In order to use *** AdWords (publicity in ***), the website is reviewed and controlled periodically to make sure we comply with their rules Major rule in services like ours, is that we mention that we are a 3rd Party Servicer and you are able to obtain the document yourself at a corresponding Vital Records Office We NEVER act like we are not and our website repeats that message in many webpages, just as *** likes it The same webpage you completed the order form on, mentions this, which is what *** obligates any company like us to do Our ad campaigns have never been blocked by ***, we have an excellent history
Basically, you did not read the webpage/website and that is not something we can be blamed for Until proof is provided, we must go by what the Vital Records Office told us, which is what was explained in the last message of this Revdex.com complaint

After contacting the Washington Vital Records Office and having to call back at a later date while being processed, we were told that they made an error on our order and was mailed to the Grant County Vital Records Office Contacted that office and do not have anything for our client To avoid further delays while we continue to investigate on our side what went wrong on the Vital Records Office's side with this order, we will be ordering the certified birth certificate again, at no extra cost as we will also pay their $rush fee This will be processed in next business days and mailed directly to client by Priority Mail
We have many orders for Washington and do not recall an error like what happened on this order Though we had no direct control over it, we obviously do not want the client to pay for the error of others If able to later attach the proof of their error as am being sent a PDF of that document, will attach to this complaint and send by email to our client
If any questions about any of this, please contact us at *** and special attention will be given to this order until we are able to provide the tracking number and confirm delivery of this certificate
Again, apologize for all the inconvenience this delayed order has caused, regardless if not our fault

Client did not read website prior to making the order as is quite clear that the $plus tax ($50.96) is our service fee, which is also indicated in the *** receipt as it reads: "TRAMITA SERVICE FEE". Here is the webpage and text related to this: ***
"Our service fee for each birth certificate is $49 plus
taxTo this amount, the fees of the state’s Vital Records Office and
those coming from any additional required services will be added."
This is also in the Terms&Conditions (easy to read), and an excerpt of the T&C is added to every invoice re-explaining the fee and order process of what is on the webpage the order is made on. The invoice also clearly describes what the $fee is (the Vital Records Office fee for certified copy) and $is what the client requested on our order form for a RUSH, not shipping as we do not charge for domestic shipping (can see on the order form). The Washington Vital Records Office will not only rush the process time, but also will have it sent by *** to our clients for the same feeIt is quite clear the client did not read prior to the order, nor took the moment to review the website to see if missed anything. All is clear, approved by ***. We have made no error on this order, Invoice *** emailed on 10/** is still pending and a reminder was sent 11/**As a courtesy, since we have more than enough proof to show customer error, we will cancel the order and apply a refund of the SERVICE FEE

Ok, then this further proves that you did not complete the payment
process then. *** is our payment processor, 100% of payments go
through ***. If you do not pay with a current *** account, you
can still pay with a credit card using the *** shopping cart. You
are asked to provide an email address to send the receipt to. THAT
email address is used to send the receipt, and also create a temporary
*** account. They also send an email asking if you wish to activate
the account and use *** for other services online, etcWhether
you activate the account or not, has nothing to do with our business
and the order submitted to our business. But THAT email address used is
the "*** email address" we ask for. If you did not complete the
payment process with ***, then you did not complete the payment
needed for us to work on your orderAgain, we are asking for proof of payment and none has been provided. We receive emails *** at ***

Based on your information and lack of proof all this time, I can only assume you made the order with another company and have confused us with them. I believe this is the case

Our website is extremely clear that we are not a government office nor intend to publicize as one. Every page on the website has the information on the righthand side, and the home page is right in the beginning of it all. ***

clearly asks you to also provide us with the birthdates of each spouse as specifically the NYC City Clerk asks us to provide this in case a record is not found with a "basic search". We state that it is to make the search faster. Most Vital Records Offices (VROs) for marriage records in the USA do not ask for birthdates, but NYC is special in more than one way. In fact, they are so special in their processing, that NY State vital records are separate from NYC vital records and have different fees, process times, legal requirements, etc. What we asked was nothing "too hard", such as a SSN as some states in fact do ask for.The $fee is for copies you requested on the order form, as it is $first copy and $all other copies, as clearly described in the invoice. How will you receive the certified copies if full payment hasn't been made? We obtain these certificates IN-PERSON, and you will see that other large 3rd Party servicers do not offer this service (NYC marriages). We not only do, but can obtain them in 1-business days versus their 4-week process timeTramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, which has websites in many countries, leaders in some. We also help obtain vital records in practically any country of the world. We have clients such as large corporations, celebrities, sports teams, government agencies, etc. We are practically the largest company in the world in the type of services that we provide. This can easily be verified online, etcTramita LLC is not only *** and *** approved, but as previously-mentioned, are approved in every country we have websites in with similar websitesThough no error was done on our part, a COURTESY REFUND will be applied and order cancelled. Client should review our website again since is clear that did not read everything prior to completing the order online

This internet company preports to provide expedited official records such as birth, death, marriage, etc., and only accept payment through *** but they do not deliver Their phone number is non-existant A dispute was filed with *** and my money was refunded I have reported them to the FTC and filed a negative review on YelpThis company appears to be BOGUS so STAY AWAY

12/** Client requested certified and informational Florida death certificates12/** *** invoice is emailed to client to cover those fees from the order form. Copy of invoice attached to this reply. Describes fees that the Florida Vital Records Office charges for each
copy. The rush fee is from our order form, where we charge a flat fee of $in the U.S. Client requested this service, as is available at the Vital Records Office. Client never paid invoice, order was never put back into process.
Our website and the invoice clearly describe the payment process and order process. Our website shows "all over" that we are a 3rd Party Servicer, from the Welcome Page to the widget on the righthand side of EVERY webpage in our website. When they are taken to *** to pay our service fee, it states, "TRAMITA SERVICE FEE" (proof can be provided). It is extremely clear from our website, that we are not linked with any government agency. In fact, TRAMITA LLC is part of the "Zertifica Group", which is basically the largest -company- in the world to provide the services we do. We have websites in many countries, leaders in some. We even process orders in many countries that we do not have a website in, but still offer our experience and tools available to us to obtain these usually lengthy and difficult vital records, as most Vital Records Offices in the world, do not offer refunds and can be often difficult to obtain information from (automated menus, long waits, obsolete webpages, etc.)
We made no errors on this order. Client simply did not read before submitting the order, never paid the invoice, nor reached us by email. Directly requested a refund through *** which was accepted with no dispute from our side

Right now living abroad I had the urgent need of some Birth certificates of my daughters plus legalization of the same so they could be presented here
Though the time that took to have them with me, the company did respond to all my questions (by mail) and explained with detail the loooong times the vital records office take to issue these documents and legalize themYes it was long but it was worth it and I do recommend this companyBesides good prices when compared with others that charge $just for the legalization process
