This place is a total scam..sending out products without authorizing and when you try to send it make they will give you only a 20% credit...finally they have agreed to take back a box of ribbons that they are charging $for ribbons at my cost to ship back..stay away from them!!!

Our hotel has been getting phone calls from people asking to speak to our restaurant managerWhen we ask who they are with and what it is regards, they say it's for the order for printer supplies and that they are with TritonUpon reading other complaints, Triton states that they purchase orders from an outsourced company and that they (Triton) would never get involved with questionable business practicesHowever, the employees from this outsourced company are using Triton to identify who they are with therefore representing TritonIt is Triton's responsibility to ensure that whoever they do business with is behaving in an ethical manner when using their name which does not appear to be the case from all the complaints written on hereMost people hate cold calls but it is still an honest jobThe issue with this outsourced company is that it follows a script that baits the employees from whatever company they are calling into believing that an order has already been placed and they are only calling to get additional information such as the printer model numberThey then get the employee's name and send the products through without ever asking or stating that by giving them this info they are placing an orderMany companies are large with different departments so it can be difficult to verify or even know what the process for ordering supplies is and it is why it's so easy for many employees to fall into these types of trapsTriton seems to be aware of this therefore I am holding them responsible and accountable

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] This is incorrect My employee never called this company and never ordered this product He has no idea who they are We purchase this item locally and would never have a reason to order it on line from California

Triton Imaging Systems delivered on time and were much more affordable than the competitionYeah, the customer service is outsourced, and it's not ideal (they once in a blue moon send out the wrong stuff) but that keeps the prices lower than the competitionIf they had domestic amazing customer service, then they wouldn't be able to keep the prices super-low

After researching this account, it shows multiple phone calls by us since the account is months past dueNot once in the conversations was there any mention of them "Not ordering" any merchandiseWe were told many times that the "Corporate Office" will be paying the invoice, and even asked us to fax the invoice and UPS POD to them for paymentWe also feel that going back to for a refund far surpasses any acceptable business practiceTo date, they are holding merchandise that is six months past due, when they could have called and asked us to take it back, and are also asking for a refund on merchandise ordered last year, which has no doubtebly been usedThese requests are withoug merit Sincerely, T [redacted] Triton Imaging Systems ###-###-####

We catagorically deny that anyone representing our company was as rude as this complaintant alleges, and made multiple calls. Further, the complaintant calims to have "Overheard" a phone conversation. There are many phone solicitors making calls to companies, and... it's more than likely they are confusing cold calls from another company with the single call our rep has made. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! Terrible Company They cold called us many times We told them we did not want anything from them as we already had other vendors Eventually, they sent us an entire case of a product we DID NOT ORDER from them There was no pricing information or invoice in the package, only a packing slip with an number We called them or times trying to get any kind of an answer as to why they sent us this stuff, who they spoke to, etc We gave up after awhile Over a month after the products arrived, they tried to bill us for the products that we DID NOT ORDER plus a late fee When I finally was able to get someone on the phone who spoke English, they told us we would have to pay to ship the products back, plus the late fee, plus their initial Insurance and Handling fee Completely unacceptable! When I told them we would not be paying the bill, or fees, or shipping for products we never purchased, they said that they would try to figure out what happened and get back to me right awayWeeks later, still haven't heard back When I try to reach the person who claimed they were the "customer service manager," nobody has ever heard of them THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM!!!! DO NOT LET THEM WASTE YOUR TIME AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! DEMAND TO BE PUT ON THEIR NO-CALL LIST IMMEDIATELY!!!

Tricky buggers they are! Our manager was called and asked question about our printer model number etc, basically tricked into giving information and thinking that we ordered from them. They then have someone call back and confirm to again trick you saying you did authorize the transaction! Who are they kidding $119.80 for 6 ribbons! $2 on Amazon. I have called their company and YES I did get a recording asking me to leave a message. I await their return call! Bottom line I won’t pay and I’ll send back their overpriced ribbons! Shame on you and by the way love how your response is always the customers fault!

Same experience as all of these reviews - How is this company still even in business.. Also, called to dispute our invoices and only got a voicemail. The voice on the message sounds like "Eva" the person that calls us constantly to get payment on these invoices... Funny they can call to collect money but not to talk about these alleged orders...Sneaky sneaky... Bad business - DO NOT fall for it!
