I am rejecting this response because: Once again I am told it must have been a mistake and told this and that. I know what we agreed on and it seems so easy for the sales mgt. to call up the tape of the incident and see that I am neither senile nor hard of hearing.I would like my money back and am glad they are sending me the return shipping stamp, but this single voice of reason after speaking with so many who represent their company, suggests that I not trust them to fulfill the terms of this agreement. Additionally, I still have a concern over my credit score since I refused payment. Please address this last so I don't have to go on wondering if my credit took a hit or not.      Also, if, after your assurance that the money will be returned, and my credit is unchanged, the Revdex.com suggests that I take the deal then yes. Love Him!

Even though the time allowed has expired,in all fairness, I would like it to be noted that TriStar Products did in the end send a product replacement and that I am satisfied with the end result. I do not want it to stay in their record that I was not satisfied, I just did not receive the product in the allowable Revdex.com time frame to keep a complaint open.Thank you to everyone that was involved in resolving this matter.
