones while I sent images to the manager Hani in the branch and gave him all the details and I was going to pay about 352 pounds for each part and I didn't care However it could be an industrial defect and now the manager told me he couldn't get the right spare parts while he made me wait for a month and a half. Wish you could reply as soon as possible.

everyone should be aware that toys r us has the worst automated phone system than any company there is no customer service number yes not one there is new orders or track old orders but no way to reach a real person I have tried for weeks and hours and wasted my life there is also no phone to an corporate office at all only email which I have tried over 23 times and have yet to receive any response....... when I ask the people who answer the phone how can I make a complaint they just give you the email address...... there is a 15 day return policy and I am working on this every day all day for 13 days so I guess on the 16th day I will get a response I would never buy anything here again in my life if it was 90 per cent off in price no phone number and no email working means this company does not care about customers at all
