FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!!! When you order your documents it leads you to a PayPal payment and after you pay, the receipt comes with a SPAIN email!!! This company is not a US company, it is operated by some criminal in Spain who is just collecting money right and left. Be very very careful. Fortunately PayPal allowed me to dispute the payment, but this is absolutely FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!!

We were charged an additional $53 for documents totaling $27 in actual cost. After several months went by and numerous emails ignored, my wife repeatedly attempted to call, only to be met with varying "office" hours, changing messages, etc. When Tramita finally did respond it was with broken English and vague offers of useless assistance. This is easily the most incompetent company I've had the misfortune to deal with and would never, under any circumstance, use them for any purpose in the future.

Misleading and deceptive webpages. Phone number on web page has been disconnected and not workable.

This order has been on hold since you never provided any proof of payment.  The order was created 01/**.  We emailed you on 01/** asking to confirm [redacted] payment as no payment was linked to the order.  This is also copied to the Status Update page on our website, as details were...

provided in the email sent to confirm the order information submitted.  Even trying the email address on this complaint (different from the Yahoo address on the order form), no payment is found.  We have tried last name even, and nothing. 
We cannot process an order if the payment is not confirmed.  Even if you did not see the email we sent to the email address you listed on the order form, it is still posted 24/*/365 in our website's Status Update page.
 
Until proof of payment is submitted, we cannot even offer to provide a full refund and cancel the order.  This can even be a case of someone not having completed the payment process with [redacted], filing a complaint for something not correctly ordered.  We again ask for proof of payment, so provide that refund.

I'm very disappointed in Tramita. They do not have a legit phone number to contact them for one. Second I have been waiting for a marriage license for over a month now and they have yet to send it. They were all gun ho to take my money and now we are left hanging!!! I suggest using any other record department then tramita. I think this co. is a scam.

This company is the worst. Does not respond to status of order. No communications after taking your money. Do not use them

Client is not telling the whole story as we made no error on this order.  Easily can provide proof about this.  Check [redacted] Tracking Number:  [redacted]
 
You will see that ORDER WAS COMPLETED & DELIVERED, but...

client never picked up the delivery.  In fact, is now being sent back to [redacted] as you can see.  We contacted the client providing that tracking number.  Client does not seem to have ever contacted [redacted] to resolve their problem with the delivery.  This is not our fault. 
Client even filed a chargeback with the bank that goes through PayPal and we have provided proof of the order completion and delivery.  PayPal will soon reject the chargeback and notify the bank of the proof provided.
 
Client is trying to blame us for errors committed on their side (not getting mail, not contacting USPS, etc).  More proof can easily be provided, though just the tracking number is "more than enough" as quoted by [redacted].

Since your order was created, the website has been changed and all ad campaigns on hold while we make the final adjustments.  Though proof can easily be provided by us and/or [redacted] Cache showing the original website.  In fact, the invoice and email reply from us contains proof of how...

we made no error on this order.The website, Terms and Conditions, and [redacted] Invoice [redacted] emailed on [redacted] (which you confirm having received) all explain the order and payment process we had before.  You first pay our service fee of $49 plus tax ($50.96), to be later billed for all items on the order form, whether be certificates, legalizations, international shipping, multiple orders, etc.  In your case, you requested 1 certified marriage certificate with rush service (order form indicates an extra $15 fee when available).  A NYC certified marriage certificate costs $15, which you can easily verify.  If was needed for legal-use in a foreign country, in fact the cost goes to $35 and $30 copies.  It is a private record, reason we attached a consent form to that invoice with clear instructions.  Mail orders would take them to process the request around 4 weeks.  We obtain them in 1-2 business days and mailed by certified mail, where they only send by regular mail.  We also are extremely fast with legalizations and much cheaper than other servicers due to volume and the tools we have.
Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which has websites in many countries, leaders in some.  Basically the largest "company" in the world offering the services we do.
Though we made no error on this order, we have accepted a courtesy refund of the service fee and have cancelled the order.  We ask that you please read before making online orders anywhere on the internet.  Thank you!

1-As shown in proofs attached, customer sent us on the 06/**/2016 (Friday) a request to cancel.
2-MONDAY, 06/**/2016 we answered confirming the request and informing about refund.

CONCLUSION:
Complaint without any reason and refund requested by client done when client contacted Tramita and refund issued in less than 24 hours as our Terms and Conditions state

They promise fast everything. Once you upload what they need from you, after several days they send you more emails requesting more information. Again you submit your documents and several days later they ask for more information. Whay not to ask for everything at once. I've been waiting one month for my records and they keep sending me nonsense requests.

informational copies of her [redacted] birth certificate. Informational copies are not offered.Birth records are private records, becoming public when over 75 years and person on record has passed away. An original signature on their application form is required (notarized), with valid photo ID.As can be found in the internet, by phone, in-person at the [redacted], they charge $15 for each copy.After the client paid our service fee of $49 plus tax, an invoice was emailed via [redacted] for the $30, along with the attached application form and instructions/explanation of the specific order details based on her order form.Client quickly filed [redacted] dispute and we applied a one-time COURTESY REFUND, though not due to any error on our part.As shown, client already has copied part of the proof that explains our service fee and how other fees requested on the order form would be charged later.Also, the [redacted] receipt states: "TRAMITA SERVICE FEE". The invoice describes each fee and the application form provides further proof of the [redacted] fees.The invoice will cover all fees the client manually requested on the order form (ex.: Apostille service is $31.50 each, or $83.00 in [redacted]). The fee charged by the [redacted] must be later determined as some states have different fees depending on if for USA use (legal or non-legal), legal-use in a foreign country, age of record, extra search fees if exact date not known, etc. The resulting fee is proven in the invoice with a copy of the application form.  I have the bank statement to prove that the invoice amount was paid to you via [redacted] and cleared the bank on November [redacted].  I have received zero notifications from [redacted] to say otherwise.  I have received zero emails with any instructions since the one received on November [redacted] stating that payment was needed.  I have not received an email containing any attachments, invoice, consent form or otherwise.  I have paid for this service and it has not been fulfilled.  I want a full refund.  I emailed the [redacted] confirmation to you earlier this month.  To which I received no reply.  It almost seems as if you are looking at someone else's account since none of the things stated here have taken place.  I wish to receive a refund in the amount of $50.96.
