Client did not read website and especially the webpage the order form is located on: [redacted] ---> [redacted] Clearly states our service fee: "Our service fee for each birth certificate is $plus taxTo this amount, the fees of the state’s Vital Records Office and those coming from any additional required services will be added." And the [redacted] receipt also states TRAMITA SERVICE FEE The invoice sent also describes what fees are for, depending on what the client requested on the order form In this case, the Ohio Vital Records Office charges $per copy.Client never emailed us nor contacted [redacted] to dispute the order and how "not received/overcharged" or whatever Direct Revdex.com complaint without even going back to check our website and see if missed anythingOrder has been cancelled and full refund applied, though no errors were committed on our part We are [redacted] and [redacted] approved Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, with websites in many countries, leaders in some Even offer service in practically any country of the world, or at least we always try We are basically the largest company in the world that provides the services we do in so many countriesand always growing

Since the orders were made, we have stopped all ad campaigns as will be launching a new website shortly But copies are easily obtained by [redacted] Cache or we can provide copies The website clearly gave payment and order process steps The client will first pay our service fee of $plus tax, and then billed for any items on the order form A [redacted] invoice was sent on both orders and client never paid, nor contacted us by email We have applied a courtesy refund on both orders and cancelled these orders, though not due to any error on our part Client did not read the webpage the order form was located, nor the Terms and Conditions, nor the excerpt of the Terms and Conditions on those invoices she has confirmed receiving Also, the order form offers legalization ($for most USA and $for NY), international shipping ($or $50), multiple copies, rush service ($15, if available)how would the $cover all those services we provide? Due to the number of variables that an order can have or depending on what vital record is needed, reason an invoice is sent after order information is received Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, with websites in many countries, leaders in some Basically, the largest "company" in the world offering the services we do All this can easily be verified in the internet Tramita LLC currently processes payments through [redacted] and *** We are a trusted company, processing many orders around the world every day

We had sent an email on [redacted] asking for the [redacted] email address used to make the payment, as [redacted] had not linked the payment to our system A status update was posted in our webpage for updates that is available [redacted] You never replied to our email and update You filed a chargeback and we quickly accepted to have them refund the money to your account Though no error on our part, thanks to the chargeback, we see that you used a different email address than the one posted in the order form We would gladly complete the order you need, only ask that you reply to our emails and/or check the status of your order in our website, as per information provided in the old website when you made the order and also in the order confirmation email We could do no more, without having payment confirmation information

It is clear that the client did not read the website, or at least the webpage the order form is located on: [redacted] Our service fee is indicated, and even the [redacted] receipt shows "TRAMITA SERVICE FEE" [redacted] Invoice [redacted] was emailed on 06/**, which also shows in your [redacted] account Never paid, though contacted us and copies were resent Still never paid to this moment.Order cancelled and full refund applied, though no errors on our part Please read any website prior to making an order online, or at least "revisit" it to see if missed anything, etc

I will not use them again because of their lack of customer service availability, website/order difficulties, and price gauging

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Tramita LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I did not receive the product I paid for and it has been weeks since the end of their delivery windowI had to order a rush marriage certificate through a different service because my spouse's insurance was canceled due to non-delivery of the certificateI would like a refund, but the company does not provide a mechanism to contact them regarding placed orders and sends boiler plate when I place an inquiry through the only contact window In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I paid $for a copy of our marriage certificate on 03***/ It took them a week to locate it, the replied with "Your order has been found and successfully checked outOnce we receive your certificate, will be mailed to you directly." I patiently waited Business days (an appropriate amount of time to mail something), then contacted them when I still hadn't received it Come to find out, they say it'll take -business days to mail something to me This is unacceptable, nor is it stated on their website that it can take that long I asked them to cancel my order and issue me a FULL refund They responded with "Thank you for your messageHowever, we cannot issue a refund since we ordered your certificate at the Vital Records Office already." I would like a FULL refund of $from Tramita, LLC, not Vitals Records Office Since Tramita, LLC is who I placed the order with I needed this document in a timely manner, for insurance purposes Very POOR customer service I DO NOT recommend this company

