To Whom it May Concern: Sorry for the inconvenience, the pans aren't advertised as scratch resistant, we do say it is stick resistant, but our pans will scratch if you are not using plastic utensils with it We have no problem issuing you a replacement for your pans and also
sending a prepaid label to your email, just keep in mind that if you are using metal with any pan it will scratch the non stick surface off I already emailed you the label, as soon as we receive your package we will ship you out a brand new pan. Thank You,Customer Care Team
