No response for me certificate request after weeksEmailed themTried to call themThe phone number on their website is not valid so there's no way to call them they don't respond your emails you get nothing that you requested they are a complete scamAnd there are no status updates when you enter your case number so you basically are waiting for something for weeks and hear nothing from them I'm waiting on a death certificate and this wait is putting me through hell! When I read fast service, 2-weeks and status updates about the progress, I unfortunately believed it!!!I'm starting a Tramita blogI want a refundI am going in person to Jacksonville to get the record and ask them while I'm there about this company

Ok, many issues with this complaint which I have been looking up causing a delay, so believe best to resolve with bullet points:(1) The person filing the complaint lied on our order form as is not the same person on record All states would consider this a crime and punishable with a fee and/or prison time The order form states the person on the birth record " [redacted] " was the requestor, which we can see that the requestor was actually a 3rd party Washington DC birth/death records are private records and only eligible requestors may request them I have attached their Guidelines for Obtaining a Vital Record" which shows eligible requestors and required documentation We would have cancelled the order immediately if the [redacted] payment was linked to the order and known who was actually making the order I've attached a copy of the order form, please let me know if unable to open as a Thunderbird document.(2) If you go to our Status Update web [redacted] *and enter in [redacted] as the Order Number, you will see that we asked for proof of payment We have never received an email from the email address on the order form: [redacted] (3) As our Legal Notice says on our website, the NYC address is our logistical address, not the corporate address I already know that Revdex.com has received and verified all company documents and information provided The company does exist, and is currently in Wyoming after being moved from Florida earlier this year.(4) [redacted] has no record of transactions?? Then what is on the receipt that was included in this complaint?? I'll highlight an example:Merchant information:Tramita LLC [redacted] ###-###-####It is obvious we have a [redacted] business account under Tramita LLC, client is giving information in this complaint.(5) Again, the main issue here is that the client lied on the order form Though EVEN if we continued the order process thinking it was the person on record, a Washington DC application form is emailed to the client as must complete and send with valid photo ID.This complaint should not be considered Thank you!

This company is the worst Does not respond to status of orderNo communications after taking your money Do not use them

I'm very disappointed in TramitaThey do not have a legit phone number to contact them for oneSecond I have been waiting for a marriage license for over a month now and they have yet to send itThey were all gun ho to take my money and now we are left hanging!!! I suggest using any other record department then tramitaI think this cois a scam

We received from our Customer Service your claim to refund the $Rush fee that was charged in your order of birth certificates + Apostille in one of the certificatesWe would like to inform you that we have considered all the information you sent and all communications received and we have decided to refund the same due to the fact that our CS did not inform you that the rush service is only for the certificate process, and only one copy - we used for the one to be apostilled, and NOT for the Apostille process itself next to the Secretary of State since this one does not accept Rush OrdersFor this reason, we would like you to accept this refund and underline that the service was well and duly renderedWe do understand your reasons to be upset with the service periods but as we explained previously, the process periods of the Secretary of State are not controlled by usThe refund has been processed and yYou should receive this one in some business daysThis period depends now on your credit card company or bankPlease don't hesitate to contact us in case you need further assistance

I have paid $to Tramita LLC for a birth certificate The Vital Statistics obviously was not contacted properly because I received a letter saying they needed a signatured form I provided that Yesterday I received a letter from Vital Statistics stating "insufficient funds" I cannot believe a birth certficate costs more than $when I was born in the US and provided all information This is a scam!

Not sure why requesting a refund, when was already provided on *** Contact *** if having problems with the refund, and for proof of refund process We do not have control over your account with ***

to cover fees for items on the order form Never paid We sent reminder to client and client requested refund, which we did as a courtesy No errors on our part, client simply did not pay what ordered on *** The refund was of our service fee, as the *** receipt clearly states, along with the webpage where the order form was completed.

This order was an error on our part We sent a message to you advising of an error where the order was not placed in the correct queue We provided a full refund and offered to continue the order process waiving that service fee We never received a reply and have the order as
cancelled until possible client contact The offer still stands, we will obtain the vital record at no charge to you, but we need a response to complete the order.
In regards to "previous Revdex.com history", we receive hundreds of orders and if you read the full complaint history, the majority of the complaints filed here are not our fault Usually either due to the client not providing documents per state law to complete the order and/or not paying the invoice for the services they requested on the order form We are not perfect, but at the moment they are less than "complaints" over the thousands of orders we have since we started in May
Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which has websites in many countries, leaders in some Errors will be made, but it is how we try to resolve those errors helps show that we only intend to complete the orders for these important vital records

I ordered a birth certificate from ***, Oh, for $through TramitaWhen it did not arrive after weeks, I went to the online site for the county and printed a request form I mailed the form, cost $25.00, and received the birth certificate weeks laterThe one from Tramita did not arrive until weeks after I ordered it

I never received any emails from this businessI finally receive a refund due to a processing error, which is what they said in m refundIf they were tracking the orders after the consumer paid to ensure quality service then maybe sooner this would have been seen before my complaint was madeHow convenient I was finally contacted and refunded after my complaint was madeMaybe if they replied to either of the two emails I sent to the two different email addresses found on their websites then this could have been resolved fasterMaybe if the phone number they listed when I made my order also worked then this could have been done quicker, not having to go to the Revdex.comI called the number from the Washington Health Department after this company failed to do their partI gave them all the info they needed but they failed to give the State of Washington my wives maiden name which is why the order didn't go throughSo the processing error was on Tramitas endSo their info is inaccurate and leaves out some details showing them at fault.

