This place continues to impress me with their incompetence. Over and over they have been unable to deliver on any customer service. We didn't want to buy anything here but unfortunately they had the best price on a large piece of furniture by $200 and so the price made it worth the try. However, the piece came in broken. It took them 45 minutes to even get it to our car for us to drive home and then find out it was broken. Then we tried to get it replaced. They told us it would be in and then we call the day it was going to be delivered and the order had been canceled because we picked up the item (yeah is, to broken one you were suppose to replace). On top of that, they never answer their phones and often hang up instantly upon answering. Place should be totally restaffed from the top down.

I placed an order on Cyber Monday, it is now 12/17 and I have had to call for the third time because they are still having an issue getting my order to me. Timeline Cyber Monday I ordered 6 items, by Dec 2 I had on item, one week goes by I email because only one piece has shipped and I received no other shipment emails. They have no record of my order, I called, apparently there was a glitch in there system they are going to re ship, a week goes by...no movement on the tracking number. I call again...very sorry we will ship because that order never shipped....Ok....next day 4 items ship....email comes 1 item has been cancelled....WHAT?..I call AGAIN....not sure why that happened we will re ship....that was today December 17. Probably won't get anything this company is awful!!!!!!

I am rejecting this...

response because:I was given a gift card for Babies R'Us in 2010. The gift card was purchased from a store in Puerto Rico. I tried to use the gift card in 2015. When the card wouldn't work, I called customer service and they said that the gift card had been deactivated. I sent an image of the gift card to their customer service e-mail and filed a complaint with Revdex.com. Toys R Us responded to my complaint saying that the card was redeemed on 7/14/2010 at a store in Burbank, CA. I've never been to CA!!!! Clearly, Toys R Us made a mistake when they went back to check their records. For their reference, the number on my gift card is [redacted]". I called Toys R Us again and they told me that they need to call me back. Throughout this whole process, I have never received any call back or message from them. They must think that I will just go away and throw the $40 into the trash. Well I am not going away and will even pursue legal action if I have to. I sincerely hope that someone from their customer service department made a mistake with one of the numbers on my gift card and that they are not lying about the gift card's use to try to get out of refunding me my $40.