Attached you will find a screenprint of the Status Update webpage showing proof how you had access 24/*/to the information, regardless if you received the emails we sent to the email address you listed on the order form The email address on this complaint is not on the order form, therefore you likely are not checking the correct email address' mail We never received a request to change the email address on the order form The webpage you made the order on, the Terms and Conditions, and the excerpt added to that pending invoice all mention the payment steps You first pay our service fee of $plus tax, and then billed for all items on the order form The "invoice" you sent is actually a [redacted] RECEIPT, showing how you paid the TRAMITA SERVICE FEE as clearly states And just to go with what you are saying, having paid the "fixed fee of $plus tax" for all orders, --> what about all those orders that clients requesting multiple copies, paying the extra $rush fee (where available), legalization service ($in the US except NY, $in NY per certificate), international shipping ($economy or $priority), Vital Records Office extra fees for searches, etc Do we do those for free? If you wish for a refund, please contact [redacted] to file a DISPUTE and we will refund immediately If you file a CLAIM or CHARGEBACK, we will provide proof of service provided and invoice never paid We made no error on this order, it just seems that you didn't read the section about the payment steps prior to submitting the order

Our website has changed since your order came in, though can easily be found with [redacted] Cache or we can provide copies also The website, Terms and Conditions, and the [redacted] Invoice [redacted] emailed on [redacted] all explained the order and payment process The $receipt from [redacted] also states: TRAMITA SERVICE FEE That you cannot afford the fees and needed to cancel the order with refund is fine, you submitted an email to us and we accepted the courtesy refund and cancelled the order Why you filed a Revdex.com complaint after our courtesy refund and when no errors were made on our part is shocking In fact, imagine you needed a certified copy and we charge $plus tax for that single copy The order form offers rush service at $15, legalizations for $($in NY) and international shipping (not offered by the majority of Vital Records Offices) also have fees depending on choice of shipping The $definitely would not cover all those fees clearly stated on the order form And that is just for one single copy We simply ask that your read what you order online, as many websites are not as clear as ours are We have websites in many countries around the world under the "Zertifica Group", leaders in some of these countries We are proud of the services we provide to so many orders received daily Have a nice day!

Hello! As our website indicates, an order consists of payments First our service fee ($plus tax) when the order is submitted ( [redacted] receipt also states: TRAMITA SERVICE FEE with order number), and then a [redacted] invoice is emailed for all fees related to the order form The $you paid is in the invoice description (Invoice [redacted] emailed on 11/**) An EXEMPLIFIED marriage certificate in NYC costs $first copy, and $per copy You requested and legalizations for China As states in our website, we charge $per NY legalization service So, the invoice is exactly for $+ $+ $+ $= $ Just as the invoice describes.Now, the aprxprocess times is incorrect in the invoice, processing error China is not a signer of Convention 12: Apostilles, so a certified copy must be requested first (though NYC Vital Records Office's aprxprocess time is 4-weeks, we obtain them in 1-business days after receiving the notarized consent form and ID Then we must have them authenticated with the NYC County Clerk and NY Secretary of State (in NYC also) They take 2-weeks, but we obtain in-person also For an Apostille, that would be it But again, China is not a signer, so a Certificate of Authentication must be obtained from the US Department of State in Washington, DC (well, technically the office for Authentications is in VA) These orders are mailed there and they take at least 2-weeks to process, no rushes offered We usually have them sent directly to the client if no other services are required of us All that is mentioned here can easily be verified with any above-mentioned government office, and is whole process is also explained in our website under LegalizationsIn YOUR order though, you paid the 11/ [redacted] invoice on 11/ [redacted] and we have never received those required documents attached to the invoice (copy of invoice can easily be provided as proof, also shows in your [redacted] account) After a recent email from you questioning the status, we replied with new consent form attached and instructionsNot only are status updates sent by email, but on our website you can view the status 24h/365d --> [redacted] The order has been on hold all this time because those legally required documents were never provided, nothing we could do about continuing the order We had everything else prepared for when those documents arrive, to immediately go and obtain the EXEMPLIFIED copiesOur company is not fraudulent In fact, Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which is basically the largest company in the world to provide the services we do We have websites in many countries, leaders in some We even help obtain vital records in many countries that we do not have a website in We also have offices around the worldAgain, the delay on this order was not on our side All information has provided PRIOR to the order and DURING the order (minus the process times error, though we still are extremely fast with NYC marriage certificate orders, and legalization services And much cheaper than most, tooEasily verifyable with simple online searchesIf needing any proof, questions answered, etcplease email us at [redacted] This complaint should not be considered Thank you!
