A Rep spoke to a Mr *** *** in the financial officeMr *** was also called a day or so later by the shipping manager to confirm the type of ribbon ordered, address of the business, and approximate time of arrival.
We know this customer is dissatisfied, and we have cancelled the invoice and issued a UPS call tag for the merchandiseWe feel that we have made every attempt to meet the concerns of the customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID
I do not agree that their statement shows that WE made the order by mistake and that they did not call us. We go through another company and have their contact information so there is no way for us to accidentally order the product from this company. This is again a blatant lie and needs to stop.
As long as they send UPS to pick up the product at their cost by 8/31/2014, I will return the product. Otherwise it will be past months and I will not hold on to the product for them any longer

In checking our files, we find no complaints whatsoever from this customerFurther, the order was for ribbons, not We do not sell ribbons made outside the United States for many reasonsOne, is obvious, the other, the ribbons from overseas are inferior in many waysIt's true you can buy
ribbons for less money, or moreThe fact is, you get what you pay for
The customer did not receive a collection call "A few days after receiving the ribbons" they were called when their account went over Thirty Days, and at that, it was a Courtesy Call to remind them of the overdue balanceThe order was placed on Oct 9, and paid Dec 29, with their check #Again, there are no notes of them having any question whatsoever with the order, the amount, etc If they do not wish to keep their second order of ribbons, we encourage them to contact our Customer Service Department and we will be happy to take care of their concerns.

I will echo the sentiments of everyone else here We received a call saying they needed to know our printer model to send out our supplies We never placed an order with this company, as we buy all of our printer paper and ribbons locally A week later a package arrives from them, which was returned immediately

Our records show that an Alex Gara placed the orderHe spoke to a selas rep, and also, a day or so later, spoke to our shipping dept regarding time of delivery, billing...etcAlso, *** did call, and our rep, Sheila, returned her call and left a message for herWe have not heard back as of
yet.
We would appreciate *** checking with her employee, and if she decides not to keep the merchandise, we will be happy to take it back and void her invoice

This company is a scam. I just received in invoice for $132.67 for a box of printer ink. they talked to one of my employees on the phone asking if our printers were working. they said that we have had some small issues with the printer, so the gentleman on the phone said that he was going to send us a new printer. 1 - he has no idea what printer we use, and 2 - he sent a box of printer ink, and then I receive an invoice 3 weeks for $132.67. Crazy Scam

What more can be said that hasn't been said by the nearly people here already? It's crystal clear this is not an unexpected and unknown error by their telemarketing crewThey cold call, they ship unauthorized, they bill you an exorbinate amount and hope they get paid
What I will give them credit for is their persistent pursuit of this scam year after yearIt must be lucrative
Time has come to for FTC and AG to finally step in and set things proper

The merchandise in question, was indeed, ordered by one of their staffThat said, they have notified us they don't want itWe have cancelled the invoice, and are sending a UPS Call Tag

I am rejecting this response because:
We just received three more printer ribbons we have not order with another bill

This company calls multiple times each week and has been for several years. They use devious tactics to get the information they need. This time they portrayed themselves as someone from Technology Support checking to see if our printer was working. They use this deceptive tactic to get the model number for the printer and then send printer ribbon/ink. All it takes is one unassuming or naïve employee for this to happen.
Despite them being told each time that we are aware of their scheme, that we are not interest and not call back they continue to do so.
I called the phone number on the Packing Slip and of course it went to voicemail. Any reputable company would have a customer service team dealing with Customer Service Issues. I left them a message and told them if I did not hear from them by the EOB the next day that the product and any invoices received would be going in the trash.
This company is a scam and should be shut down for their actions. I am surprised they are still even in business. We only use reputable companies to order supplies from and this company is far from that.

This company takes advantage of the uninformed. A box of ribbons will arrive at your place of business. Then an invoice will follow. If you have someone that is unfamiliar with these scams, the bill will be paid and they have succeeded in their little scam. I am not sure how these people keep getting away with these unfair business practices. I have an invoice right now that I have been trying to speak to someone about but you get an answering machine EVERY TIME. Invoice# is 667800 and FYI, this invoice will not be paid without a proper PO ("verbal") is not a PO. Anyone with a legitimate business knows this.

I wish I could do more to keep people away and put these crooks in a Jail where they belong. They are nothing but thieves stealing from hard working people.

In researching this complaint, our rep spoke to only one person who ordered the merchandise. Further, a "[redacted]" called and spoke to us, so we are perplexed as to the allegations that only an answering machine picks up. [redacted] thought they did not receive the merchandise, and we supplied them with a...

[redacted] Proof Of Delivery. The merchandise was found and subsequently sent back to us, and we credited their invoice

rather, they purchase new orders from a company overseas who canvass, or make
“Cold Calls” seeking new customers for Triton. They are provided with a sales
script to follow. Triton does not in any way encourage...

“Questionable” sales
tactics. In the unfortunate event a caller will use sales tactics not approved
by Triton, they do everything in their power to remedy the situation.
Triton has Thousands of Satisfied Customers nationwide,
and the ONLY complaints they’ve received are from a “Cold Call” or “Canvas”
calls initiated from this outside source. As in any business  It is important to weigh the number of complaints vs number of satisfied customers. Triton
has Thousands of Satisfied Customers
that have been with them for years, and continue with them as their trusted supplier.
These satisfied customers far outweigh the few complaints Triton had received
Triton will take this complaint into immediate consideration,
research it and be back to the customer in a prompt manner

This company is such a scam! People that own the company should feel ashamed. I don't know how they sleep at night. Scamming companies!!!! We have told them they better NEVER send us anymore product or invoices!!! They called our company acting as if they were either our computer company or an affiliate of our computer company, so yes our Finance guy got taken! So let this be a message to everyone, so you do not get taken!!!!

Below is a cut and paste of their conversation with our rep...These notes are non erasable, and cannot be changed. Clearly, she told the rep they were "ordered by mistake". Not, that somneone called, asked what type of machine they use, then hung up.

This place is a total scam..sending out products without authorizing and when you try to send it make they will give you only a 20% credit...finally they have agreed to take back a box of ribbons that they are charging $119.99 for 6 ribbons at my cost to ship back..stay away from them!!!

To address the statement that Mr Garruto was told he may not have a refund on returned merchandise, he has not paid for it to date. If it were returned, there would be no refund due. Further,  his company has purchased from us before.
