Our website has changed since your order came in, though can easily be found with [redacted] Cache or we can provide copies also.  The website, Terms and Conditions, and the [redacted] Invoice [redacted] emailed on [redacted] all explained the order and payment process.  The $50.96 receipt from [redacted]...

also states: TRAMITA SERVICE FEE.  That you cannot afford the fees and needed to cancel the order with refund is fine, you submitted an email to us and we accepted the courtesy refund and cancelled the order.  Why you filed a Revdex.com complaint after our courtesy refund and when no errors were made on our part is shocking. 
In fact, imagine you needed a certified copy and we charge $49 plus tax for that single copy.  The order form offers rush service at $15, legalizations for $50 ($85 in NY) and international shipping (not offered by the majority of Vital Records Offices) also have fees depending on choice of shipping.  The $50.96 definitely would not cover all those fees clearly stated on the order form.  And that is just for one single copy.
 
We simply ask that your read what you order online, as many websites are not as clear as ours are.  We have websites in many countries around the world under the "Zertifica Group", leaders in some of these countries.  We are proud of the services we provide to so many orders received daily.

Since the orders were made, we have stopped all ad campaigns as will be launching a new website shortly.  But copies are easily obtained by [redacted] Cache or we can provide copies.  The website clearly gave payment and order process steps.  The client will first pay our service fee...

of $49 plus tax, and then billed for any items on the order form.  A [redacted] invoice was sent on both orders and client never paid, nor contacted us by email.  We have applied a courtesy refund on both orders and cancelled these orders, though not due to any error on our part.  Client did not read the webpage the order form was located, nor the Terms and Conditions, nor the excerpt of the Terms and Conditions on those invoices she has confirmed receiving. 
Also, the order form offers legalization ($50 for most USA and $83 for NY), international shipping ($20 or $50), multiple copies, rush service ($15, if available)..... how would the $50.96 cover all those services we provide?  Due to the number of variables that an order can have or depending on what vital record is needed, reason an invoice is sent after order information is received.
 
Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, with websites in many countries, leaders in some.  Basically, the largest "company" in the world offering the services we do.  All this can easily be verified in the internet.  Tramita LLC currently processes payments through [redacted] and [redacted].  We are a trusted company, processing many orders around the world every day.

I paid $80.00 for a copy of our marriage certificate on 03[redacted]/16. It took them a week to locate it, the replied with "Your order has been found and successfully checked out. Once we receive your certificate, will be mailed to you directly." I patiently waited 10 Business days (an appropriate amount of time to mail something), then contacted them when I still hadn't received it. Come to find out, they say it'll take 30 -40 business days to mail something to me. This is unacceptable, nor is it stated on their website that it can take that long. I asked them to cancel my order and issue me a FULL refund. They responded with "Thank you for your message. However, we cannot issue a refund since we ordered your certificate at the Vital Records Office already."
I would like a FULL refund of $80.00 from Tramita, LLC, not Vitals Records Office. Since Tramita, LLC is who I placed the order with.
I needed this document in a timely manner, for insurance purposes. Very POOR customer service. I DO NOT recommend this company.

I did not receive the product I paid for and it has been weeks since the end of their delivery window. I had to order a rush marriage certificate through a different service because my spouse's insurance was canceled due to non-delivery of the certificate. I would like a refund, but the company does not provide a mechanism to contact them regarding placed orders and sends boiler plate when I place an inquiry through the only contact window.

Ok, many issues with this complaint which I have been looking up causing a delay, so believe best to resolve with bullet points:(1) The person filing the complaint lied on our order form as is not the same person on record.  All states would consider this a crime and punishable with a...

fee and/or prison time.  The order form states the person on the birth record "[redacted]" was the requestor, which we can see that the requestor was actually a 3rd party.  Washington DC birth/death records are private records and only eligible requestors may request them.  I have attached their Guidelines for Obtaining a Vital Record" which shows eligible requestors and required documentation.  We would have cancelled the order immediately if the [redacted] payment was linked to the order and known who was actually making the order.  I've attached a copy of the order form, please let me know if unable to open as a Thunderbird document.(2) If you go to our Status Update webpage: [redacted]  *.. and enter in [redacted] as the Order Number, you will see that we asked for proof of payment.  We have never received an email from the email address on the order form: [redacted] (3) As our Legal Notice says on our website, the NYC address is our logistical address, not the corporate address.  I already know that Revdex.com has received and verified all company documents and information provided.  The company does exist, and is currently in Wyoming after being moved from Florida earlier this year.(4) [redacted] has no record of transactions??  Then what is on the receipt that was included in this complaint??  I'll highlight an example:Merchant information:Tramita LLC[redacted]###-###-####It is obvious we have a [redacted] business account under Tramita LLC, client is giving false information in this complaint.(5) Again, the main issue here is that the client lied on the order form.  Though EVEN if we continued the order process thinking it was the person on record, a Washington DC application form is emailed to the client as must complete and send with valid photo ID.This complaint should not be considered.  Thank you!

It will be helpful if you have a working phone number. I need to speak with a human being. I sent emails and received no response. I called and the phone number listed DOES NOT WORK. I have changes on my order and no one to talk to. A legitimate business would have a working number if the customer has any concerns. Unless I can speak with someone directly I would like this order cancelled and my money return to me.

