Paid for expedited service. It has been a month since I submitted the final paperwork. I have yet to receive my birth certificate, their customer service phone number is fake and only plays music, and I have not been answered through email since I complained about now receiving my birth certificate. I do believe this company is a fake and I warn others before using it.

I paid Tramita, LLC  $50.96 for a valid birth certificate for [redacted].  Tramita LLC debited the money from my checking account and I NEVER received an email, text, nor correspondence, such as these requirements they have responded with,  from them.  Then when I tried to contact them through their listed customer support number it was never answered, when I made further efforts to contact anyone at both of the 2 corporate locations listed on the web site the phone operators in those cities had No listings for them.  At this point I am requesting a full refund of my $50.96 because I never received the service they offered.

I knew my daughter needed her passport for an event in July and that I need to get her birth certificate. I went online and ordered it back in February with this company and kept checking in to figure the status. I get a message on June 6, telling me that my order can't be processed and I paid $70 to get this done, where if you go to your local Vital Records in your area and go in person it's only $20 and you get it back in a week (in hand) or in 2 weeks (in the mail). Horrible experience with them and now I have to rush against the clock to see if my daughter can go on her trip in July being I have to rush/expedite her passport once I get her birth certificate a week from now.

These 2 orders were our error.  In the process of changing our website and working database, there was a small group of orders not placed in the appropriate queues.  We located them all and were either refunded by client request or many were put back into process per client request....

 We did provide refunds on these 2 orders as requested. 
We do apologize for this error and inconvience caused.
 
We have no intent to "scam" anyone.  Tramita LLC is part of the "Zertifica Group", which has websites in many countries around the world, leaders in some.  We receive hundreds and hundreds of orders daily, and we will have errors unfortunately.  But we strive to do our best and resolve those problems in the best interest of our clients.
 
Our new website, for example, is much more user-friendly, even allowing our clients to directly upload required documents and comments into their orders for faster processing.

It has been over two months since I submitted an order to get a copy of my daughters birth certificates and I've yet to receive anything. At first I was able to email them asking a few questions and then they stopped responding when my supposed "cashiers check" was being made to send to vital records. 80.00 spent with nothing in return. I would not recommend them to anyone!

 I saw this message and I am apalled that they would respond the way that they did. 2 other
similar complaints  to ours is NOT a coincident. We called their posted Tel number (no answer) we emailed
repeatedly with inquiries (no answer) after talking with an affiliated company from another state ,I told them that I
filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, I went on the web to check again for Tramita LLC and the web site was gone. I also
kept all the emails to prove my points. Finally, where are the copies of our married certificate, since Nov 2015
and we DO NOT have a copy. Where are notices at our home address about this delivery.

We had sent an email on [redacted] asking for the [redacted] email address used to make the payment, as [redacted] had not linked the payment to our system.  A status update was posted in our webpage for updates that is available [redacted].  You never replied to our email and update.  You filed...

a chargeback and we quickly accepted to have them refund the money to your account.  Though no error on our part, thanks to the chargeback, we see that you used a different email address than the one posted in the order form. 
We would gladly complete the order you need, only ask that you reply to our emails and/or check the status of your order in our website, as per information provided in the old website when you made the order and also in the order confirmation email.
 
We could do no more, without having payment confirmation information.

They said the $20.00 was for the price of the birth certificate but when I originally ordered it the price was included in the fees, very misleading and appears fraudulent. I don't believe the way they presented it to be good business and want this service cancelled and to be refunded the full...

$50.96 (I already paid) After receiving the email stating I owed another $35.00 I saw other complaints on Revdex.com website that were identical to mine, I just wish I would've looked there before ordering through them Thank You.

refunded me my money and they claim they didn't get back with me because of illness and not enough workers working! Thank you so much and I appreciate everything you have done for me.

I will not use them again because of their lack of customer service availability, website/order difficulties, and price gauging.

I have received the message from Tramita. As of today I still have not received the refund. I will close this case once the refund has been received on my bank account.

First, the Order Number is [redacted].
Your information is not accurate.  You first paid our service fee of $49 plus tax ($50.96) on 08/**.  Then paid [redacted] Invoice 1461 on 08/**, which covered the Washington Vital Records Office fee for 1 certified copy with a rush ($20 plus $15),...

as clearly described in our website/invoice.  All was submitted and should have been [redacted] to you directly.Checking status, seems there was an error and never processed.  Our order has been cancelled and full refund applied due to Revdex.com complaint, though nothing was filed through [redacted] which would have resolved the issue easier.
You did receive emails from us, with each update, which is also posted in our Status Update webpage.

I contacted Tramita about getting apostilled copies of both my birth certificate and marriage license. What made me wonder at first was the payment. It was wired out of the country. This would make any reversal impossible. Next after 2 weeks they send by mail a form that has to be filled out and notarized to comply with California law. They should have been done from the onset. I am still waiting to see if the marriage license arrives without any problems. I have already been able to secure an apostilled marriage license on my own and I have made arrangement to get the birth certificate in the next 2 weeks. I did this because I don't think Tramita is going to perform as contacted. I don't think whomever is running this operation really knows what they are doing or they may be an outright crook. The New York Attorney General should investigate them and shut them down if they are not doing what they are contracted to do or are acting illegally!
My recommendation is, Do Not use Tramita!

Clearly states our service fee: "Our service fee for each birth certificate is $49 plus...


tax. To this amount, the fees of the state’s Vital Records Office and
those coming from any additional required services will be added."  And the [redacted] receipt also states TRAMITA SERVICE FEE.  The invoice sent also describes what fees are for, depending on what the client requested on the order form.  In this case, the Ohio Vital Records Office charges $21.50 per copy.Client never emailed us nor contacted [redacted] to dispute the order and how "not received/overcharged" or whatever.  Direct Revdex.com complaint without even going back to check our website and see if missed anything.
Order has been cancelled and full refund applied, though no errors were committed on our part.  We are [redacted] and [redacted] approved.  Tramita LLC is part of the Zertifica Group, with websites in many countries, leaders in some.  Even offer service in practically any country of the world, or at least we always try.  We are basically the largest company in the world that provides the services we do in so many countries... and always growing.

Tramita charged my credit card right away and took a refund of $12 when they could not deliver. I asked for a complete refund. They would not give it.
NOTE that their URL is [redacted] which is a hack of the url for the US Vital Records website.