We replied to your emails and our Status Update webpage will show 24h/365d the current status of your order. The picture quality of the documents being emailed to us was very poor, and once printed was impossible to read anything. We asked for simply resending those documents with
higher quality. Usually a camera/cell picture is valid enough, but lighting, angle, etcmust be accounted for. If a scanner is not available, there are stores, local library, bank, etc., that offer that service (free or small fee).With the documents provided, we could not continue with the order, which is what the emails and Status Updates confirmed
Regardless of our replies, weeks ago you filed a chargeback with your bank and we accepted as a courtesy, as no errors were committed on our side. Partial proof has been attached to this reply, which are the latest copies of the documents you sent by email. Showing how it is impossible to work with those images we received

This order was already cancelled and refunded on 02/due to processing error on our part We have been changing our website and systems, and unfortunately a few orders were not placed in the right queue We would offer to cancel/refund, or continue orders with free rush service to
recover on the total order time, most cases even making the order faster than a order without rush.

You are not giving correct information on what happened We have attached *** Invoice and History showing that the invoice was emailed to you on 12/**, day after order submitted This also reflects in your *** account We sent an invoice reminder on 01/** and you paid
aprx2h after the reminder was sent to you As the website, Terms and Conditions, and that same invoice mention is the order process and payment steps You were not charged twice, as the first payment is reflected in *** as TRAMITA SERVICE FEE, the invoice details charge for all items you requested on the order form Nothing double-charged.
Vital Records Office confirms having mailed the order on 01/**-01/** to the client's address on the order form As with most Vital Records Offices in the U.S., they only mail *** First Class Mail They request wait another week and if not received, they can send another copy by same regular mail service
We made no errors on this order, only delay was due to client paying invoice much later than when sent Please review attached documents and *** account, as proof is provided

I understand the terms on your webpage. I paid the service fee of $+ tax and I also
marked the box to pay an extra $
dollars should you be able to expedite the service. I did not receive an acknowledgement to let me
know whether you could expedite and I did not receive an invoice to pay. If I had, I could have paid this long ago and
received my order.
I do not care about any of the services you listed as I did
not order them. I also do not appreciate
your nasty tone and find it pretty disgusting that this is your customer

I tried to file a DISPUTE and (shocking) I was unable to because
“the seller” is unable to respond to disputes.
Funny how you should try to get me to do something you probably know
full well can’t be resolved. I have filed a CLAIM. If you made no error on this order, I would
have received the invoice to let me know the service could be expedited. I did not.
I also paid for a document I have not received.
I would also have
thought that you would try to resolve this matter by making sure I received the
invoice or trying to find out why I didn’t.
OR, just getting me the document since it isn’t like months after the
fact is expedited, so I should owe nothing for this fee. Just refund the money
so I don’t have to waste any more of my time on this nonsense

We sent an email to you (also shows in our My Order webpage) advising of our error as system did not place in correct queue As you can see, we have a new website and during those changes, some orders were incorrectly processed We have resolved most orders, but some were not
We offered to complete the order for free to help resolve the order, and have recently provided a full refund due to no response to our email Offer still open, but we need an email to confirm the need for the vital record.

I needed my Grandsons Birth certificate and TAMITA LLC reads on its front page NO HIDDEN FEES, REAL Customer Service, And SAFE Transactions! BULL!!
I called the phone on the site, I payed $including a $fast shipping fee and was given a confirmation #
I waited three weeksI called The Man said YOU HAVE THE WRONG CO LADY!
I called back to ask for a Phone to complain to And the nice man tolled Quote unquote! 1-WHO GIVES A ***!
I called the Revdex.com and am currently filing a request to TAMITA investigated !

If we cannot locate the payment, obviously the order will not be processed. There are times whenever the email address used to make the payment does not match the email address on the order form, we do not receive notification from *** and cannot link the payment to the order. We
simply send the following email:"Order cancelledIf payment made, please confirm by emailing the *** email address used so we can continue with the order processThank you!"
The email address linked with this complaint was given to us and still no payment found. We do not have access to *** personal accounts nor information. You simply only needed to contact *** to locate the payment and have them send it to us, as many of our clients do. Or even send the *** receipt which shows the order information, etc. We have never received proof of payment from youWe will gladly cancel this order and provide a refundbut if payment not found, cannot do a refund. Either provide proof helping us help you, or directly file a *** DISPUTE of the payment, which will force *** to contact us to clarify the situation. A refund will be made and case closed. Again, we have no control over *** and can only do so much. We have asked for proof of payment, none has been provided
