This business is a complete scamThis is the second or third time these people have tried to pull a fast one on our companyThey somehow find someone's name that works here, ship us a product that we don't use or need, let alone ordered, and then try to bill us months laterLuckily we learned our lesson the last time this happened and saved the package they sent usWe they called to reach accounts payable, they agreed to send UPS to come pick up the package after I told them we didn't want it, and never ordered itIt was very obvious by the way the person I talked to handled it that this happens frequently

We can only respond to the more salient arguments of this rejectionTo cover each and every misconception would be of no use to either side.
To say you don't have a machine that uses these ribbons is incorrect, as the person who took the call identified the printer.
Someone coming out to "Check your Ink levels" shows you're confused as to what the product was that was sentThere is no ink level to check in these ribbons3.We have indeed used more than one company overseas to make cold callsThe outcome is mostly the same There is always a rep who will go off script, and that is why it is mentioned in our responseAnd, again, we do our best to correct the situation and do what we can to satisfy any complaint.
To argue whether or not Triton has "Thousands of accounts is fruitless Ther mere fact that every complaint to the Revdex.com is always from a cold call should settle that questionThere is not one complaint from customers we've had for years who order thousands of dollars in supplies, repeatedly
5.As to the other accusations, by a third party, they are too varied and convaluted to warrant a response

I spoke to J** *** personally regardihng his complaintWe have not shipped anything to his companyHe has stated that he has not received anything., I do not doubt that he received the calls he's spoken ofThat said, we've had problems with another company using our name to secure orders, then
ship from their company.
Mr Smith and I spoke of this and he has agreed to call me if any package arrives so as to ascertain who actually called his company.

I am rejecting this response because: I feel as though the response was untruthfulThis company sent us a product that isn't even for any machine we have on the premises, so I'm not sure how they could say they don't condone questionable sales tacticsEspecially since it wasn't a saleThere was no discussion of pricing, so we don't even know how much money they are expecting from usThey called and gave the impression they were from the company that handles our printers, and then said that the "product we ordered was in" and asked if it was okay to ship it outWe never once ordered from this company, and especially didn't order something for a brand of printer we have never had The company that actually DOES handle our printers don't contact usThey come out and check our ink levels and then send ink if we need at no additional chargeHowever, this company preys on speaking with someone who wouldn't know that, as they are just a front end employee, who has no authority to order itemsHow is this not questionable? And if ALL of their complaints are from this "3rd party company", and you don't condone these tactics, why do you still work with this company? I am rejecting this response because:
The customer would be considered Steakouts HomeplateMy name was supposedly used as the person placing the order,but the company is Steakouts Homeplate Tritok doesnt have an invoice number or crs because we never asked to be customers and they fraudulently used my information to place an order.

Revdex.com:Triton Imaging obviously has our phone number as they listed it on the bill they sent us. However, despite this, neither our call logs (both received and missed) nor voice mail have a record of any return calls from Triton Imaging or anyone on that side of the country. We have been monitoring them for any activity from Triton. We are a very small business but are open days a week and there is always a manager on duty so someone is ALWAYS available. There have never been any messages left stating that someone from Triton had called.As we mentioned in our phone messages to Triton we will happily return the product they shipped without approval. It is still in the box that it was sent in. We only ask that they send a shipping label for the return as I do not feel we should incur additional costs to return a product we never asked for

Yes I do accept the credit. But even if I did not receive the credit I would not pay the invoice. I know of no creditable business that has so many complaints against them and carry an F Rating from the Revdex.com.
Most people would not take the time to contact the Revdex.com, so I'm pretty sure the complaints are in the thousands
This is my second run in with this company pulling this crap. Ask yourself what are the odds of this happening. IF this is a legit business then why do you align yourself with such a business that is always going off script. The script is the script period. By continuing doing business with this outside company you are saying that its ok to deceive thousands of business. I have never done business with this company and for them to call and say we are do for more supplies is a crime and the company should be prosecuted and the owner should be sent to jail. This is the same crime if someone asked my grandmother to send money. Deception is deception, and taking advantage of the public is a crime. if it's not a crime it should be. The people who run Triton Imaging Systems need to be held accountable. Who in that state is going to step up and take care of business to protect the public. Obviously someone needs too

Triton imaging systems does not engage in telephone sales, rather, they purchase new orders from a company overseas who canvass, or make “cold calls” seeking new customers for tritonthey are provided with a sales script to followtriton does not in any way encourage “questionable” sales
tacticsin the unfortunate event a caller will use sales tactics not approved by triton, they do everything in their power to remedy the situationtriton has thousands of satisfied customers nationwide, and the only complaints they’ve received are from a “cold call” or “canvas” calls initiated from this outside sourceas in any business it is important to weigh the number of complaints vs number of satisfied customerstriton has thousands of satisfied customers that have been with them for years, and continue with them as their trusted supplierthese satisfied customers far outweigh the few complaints triton had received triton will take this complaint into immediate consideration, research it and be back to the customer in a prompt manner t** *** triton imaging systems

This company is a scam! They will get a name of an employee then send a bill for printer supplies you did not order or receive! They sent us a bill for ribbon that does not go to anything in our company and never was shipped to us They will then call and harass your A/P person to try and get payment for a fake invoice!
BEWARE OF THEM!