As I mentioned in the previous message, everything regarding our payment process is described in the website PRIOR to the order being submitted.  We even provide an email address where to send questions PRIOR to submitting an order, which many people do and make a decision afterwards.  You did not do so and submitted the order accepting what we offer.  Which is fine, just that we shouldn't be made at fault for anything deriving from the way the order was submitted.
 
We also have been in contact with you via Status Updates (go by email AND are posted on our website, as visible to anyone as mentioned before - no private/order information is ever given there).  As all mentions, you have never completed the required steps that we keep asking for and is in the invoice instructions.  We cannot do any more on this order per state vital records laws, reason for those required documents.  We have even emailed the consent form/instructions to you directly from emails outside of Status Updates.  Nothing received nor letting us know that have been sent.
 
The moment we receive all required documents and payments made, a certified/exemplified copy are obtained in a couple of business days at most.  And the Legalizations you ordered also take another few business days, at most (many orders are even done within 24h).  Though in your case, as previously-mentioned, China is not a country that accepts Apostilles, so that final step does take a few weeks to complete.
 
Anyways, we have explained how we have not committed any errors on our part.  We have provided proof and can provide much more, if needed.  And is funny that you submit this "REJECTION & REQUEST FOR REFUND" when we already did so on DECEMBER ** per your email request to us.  We have nothing left to do on this cancelled order, and proof can be provided of the [redacted] refunds already submitted to you.
 
I wanted to send a complete answer to this complaint, but mainly for other clients to see what has truly happened with this order.  And always a pleasure to explain our payment process, estimated process times for both Tramita and the Vital Records Office (and for Legalizations, if needed), and any other questions that are needing an answer to.
 
Again, TRAMITA LLC is part of the ZERTIFICA GROUP, which is practically the largest "company" in the world to provide the services we do, in so many countries.  Happy Holidays!!

This is a predatory company that collects personal information under the guise of assisting people in acquiring vital documents. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A class action lawsuit is being prepared. This company has also been reported to the DHS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

emailed on 06/**, which also shows in your [redacted] account.  Never paid, though contacted us and copies were resent.  Still never paid to this moment.Order cancelled and full refund applied, though no errors on our part.  Please read any website prior to making an order online, or at least "revisit" it to see if missed anything, etc.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOUR DOCUMENT WILL BE SENT WITHIN 4-6 WEEKS AFTER CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD. IT IS NOW GOING ON 8 WEEKS AND PAYING 50.00 FOR A CERTIFIED COPY OF MY MARRIAGE LICENSES .

THEY HAVE MORE EXCUSES AND DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE.

No response for me certificate request after 4 weeks. Emailed them. Tried to call them. The phone number on their website is not valid so there's no way to call them they don't respond your emails you get nothing that you requested they are a complete scam. And there are no status updates when you enter your case number so you basically are waiting for something for weeks and hear nothing from them I'm waiting on a death certificate and this wait is putting me through hell! When I read fast service, 2-4 weeks and status updates about the progress, I unfortunately believed it!!!I'm starting a Tramita blog. I want a refund. I am going in person to Jacksonville to get the record and ask them while I'm there about this company.

Hello!  As our website indicates, an order consists of 2 payments.  First our service fee ($49 plus tax) when the order is submitted ([redacted] receipt also states: TRAMITA SERVICE FEE with order number), and then a [redacted] invoice is emailed for all fees related to the order form. ...

The $231.00 you paid is in the invoice description (Invoice [redacted] emailed on 11/**).  An EXEMPLIFIED marriage certificate in NYC costs $35 first copy, and $30 per copy.  You requested 2 and 2 legalizations for China.  As states in our website, we charge $83 per NY legalization service.  So, the invoice is exactly for $35 + $30 + $83 + $83 = $231.  Just as the invoice describes.Now, the aprx. process times is incorrect in the invoice, processing error.  China is not a signer of Convention 12: Apostilles, so a certified copy must be requested first (though NYC Vital Records Office's aprx. process time is 4-6 weeks, we obtain them in 1-2 business days after receiving the notarized consent form and ID.  Then we must have them authenticated with the NYC County Clerk and NY Secretary of State (in NYC also).  They take 2-4 weeks, but we obtain in-person also.  For an Apostille, that would be it.  But again, China is not a signer, so a Certificate of Authentication must be obtained from the US Department of State in Washington, DC (well, technically the office for Authentications is in VA).  These orders are mailed there and they take at least 2-4 weeks to process, no rushes offered.  We usually have them sent directly to the client if no other services are required of us.  All that is mentioned here can easily be verified with any above-mentioned government office, and is whole process is also explained in our website under Legalizations.
In YOUR order though, you paid the 11/** invoice on 11/** and we have never received those required documents attached to the invoice (copy of invoice can easily be provided as proof, also shows in your [redacted] account).  After a recent email from you questioning the status, we replied with new consent form attached and instructions.
Not only are status updates sent by email, but on our website you can view the status 24h/365d --> [redacted]   The order has been on hold all this time because those legally required documents were never provided, nothing we could do about continuing the order.  We had everything else prepared for when those documents arrive, to immediately go and obtain the EXEMPLIFIED copies.
Our company is not fraudulent.  In fact, Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which is basically the largest company in the world to provide the services we do.  We have websites in many countries, leaders in some.  We even help obtain vital records in many countries that we do not have a website in.  We also have offices around the world.
Again, the delay on this order was not on our side.  All information has provided PRIOR to the order and DURING the order (minus the process times error, though we still are extremely fast with NYC marriage certificate orders, and legalization services.  And much cheaper than most, too.. Easily verifyable with simple online searches.
